Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is describe the shape, strategy and function in activities of the discussion in class VII SMP Negeri 13 Padang. This type of research is a qualitative method descriptive. Data in this study is the shape and strategy of said expresive of students is a discussion activity. The data source in this study was the student in the discussion activities in class VII SMP Negeri 13 Padang. The data collection techniques in this study are recording techniques, observations, and record-taking techniques. Based on the findings of research, we can conclude things here. There are six of the said thisplays used students in the discussion, which is say thank you 29 utterance, to say i am sorry 7 utterance, praising 3 utterance, criticizing 12 utterance, angry 11 utterance and complaining 4 utterance.  The six of the said expressive was told by using four strategies are recalled, namely frankly without further ado 48 utterance, frankly speaking with positive civility 3 utterance, to be bright with negative civility 5 utterance, and said vaguely 10 utterance. Kata kunci: tindak tutur, ekspresif, strategi, diskusi

Abstract

Abstract:  The School Health Movement is a strategic step to improve the quality of health and education in Indonesia. The purpose of this movement is to improve the physical and mental health conditions of students, as well as to create a clean, safe, comfortable school environment that supports children's growth and development. The implementation of this activity uses observation, interviews, and documentation methods to obtain data and information related to the implementation of the school health movement at SDN 26 Mataram. The implementation of the School Health Movement has shown positive results in various aspects of physical health, mental health, and cleanliness of the school environment. Although there are still some challenges in its implementation, active participation from all school components, parents, and the community is very important in ensuring the success of this movement. The Healthy School Movement can continue to grow and provide long-term benefits for students, schools, and the community as a whole.Abstrak: Gerakan Sekolah Sehat merupakan salah satu langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan kegiatan Gerakan ini diluncurkan untuk memperbaiki kondisi kesehatan fisik dan mental peserta didik, serta menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang bersih, aman, nyaman, dan mendukung tumbuh kembang anak. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi terkait dengan implementasi gerakan sekolah sehat di SDN 26 Mataram. Implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Sehat telah menunjukkan hasil yang menyenangkan dalam berbagai aspek kesehatan fisik, mental, dan kebersihan lingkungan sekolah. Meskipun masih ada beberapa tantangan dalam pelaksanaanya, partisipasi aktif dari seluruh komponen sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat sangat penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan gerakan ini. Gerakan Sekolah Sehat dapat terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi siswa, sekolah, dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of: (1) competence on job satisfaction; (2) discipline on job satisfaction; (3) work motivation on job satisfaction; (4) competence on affective commitment; (5) discipline on affective commitment; (6) work motivation towards affective commitment; (7) job satisfaction with affective commitment; (8) job satisfaction in moderating competence on affective commitment; (9) job satisfaction in moderating discipline on affective commitment; and (10) job satisfaction in moderating work motivation on affective commitment to School Administration Staff in Senior High Schools in Sunggal Regency. The population of the study was School Administration Staff in Senior High Schools in Sunggal District with a sample of 136 people. The research method is a quantitative method with Smart-PLS analysis. The results of the study concluded: (1) the influence of the competence variable on job satisfaction is 27.1%; (2) the influence of the discipline variable on job satisfaction is 26.5%; (3) the magnitude of the influence of the work motivation variable on job satisfaction is 34.8%; (4) the influence of the competence variable on affective commitment is 12.5%; (5) the influence of the discipline variable on affective commitment is 71.4%; (6) the influence of the work motivation variable on affective commitment is 26.5%; (7) the magnitude of the influence of the job satisfaction variable on affective commitment is 16.6%; (8) the influence of the competence variable on affective commitment with job satisfaction moderation is 11.8%; (9) the influence of the discipline variable on affective commitment with job satisfaction moderation is 11.7%; and (10) the influence of the work motivation variable on affective commitment with job satisfaction moderation is 12.3%. Overall, the results of the study indicate that affective commitment is influenced by competence, discipline, and work motivation on job satisfaction by 74.0%; while the remaining 26.0% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan di SDN 08 Marunggi Kota Pariaman bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru, guru belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menyenangkan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik dalam belajar sehingga peserta didik menjadi pasif. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum ialah untuk untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman peserta didik menggunakan model Discovery Learning di Kelas IV SDN 08 Marunggi Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 08 Marunggi Kota Pariaman. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan peserta didik di kelas IV yang berjumlah 28 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yaitu siklus I dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II satu kali pertemuan. Prosedur penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data penelitian berkaitan dengan hasil pengamatan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran menggunakan model Discovery Learning. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pemerolehan hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Modul ajar mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yang memiliki persentase rata-rata 85,41% dengan prediket baik (B) menjadi 91,66% sangat baik (SB) pada siklus II. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui aspek yang terlihat pada guru mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I yang memiliki persentase rata-rata 85,93% dengan prediket baik (B) menjadi 93,75% sangat baik (SB) pada siklus II. Sedangkan aspek yang terlihat pada peserta didik mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I dengan persentase rata-rata 82,81% dengan prediket baik (B) menjadi 93,75% sangat baik (SB) pada siklus II. (3) Hasil kemampuan membaca pemahaman peserta didik menggunakan model Discovery Learning mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I dengan persentase rata-rata 68,77% dengan prediket kurang (D) menjadi 89,13% baik (B) pada siklus II. Dengan demikiran model Discovery Learning telah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman peserta didik di kelas IV SDN 08 Marunggi Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

A description of the consumer behavior of SMA Negeri 5 Parepare students is the aim of this research. Consumer behavior is the dependent variable, and financial literacy, hedonic lifestyle, and social environment are factors that influence it. Field research is a type of research whose research method uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population was 387 people, and 80 samples were taken. Questionnaires are used in research to obtain data. The research results show: Based on the results of the t test, it shows that there is an influence between Financial Literacy and Consumptive Behavior with a value of 0.000 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted. There is an influence of Lifestyle on Consumptive Behavior with a value of 0.001 < 0.05, so H2 is accepted. Furthermore, there is no influence between the Social Environment and Consumer Behavior with a value of 0.115 > 0.05, so H3 is rejected. Furthermore, the variable that most dominantly influences Consumptive Behavior is the Financial Literacy variable with a value of 0.868.
