Abstract

Abstract

The Ar-Ridho PKBM and the Majelis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (MPM) of the Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership of the city of Tasikmalaya have a large contribution to the community empowerment program in the city of Tasikmalaya. However, the institution has limitations related to training, limited funds, human resources, and other supporting facilities. The problem is related to the lack of Tasikmalaya city people who have skills in the field of technology, so people do not have good skills in dealing with global competition. Therefore, we conduct electronic assembly training activities with a focus on providing electronic assembly skills for the millennial generation. The material presented includes the concept of introducing electronic components, measuring electronics and assembling light sensors on garden lights. With the provision of skills such as this millennial generation is expected to have the basic skills that are used as provisions for entrepreneurship and become productive economically and socially.

Abstract

This training aims to create an arduino robot that is controlled using android. The initial study of this research was to design a Proteus simulation to test the performance of robots. Next, design the robot by combining the motor driver, wheel engine and Arduino. Finally, integrate the robot with Android to control the robot's navigation system. This Android-based Arduino robot training will be introduced to students in the robotics workshop at SMP 11 Bandung as a medium for teaching physics or electronics. With this training, it is expected that students will be able to increase innovation and more creativity towards the subjects taught.

Abstract

Heat exposure can influence the changes in hardness and flexural strength of composites made from eggshell particles and bamboo fibers. The composite samples were prepared through cold compaction at 5 MPa for 2 hours. The materials were combined based on the following volume fractions: 50% epoxy resin, 10% alumina, 10% graphite, 5% zinc oxide (ZnO), and a 25% mixture of eggshell particles and bamboo fibers. The composite samples were then heated to 200°C for 1 hour. The final step involved curing, which required heating the samples in an electric oven at 150°C for 1 hour. Using a weighting method, the composite containing 25% eggshell particles achieved the optimal result, with a multi response performance index (MRPI) of 42.43. This composite exhibited hardness, modulus of elasticity (MOE), modulus of rupture (MOR), and strain values of 70.24 Shore D, 37.65 MPa, 8.58 MPa, and 0.78%, respectively. Conversely, the sample with 25% bamboo fiber and no eggshell particles demonstrated the highest flexural strength at 12.06 MPa, while the sample containing 25% eggshell particles recorded the highest hardness of 70.24 Shore D.
