ABSTRACT New normal Covid-19 situation, causing a change of human behavior which tends to limit physical contact. Marketing strategy by utilizing social media is quite effective to apply. Social media seems to be a particular engagement in life. The study aims to explain the effect of social media marketing engagement, e–WOM, and online purchases on online marketing success and explain the role of e-WOM engagement and online purchasing as a mediating relationship between social media marketing engagement on online marketing success. The study is conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali that utilizes social media in promoting their products, using a sample of 210 respondents. The results of the analysis are expected to be used as consideration by producers and marketers, to be able to compete in the new normal era of Covid-19. For the government, expected to be an input in policymaking that encourages the pace of Bali's economic growth in the new normal era of Covid-19. The development of the model that becomes the output of this research is a research model related to the development of research variables. There has been no research that has developed a relationship model of social media marketing engagement, e-WOM engagement, online purchases on online marketing success for SMEs in Bali who have implemented marketing by utilizing social media technology. Thus, it is essential to explore the role of technology in developing SMEs in Bali, and it is necessary to conduct more specific research on the relevant variables in implementing a sustainable SMEs marketing strategy. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan nilai-nilai budaya Bali (jengah, taksu, dan menyamabraya) terhadap niat kewirausahaan. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu mahasiswa semester VII yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan dan mata kuliah kewirausahaan di Universitas Warmadewa. Jumlah responden 102 orang. Universitas Warmadewa merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta yang memiliki mahasiswa terbanyak di Bali. Teknik analisis mempergunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: Pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan positif dan tidak signifikan, Pengaruh nilai budaya jengah terhadap niat kewirausahaan positif dan signifikan, Pengaruh nilai budaya taksu terhadap niat kewirausahaan negatif dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh nilai budaya menyamabraya terhadap niat kewirausahaan positif dan signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan peran nilai-nilai budaya lebih dominan berpengaruh terhadap niat kewirausahaan dibandingkan dengan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Perguruan tinggi diharapkan tidak mengabaikan peran nilai-nilai budaya yang berlaku dimasyarakat dengan mencantumkan nilai-nilai budaya pada kurikulum. Implikasi praktis penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa pada perguruan tinggi di Bali, nilai-nilai budaya dapat dicantumkan pada mata kuliah kewirausahaan.

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of multiple role conflict toward to the employee’s performance with work stress as a mediating variable with female employees of the Denpasar City Education and Job Training Institution as subject of research. The research design used to answer this problem was quantitative with a sample size of 48 people by using the saturated sample method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary both quantitative and qualitative data. Data analyzed by using structural equation modeling (SEM) with the partial least square (PLS) method which obtained the following research results: 1) Multiple role conflict has a positive but not significant effect on employee’s performance at the Denpasar City Education and Job Training Institution. 2) Multiple role conflict has a positive effect on work stress of female employees at the Denpasar City Education and Job Training Institution. 3) Job stress has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance at the Denpasar City Education and Job Training Institution. 4) Work stress is not a mediator of the influence of multiple role conflict on the female employee performance of Denpasar City Education and Job Training Institution.

This research aims to determine the leader member exchange mediates the effect of empowerment on employee organizational commitment at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant in Sanur Bali. The population in this research were 146 employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. The sampling method is using by the saturated sample method, so that the entire population is used as a sample. The data was collected based on distributing questionnaires to employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. In testing the hypothesis was used path analysis techniques, with the AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) application version 16.0. The results showed that Empowerment had a positive and significant effect on leader exchange members at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant in Sanur, Bali. Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. Leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant. Leader exchange members mediate the positive influence of empowerment on the organizational commitment of employees at the Bali Beach Golf Course and Sector Restaurant.

This research aims to analysis the effect of job stress and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in lakeview hotels & restaurants in Kintamani tourism village. This research was conducted at LakeView Hotel & Restaurant in the Tourism Village of Kintamani. Employee performance is a very important thing in the company's efforts to achieve its goals. Creating good employee performance is not easy because employee performance can be created if the variables that can influence it can be well accommodated and accepted by all employees in an organization or company. In this study employee performance is influenced by job satisfaction, job stress and motivation work. Respondents of this study were 79 LakeView Hotel & Restaurant employees in the Tourism Village of Kintamani. Data analysis was performed using PLS (partial least square). The results of the analysis of this study indicate that: (1) job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, ( 4) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax socialization and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance. The population in this study is the MSME corporate taxpayer in KPP Pratama North Badung, with the sample using as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression, F Coefficient, Determination Test and t-Test. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that tax knowledge has a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance, tax socialization has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance and tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on tax knowledge is 55.4%

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of Balinese cultural values in human resource practices associated with stress and organizational performance. Respondents are managers of cooperatives in Bali total of 79 people. The analysis technique uses the application of a PLS-based structural equation model or SEM (structural equation modeling). The results showed: The influence of HR practices that implement local Balinese cultural is negative and significant on work stress. The influence of the implementation of local cultural values on HR practices on organizational performance is positive and not significant.The effect of stress on organizational performance is increasing. positive and significant. So it is a finding in this study that the implementation of cultural values contained in the concepts of jengah, taksu, and menyamabraya to reduce stress and improve organizational performance. Employees feel no pressure because of the suitability of HR practices with their culture. Bali's tourism growth is closely tied to the local culinary scene, especially the famed milk pie. To bolster Bali's status as a tourist hub, businesses must adopt digital accounting and marketing systems. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs lack a solid grasp of accounting and have yet to embrace digital marketing. This community service project aims to enhance the partners' abilities in financial planning through proper accounting, boost entrepreneurial intentions, and improve digital marketing skills. Methods include discourse and assistance on accounting system, digital marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial skills. The results show that partners increase entrepreneurial enthusiasm and improve record-keeping according to accounting standards. Ultimately, this should boost milk pie sales, enhance product quality, and benefit for entrepreneurs in Denpasar.

This research was conducted at the Rectorate of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar by distributing questionnaires at the address Jl. Cambodia No.11A, Dangin Puri Kangin, Kec. North Denpasar, Denpasar City, Bali. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the role of internal locus of control in moderating the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study was all 55 employees within the Rectorate of Mahasaraswati University Denpasar. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that employee work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Employees' organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The influence of work motivation on employee performance increases due to the moderating effect of internal locus of control at the Mahasaraswati University Rectorate. The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance increases due to the moderating effect of internal locus of control at the Mahasaraswati University Rectorate. This research is still very possible to be developed because work motivation, organizational commitment, internal locus of control are only able to explain employee performance by 43.5% (percent). Further researchers can use other variables such as job rotation, salary and others that might influence employee performance.

Globalization has had the impact of changes in the management of an organization, both business and non-business organizations. Every organization will survive if it has a competitive advantage. The research objective is to build sustainable competitive advantage in managing organizations in the education sector. This research explains how the knowledge management process, termed Knowledge Management, is influenced by business strategy mediation in increasing sustainable competitive advantage. Respondents are structural academic officials at private universities in Bali. The number of respondents was 100 people from 6 private universities in Denpasar. The sampling method uses non-probability purposive judgment sampling, where the sample is limited to structural officials in the academic field. This research uses descriptive and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to determine the characteristics of respondents and describe respondents' answers. Inferential statistics using Partial Least Square.to analyze data and test hypotheses.The research results show that the influence of Knowledge Management on business strategy and competitive advantage is positive and significant, business strategy mediates the influence of the KM process on competitive advantage. This means that the better the knowledge management process, the more relevant the strategies used, the more competitive advantage will increase. The implications of this research indicate that private higher education institutions in Bali need to adopt innovative strategic approaches to increase competitiveness.
