Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the effects of compensation on employee job satisfaction at Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The research is associative causal research With a population of all employee Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi with status permanent and contract , amounting to 112 employees. The selection of the study sample using nonprobability with sample of 87 employee are taken purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire based on Likert Scale which has been tested for validity and reliability. The study concluded that the overall compensation belong to the category of a very good with the percentage 55,17% and job satisfaction too belong to the category of a very good with the percentage 64,36%. These results indicate a positive and significant influence between compensation and employee job satisfaction at Grand Rocky hotel Bukittinggi where the value of 21.970 t> t table 1.662. Thus Ha stating there is influence between compensation and job satisfaction can be received with great influence of 85%, while 15% were job satisfaction is influenced by other factors.Key words: compensation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Ujian merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengevaluasi proses belajar. Dalam dunia pendidikan ujian dimaksudkan untuk mengukur taraf pencapaian suatu tujuan pengajaran oleh siswa, sehingga siswa dapat mengetahui tingkat kemampuannya dalam memahami bidang studi yang sedang ditempuh. Pada SMK Nurur Rahmah, ujian UAS dan UTS belum dilakukan secara online. Proses ujian dilakukan dengan membagikan soal yang telah di cetak pada selembaran kertas, kemudian menjawab dengan bersama dalam waktu 1 jam. Dengan sistem ujian yang seperti ini sering kali mempunyai kendala, seperti kebiasaan mencontek, lambatnya proses pembuatan soal, kesalahan dalam menilai hasil ujian, lambatnya pembuatan laporan hasil ujian. Pemborosan biaya kertas dan tinta dalam pembuatan soal dan penggandaan soal juga salah satu masalah. Solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan merancang sebuah sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi yaitu perancangan sistem ujian online berbasis web. Tujuan Penelitian ini mempermudah guru untuk membuat soal, menghemat biaya dan waktu dalam proses penilaian dan membuat laporan dengan mudah. Serta menghemat biaya daam pembuatan soal dan penggandaan soal ujian. Dari hasil penelitian yang dicapai berupa sistem aplikasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL. yang membantu mempermudah mendapatkan data, karena di MAN 1 Probolinggo dalam ujian masih input data manual terhadap siswanya. Sehingga siswa masih harus menghubungi guru untuk mengetahui proses nilai ujian sudah atau belum selesai. Dan juga sistem penilaiannya yang belum teratur. Sehingga nilai yang masuk tidak diketahui secara menyeluruh atau terkontrol.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to manage NU coins for financing needs program, starting from condolence donations for Jantiganggong villagers who have lost family members, donating alms to orphans and dhuafa and financing routine religious activities. In addition, the results of this study were able to share understanding with the residents of Jantiganggong village and its surroundings regarding the management of NU coins in distributing village needs which was carried out transparently and in accordance with institutional procedures. The methodology used in this study uses a qualitative approach. This approach is used because research functions to create descriptive data such as words, writing, behavior from the research. The result of this study are the proper management of NU coins for village needs financing program managed by UPZISNU Jantiganggong village, which will provide benefits to local residents with the existence of a grief compensation program, compensation for orphans, compensation for widows and poor people as well as religious event. With this report it is hoped that Jantiganggong villagers who have participated in the NU coin movement will not worry that the infaq that has been collected will be distributed according to the target and carried out transparently according to predetermined procedures. With this movement, it is hoped that all the people involved will understand more about the importance of infaq, not the nominal infaq. Therefore, from the NU coin movement, the infaq that is collected is in the form of coins or coins, so that all levels of society can spend lightly

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) among seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Batu based on gender. Using a comparative research design, data was collected from 314 students through the VAK Learning Style Inventory and analyzed using chi-square tests. The findings reveal that there is no significant relationship between gender and learning styles, as indicated by an Asymp. Sig. value of 0.940. The predominant learning style among students is visual, followed by kinesthetic and auditory. These results indicate that gender does not significantly influence the learning style preferences of students. Consequently, factors such as physical, emotional, psychological, environmental, strategic, and interest-related elements play a more substantial role in shaping learning styles. The implications for educators and counselors are profound, suggesting that a broader range of influencing factors should be considered when designing interventions and support strategies to enhance student learning experiences and outcomes. Future research should investigate these variables further with larger sample sizes and consider additional factors that may impact learning styles. Abstract

This research aims to design a coffee peeling machine with a capacity of 100 kg/hour to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the coffee peeling process, which is currently done manually by Indonesian farmers with limited results. The machine is equipped with a motor, V-belt, pulley, peeling rollers, and a hopper. Test results show an average peeling time of 35 seconds per kilogram, with a capacity of 102.8 kg/hour and an efficiency of 95%. Its innovative design prevents coffee bean buildup, ensures smooth flow, and is easy to use and maintain. This machine not only enhances productivity and coffee quality but also reduces labor costs. By using this machine, farmers can speed up the peeling process and be more efficient in meeting market demands. Further development is recommended to improve material quality, optimize the design, and provide training for farmers on machine use. Penelitian ini merancang mesin pengupas kulit kopi berkapasitas 100 kg/jam untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengupasan kopi, yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual oleh petani di Indonesia dengan hasil yang terbatas. Mesin ini dilengkapi motor penggerak, V-belt, pulley, roller pengupas, dan hopper. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan waktu pengupasan rata-rata 35 detik per kilogram dengan kapasitas 102,8 kg/jam dan efisiensi sebesar 95%. Desain inovatifnya mencegah penumpukan biji, memastikan aliran yang lancar, serta mudah digunakan dan dirawat. Mesin ini tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas kopi, tetapi juga mengurangi biaya tenaga kerja. Dengan penggunaan mesin ini, petani dapat mempercepat proses pengupasan dan lebih efisien dalam memenuhi permintaan pasar. Pengembangan lebih lanjut disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas material, optimasi desain, dan pelatihan penggunaan bagi petani.
