This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of Workplace Fun on Work Engagement (2) The effect of Workplace Fun on Psychological Capital (3) The effect of Psychological Capital on Work Engagement (4) The effect of Workplace Fun on Work Engagement through Psychological Capital. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were all employees of the UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency, totaling 42 people. While the number of samples used in this study was determined using total sampling so that the sample is the same as the population, which is 42 people. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Workplace Fun has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency. (2) Workplace Fun has a positive and significant effect on Psychological Capital for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency. (3) Psychological Capital has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency. (4) Workplace Fun has a positive and significant effect on Work Engagement with Psychological Capital as a mediating variable for employees of UPT Puskesmas Lima Kaum 1 Tanah Datar Regency.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the effect of job insecurity, organizational commitment to employee turnover intention, the effect of job insecurity on organizational commitment and organizational commitment mediating positively and significantly on the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa Fogpaten Padang Pariaman. Causal associative research methods with quantitative techniques. The population of all employees is 52 employees with a sample of 52 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive and quantitative analysis. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression tests. Based on the research findings, it is known that: (1) Job insecurity has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa, Padang Pariaman Regency, with a magnitude of 0.326 or 32.6% with a significance level of 0.010. (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa, Padang Pariaman Regency. This is evident from the partial hypothesis test result of 0.406 or 40.6% with a significance level of 0.002. (3) Job insecurity has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment among employees of PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa in Padang Pariaman Regency, with a magnitude of 0.343 or 34.3% with a significance level of 0.013. (4) Organizational commitment mediates the relationship between job insecurity and turnover intention at PT. Singgalang Beton Perkasa, Padang Pariaman Regency, with a positive and significant effect of 0.489 or 48.9% with a significance level of 0.000..

This study analyzes (1) the effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction in the employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (2) the effect of self efficacy on work design for employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (3) the effect of work design on job satisfaction of employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (4) the effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction through work design for employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province. This research is a causal research. The population in this study were employee at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province. The number of samples used is the population of 92 people who are taken using total sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SEM using Smart PLS analysis. The results of this study show: (1) Self Efficacy is significant to job satisfaction. (2) Self efficacy is significant for work design for employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (3) Work design is significant for job satisfaction for Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province (4) Self efficacy is significant for job satisfaction being through work design to the employee at Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of West Sumatra Province.

This study aims to prove the effect of Transformational Leadership on Employee Engagement, besides that this research also proves the impact of Work Motivation in strengthening the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement. The research was conducted on employees of the Tanah Datar District Communication and Informatics Office. The process of collecting data and information was carried out by means of a survey, namely distributing questionnaires to employees within the Communication and Informatics Office of Tanah Datar Regency. This research is a causative research. The data analysis technique used is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM). The stages of data processing are assisted by using the SmartPLS4.0 application. The results of the study show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Engagement. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employees Engagement. (3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation (4) Work Motivation strengthens the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement at the Communication and Informatics Office of Tanah Datar Regency

This study analyzes (1) the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment; (2) the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction; (3) the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment; and(4) the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment through the mediating role of job satisfaction. This investigation focused on the causes as 61 teachers at SMAN 1 Bukittinggi constituted the entire study population. The sampling method used in this study is using total sampling, where the entire population is sampled. This research uses software called SmartPLS4 used for the analysis method. Data analysis in this study revealed that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in teachers of SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.; (2) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in teachers of SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.; (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment in teachers of SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.; (4) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of teachers at SMAN 1 Bukittinggi through job satisfaction.

This research aims to describe the influence of conscientiousness on affective commitment at the employees PT Pos Indonesia KCU Padang with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. This exploratory research is causal research. The population in the study were all employees of PT Pos Indonesia KCU Padang, totaling 86 people. Meanwhile, the number of samples used in this research was determined using total sampling so that the sample size was the same as the population, namely 86 people. Collect information using a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is SmartPLS 4 software. The research results show that: (1) Conscientiousness has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment in PT Pos Indonesia KCU Padang employees. (2) Conscientiousness has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction in PT Pos Indonesia KCU Padang employees. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on affective commitmen in PT Pos Indonesia KCU Padang employees. (4) Conscientiousness has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the PT Pos Indonesia KCU Padang employees.

This study uses Self Efficacy as a mediator to look at the relationship between Career Commitment and Subjective Career Success in civil servants (PNS) Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This study employs quantitative methods and is classified as causal research. The respondents for this research were 32 respondents using the total sample technique. Data was gathered using a questionnaire featuring a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use SEM with the SmartPLS4 application. From the research results, it was found that Career Commitment and Self-Efficacy positively and significantly impacts Subjective Career Success. Apart from that, this research also proves that Self Efficacy mediates the impact of Career Commitment on Subjective Career Success positively and significantly.

Purpose of Study: (1) Effects of Work-Life Balance on Individuals' Perceived Well-Being 2) how a healthy work-life balance affects contentment in one's position the impact of contentment in one's work on one's sense of well-being (4 ) how contentment with one's professional life influences one's subjective well-being. This study employs quantitative methods and is based on causal principles. One hundred and eighty-eight individuals who worked at PT Semen Padang made up the study's population and sample. I am collecting data using a survey that uses a Likert scale. The method used in the study was PLS (Partial Least Square), a structural equation modeling method implemented in SmartPLS 4. The study's data processing findings show that: (1) PT. Semen Padang workers' subjective well-being is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance. T (2) PT. Semen Padang workers report higher levels of job satisfaction when they are able to strike a comfortable balance between their professional and personal lives. Personnel at PT. Semen Padang report higher levels of subjective well-being when they are satisfied with their jobs. Four, PT Semen Padang workers' subjective well-being is positively and significantly impacted by work-life balance, as measured by job satisfaction.
