Abstract

Sejak diterbitkannya MKJI 1997, kondisi yang dialami prasarana dan sarana transportasi jalan serta penggunanya, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas, sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan karakteristik lalu lintas dan kondisi prasarana saat itu. Pada kota Semarang, jumlah kendaraan bermotor khususnya pada moda sepeda motor mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Kondisi tersebut diduga akan mengubah parameter analisis dalam MKJI. Peningkatan jumlah sepeda motor, perilaku pengendara yang berbeda-beda, meningkatnya perkembangan mesin motor mengakibatkan meningkatnya nilai emp MC. Hal ini berpengaruh pada kapasitas jalan dan kecepatan lalu lintas. Karakteristik lingkungan juga merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab meningkatnya nilai emp MC. Hasil dari analisis didapatkan nilai emp untuk jalan Soekarno Hatta (jalan perkotaan terbagi) adalah emp HV = 0,705 dan emp MC = 0,459 sedangkan untuk jalan Pandanaran (jalan perkotaan tak terbagi) adalah emp HV = 1,055 dan emp MC = 0,418. Dengan adanya dominasi sepeda motor maka perlu adanya pemberlakuan jalur khusus sepeda motor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontestasi kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia selama era Orde Baru dan era Reformasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perbedaan dalam kontrol pemerintah, kurikulum, peran pesantren, pendekatan ideologis, kebijakan pemerataan pendidikan, dan implementasi kebijakan pada kedua periode tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para ahli, akademisi, pengambil kebijakan, dan praktisi pendidikan Islam, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada era Orde Baru, kebijakan pendidikan Islam sangat dikontrol oleh pemerintah pusat dengan fokus pada homogenisasi dan penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila. Kurikulum yang seragam dan pengawasan ketat terhadap pesantren mencerminkan upaya pemerintah untuk mengendalikan potensi radikalisasi. Di sisi lain, era Reformasi membawa perubahan signifikan dengan desentralisasi kekuasaan, memberikan otonomi lebih besar kepada institusi pendidikan untuk menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan lokal. Kebijakan ini juga lebih inklusif dan pluralistik, mencerminkan perhatian yang lebih besar terhadap keberagaman dan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service research aims to improve the management of financial administration and Santrian at Madrasah Diniyah. This research focuses on implementing a more structured and transparent system to improve financial accountability and the organization of student activities. The method used in this study is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves the active participation of madrasah managers and staff in the training and implementation process. The results of the study show that there has been a significant improvement in financial management, with the implementation of a more transparent and efficient digital financial recording system. In addition, the management of student activities becomes more organized with a clear schedule and systematic evaluation. However, challenges related to limited resources are still a major obstacle in sustaining these improvements. The study concludes that ongoing support and resource development are indispensable for long-term success. Further research may explore the application of this practice in other educational institutions in rural areas.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on improving education in Islamic primary schools. The study was motivated by the increasing need for effective leadership in educational institutions to adapt to the demands of an ever-evolving society and foster a culture of excellence. Transformational leadership, known for its ability to inspire and empower subordinates, has been proposed as a key factor in driving positive change in educational environments. A qualitative case study approach was used, using participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to collect data. The findings of the study indicate that transformational leadership in Islamic primary schools has significantly increased teacher motivation, collaboration, and commitment to school development. Teachers reported feeling more involved in the decision-making process, leading to improved teaching practices and overall school performance. The village head’s leadership, characterized by openness, empathy, and teacher empowerment, created an environment conducive to continued growth. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of how transformational leadership can positively impact educational institutions, providing valuable insights for other schools seeking to implement change and improve the quality of their services.

Abstract

Al Miftah Biro Islamic Boarding School has taken significant steps in responding to the demands of globalization through technology-based educational innovation, especially by establishing a multimedia training center. This study aims to explore how the implementation of a multimedia training center can improve the quality of alumni of Islamic boarding schools in facing the challenges of an increasingly digital world of work. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study at Al Miftah Biro Islamic Boarding School, which identifies adaptive Islamic education management in managing a multimedia training center. This training program aims to develop technical skills, such as graphic design, video editing, and digital content management, accompanied by character formation based on Islamic values. The results of the study indicate that with careful planning and implementation, the multimedia training center is able to improve the technical skills and competitiveness of alumni in the professional world. In addition, evaluations from training participants showed an increase in collaboration, creativity, and readiness to work in the multimedia industry. These findings prove that the integration of technology in Islamic education not only enriches the curriculum but also provides opportunities for students to adapt to developments in the era and achieve success in an increasingly digital-based world of work

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi sekarang sangat cepat yang menutut suatu Perusahaan atau intsansi untuk menggunakan semua yang berbasis web yang memudahkan dan membuat efisiensi pekerjaan untuk menentukan suatu keputusan. Dimana suatu Perusahaan atau instansi masih menggunakan laporan dengan cara manual belum menggunakan laporan berbasis web untuk mempercepat pendataan dan efisiensi kerja. Untuk itu dalam memecahkan masalah pendataan barang pengembangan akan dilakukan di sistem inventory berbasis web dengan penggunaan metode waterfall dan bahasa pemrogaman Php dan MySQL sebagai pengolahan data untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancangan dan membangun sistem inventory untuk SMK Taman Siswa dalam pendataan barang yang masih menggunakan pendataan barang secara manual untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam pendataan serta menjadikan pekerjaan lebih efesian dan pendataan barang secara akurat. Dan hasil penelitian ini terciptanya sistem inventory sebagai sarana dalam pendataan barang SMK Taman Siswa berbasis web.
