School counseling services need to be developed creatively to make them more engaging, meaningful, and easier to implement in line with students' needs. This community service activity aimed to enhance Guidance and Counseling teachers' knowledge and skills in applying solution-oriented counseling integrated with visual art therapy. The activity utilized an In-Service Training 1 – On-the-Job Training – In-Service Training 2 approach, comprising the delivery of conceptual material, technique demonstrations, supervised practice, school-based implementation, and the presentation and reflection of best practices. The study used a pretest-posttest design to evaluate changes in participants' knowledge and skills before and after the training. Results showed higher participant scores, with the average rising from 59.14 on the pretest to 87.24 on the posttest. A paired-sample t-test confirmed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores (t = -11.137; p < 0.001). These findings indicate that the training significantly improved BK teachers' knowledge and skills in conducting more creative counseling sessions based on visual art therapy. Thus, a training model that integrates a theoretical approach, supervised practice, practical application in schools and reflection can serve as an approach to developing the capacity of guidance and counselling teachers to deliver more professional and meaningful counselling services.
