Abstract

Iron (Fe) corrosion that occurs in nature produces iron oxide (Fe3O4). The Fe3O4 has the strongest magnetic properties than in other phases such as Fe2O3. So far, Fe3O4 material from iron rust has not been widely used and further processed. If the material is made in the size of nano-meter, Fe3O4 will have ferromagnetic properties and have broad application opportunities. One of advantages is its ferromagnetic properties can absorb electromagnetic waves. High energy milling (HEM) is a physical method for making nano Fe3O4. One application of nano Fe3O4 material is as a solar absorber on quantum dot sensitized solar cell (QDSSC). In this research, the synthesis of Fe3O4 nano material from iron rust as solar absorber on QDSSC has been studied. One of the criteria of a solar absorber can be seen from the optical properties. From the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test, it can be observed that the behavior of milling can reduce the size of the material. From the energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) test results, it was proven that pure synthesized material only contained Fe and O. From the X-ray diffractometer (XRD) test showed specific peaks formed were: 29.5, 350.0, 43.0, 54.0, 57.0, and 63.0. The UV-Vis test showed the band gap energy obtained was 3.3 eV.Keywords: Corrosion iron, solar absorber, QDSSC

Abstract

This study aims to describe Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning in realizing independent learning in MI / SD. The method in this research is literature study. Literature study research is usually referred to as bibliography. Literature study can be done by reviewing or searching in various scientific papers, research reports relevant to the problem being studied, books as reinforcing references, scientific magazines, newspapers and so on. To understand a concept in learning is one of the learning objectives itself and understanding this concept has been determined by the government. Learning concepts will be easier to understand if students are able to interpret the concept well. The results of this study indicate that through Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning, students are able to understand a learning concept by linking it to everyday life, so that students can capture the concept as a whole. Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning itself has important components that are not owned by other learning. The main components of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) are; Contructivism, Questioning, Inquiry, Learning Community, Modeling, Reflection and Authentic Assessment. With these components that will help students in understanding and interpreting a concept / learning material as a whole and well by linking it to everyday life.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of internalizing religious moderation values carried out through the curriculum of local content of pesantren at the Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Central Lampung. Researchers use qualitative research and the type of research used field research. Researchers use two data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data sources that will be used as material for this study include key persons who include: Cottage caregivers, leaders of madrasah institutions at Bustanul Úlum Islamic Boarding School while the skunder data used in this study are supporting data derived from books, articles, journals, e-books, and information relevant to the title that the author is researching. Data collection techniques use observation, interview, and documentation techniques with data analysis consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Researchers use triangulation techniques in checking data. Triangulation is the process of collecting and analyzing data through a multi-method approach. The results showed that there were at least two strategies that researchers found in implementing moderation values, namely first, Strengthening Moderation Values through Student Activities. Second, strengthening socio-cultural values with community service activities.

Abstract

Penelitian komprehensif tentang dimensi spiritualitas tempat kerja secara empiris masih jarang ditemukan. Sudi saat ini mengukur kembali instrumen Islamic Workplace Spirituality Scale (IWSS) dengan basis pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei secara cross-sectional dengan pengisian kuesioner online kepada 354 guru. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Exploratory dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menghasilkan alat pengukuran spiritualitas guru di organisasi Pendidikan Islam dengan 3 dimensi (taqorrub, muroqobah, dan istiqomah) yang tediri dari 10 indikator. Hasil temuan menyatakan bahwa profil guru di Pendidikan Islam memiliki tingkat spiritualitas yang tinggi. Berdasarkan pembahasan, studi saat ini menginisasi pimpinan organisasi pendidikan Islam untuk memperhatikan spiritualitas guru. Hal ini dikarenakan, implikasi dari spiritualitas di tempat kerja mampu mengembangkan sumber daya manusia menuju efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Keterbatasan dari studi ini dapat dilihat dari demografi satu kabupaten di Indonesia, agar lebih global, maka studi perlu diperluas pada tingkat mancanegara.
