Abstract

Barong Landung is a rare and unique Balinese art performance that has the opportunity to be developed as a tourist attraction and a source of inspiration for creative industries. The uniqueness of Barong Landung can be seen from the characters that are associated with the mythology of the King of Bali with his Chinese princesses. This article analyzes the potential of the Barong Landung art performance to be developed as tourist attraction in supporting Bali cultural tourism and a source of creative industries. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and desk research and were analyzed qualitatively using the theory of commodification. The study shows that there were two types of Barong Landung performances namely sacred and profane. The former is for religious ritual, while the latter can be performed for touristic purpose and for source of inspiration of souvenir products that both support Bali cultural tourism.Keywords: Barong Landung, sacred and profane, creative industries, tourist atarction, Bali cultural tourism.

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi covid 19 memberikan benturan salah satunya dari sektor ekonomi, UMKM menjadikan solusi untuk mendapatkan penghasilan. Peternakan salah satu komoditi UMKM yang bisa dikembangkan yaitu usaha penjualan daging ayam (ayam potong). Desa muncan dengan topografi sejuk dan merupakan area pedesaan keberadaan peternakan sangat mendukung dengan situasi seperti ini. Salah satu penggiat industri rumah tangga ini adalah I Wayan Rudi spesifikasi produk adalah ayam potong dan ayam panggang. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan pengelolaan dari usaha tersebut, yaitu keterbatasan pengetahuan di bidang pemasaran dan cara meningkatkan kuantitas produksi. Jenis kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan untuk membantu adalah pemberian sosialisasi terkait strategi pemasaran dan cara meningkatkan kuantitas produksi ternak ayam potong. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mitra terkait strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan kuantitas produksi yang pada akhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan aset, omset usaha, jumlah produksi serta peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja

Abstract

Kondisi pandemic covid 19 memberikan benturan salah satunya dari sektor ekonomi, UMKM menjadikan solusi untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tetap. Industri pertambangan dan pengolahan hasil tambang berupa pasir merupakan komiditi UMKM yang produktif dikembangkan saat ini di Desa Muncan, keberadaan bahan baku yang mencukupi sehingga prospek kedepan mampu berproduksi secara berkesinambungan. Pertambangan salah satu komoditi UMKM yang bisa dikembangkan yaitu industri pengolahan pasir (produksi batako). Desa muncan yang memiliki akses cukup dekat dengan Galian C untuk pertambangan pasir di Desa sebudi dan Desa Pura sehingga pemenuhan bahan baku pasir mudah didapat. Salah satu penggiat industri rumah tangga ini adalah I Made Suara spesifikasi produk adalah Penjualan Pasir dan Batako Press. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yaitu keterbatasan pengetahuan di bidang pemasaran dan cara meningkatkan kuantitas produksi. Jenis kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan untuk membantu yaitu pemberian sosialisasi terkait strategi pemasaran dan cara meningkatkan kuantitas produksi usaha produksi batako. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman mitra terkait strategi pemasaran dan peningkatan kuantitas produksi yang pada akhirnya akan dapat meningkatkan jumlah penjualan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah terdapat peningkatan aset, omset usaha, jumlah produksi serta peningkatan jumlah tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: UMKM; Industri Pengolahan Pasir (Produksi Batako); Pelatihan; dan Pendampingan.

Abstract

The construction sector plays an important role in the economic growth of a country including Indonesia. In the construction sector, there are very complex operational activities, so it is important to consider factors that can encourage employees to be willing to work optimally for the company. This study analyzes the effect of work discipline and organizational climate on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation. The object of this research is PT Tunas Jaya Sanur Group, which is one of the largest industrial sectors in Bali, and its projects have spread throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study was taken proportionally to employees especially staff at PT Tunas Jaya Sanur Group. The data collection method is a survey method with a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is inferential analysis technique with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results found that work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational climate has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational climate has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between work discipline and employee performance and, job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. This can confirm the two-factor theory that two factors influence a person's motivation in doing something, namely motivational factors and maintenance factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product diversity and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Tirta Sakti Mandiri. The food and beverage (F&B) industry is a vital sector in the economy, offering significant market potential amid increasing competition. Customer loyalty is the key to success; However, the data shows a decline in loyalty due to inadequate product availability and service support. This study uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) approach to analyze the relationship between variables. Data was collected through a survey to customers of PT. Tirta Sakti Mandiri, including hotels, villas, cafes, and restaurants in Bali. The results of the study show that product diversity and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn increases customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction serves as a mediating variable in the relationship between product diversity and service quality to customer loyalty. This study provides managerial implications for PT. Tirta Sakti Mandiri to increase product diversity and service quality to maintain customer loyalty. With the right strategy, companies can build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study was conducted at Wanaku Chinese Restaurant to analyze the effect of product quality on and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The sample was determined through purposive sampling, so that 100 customers who had made purchases at Wanaku Chinese Restaurant were obtained. Data were collected through a questionnaire with Likert scale measurements, then analyzed using instrument tests, SEM-PLS, and hypothesis tests. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Employee performanceis a crucial aspect in determining the success of public sector organizations. Factors such as transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment play a significant role in shaping employee work behavior. Therefore, analyzing the relationship among these variables is essential for understanding sustainable performance improvement strategies. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of transformational leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Welfare Division of the Regional Secretariat of Manokwari Regency. The entire population of 42 employees was used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis employed the SEM-PLS approach. The results indicate that both transformational leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership also significantly affects organizational commitment, while the effect of work discipline on commitment is not significant. Organizational commitment is proven to significantly influence employee performance and serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and work discipline on performance. The practical implication is that performance improvement can be achieved through the development of individual KPIs, strengthening discipline through integrated digital attendance systems and clear standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as fostering a fair work environment to build employee commitment.
