Abstract

Komposit serat merupakan jenis komposit yang paling banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi teknik. Dalam penelitian ini komposit dibuat dengan menggunakan serat E-glass. Metode proses produksi yang dipakai adalah dengan sistem hand lay up. Orientasi serat yang dipakai yaitu 00, 900, 00, yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian tarik dan pengujian lengkung, berdasarkan variasi fraksi volume 5,2%, 11,0%, 15,4% untuk setiap lamina komposit. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahuai kekuatan mekanis komposit serat E-glass kontinyu. Dari hasil pengujian tarik diperoleh bahwa kuat tarik komposit serat E-glass kontinyu mengalami kenaikan dengan semakin naiknya fraksi volume serat. Besarnya kuat tarik untuk   vf= 5,2% adalah σ = 57 MPa, untuk vf = 11,0% adalah σ = 59 MPa, dan vf = 15,4% σ = 98 MPa. Kemudian untuk hasil pengujian lengkung diperoleh nilai kekuatanya naik pula dengan semakin besanya fraksi volume serat. Untuk vf= 5,2% adalah σ = 182 MPa, untuk vf = 11,0% adalah σ = 274 MPa, dan vf = 15,4% σ = 290 MPa.

Abstract

A collection of books with different genres, students can explore various kinds of knowledge. A well-managed book collection can make it easier for students and even school residents to read. The problem found in this school was the lack of teachers who understood the management of library administration so that the arrangement of book collections does not run properly. The role of teachers and librarians who understand in library management is very important so that book collections are recorded and well organized. For this reason, through community service activities, the authors intend to assist teachers in understanding the management of library administration. The activities carried out on August 16 - September 3, 2022. The target of this community service activity is teachers at MI Jampang who can become teachers as well as librarians who can manage library administration in the future. This community service method was in the form of involving several students in rearranging/sorting book collections. The forms of this activity were reordering/sorting books according to genre, classifying books using e-DDC, providing samples of book classification and socializing the use of e-DDC to teachers. This program had three objectives, namely to improve the quality of the library, provide education on how to manage library administration and to facilitate the search for users. The result of this service activity was  that teachers could understand how to manage library administration so that in the future, collections that increased and could only be managed properly. In conclusion, the existence of a library administration management work program at MI Jampang could help teachers to manage book collections in the library so that if it was  managed properly, students could  easily read books according to the genre they wanted  to read.

Abstract

The development of smart farming using the Internet of Things (IoT) has significantly improved efficiency in various agricultural sectors, including poultry farming. This community service project aims to design and implement an IoT-based chicken egg farm in Padamulya Ciamis Village, West Java, Indonesia. The system integrates smart sensors and automated controls to monitor environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and feed levels, ensuring optimal conditions for egg production. Data collected in real-time will be accessible through a cloud-based platform, allowing farmers to make informed decisions to enhance productivity. This initiative is expected to improve farm efficiency, reduce manual labor, and serve as a model for sustainable poultry farming in rural areas.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Posyandu RW 15 Kahuripan merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kota Tasikmalaya yang masih menghadapi tantangan rendahnya kesadaran anak dan remaja akan pentingnya gizi seimbang dan kebiasaan sarapan sehat. Kondisi ini berpotensi mempengaruhi status kesehatan dan prestasi belajar anak, yang diperburuk oleh kebiasaan melewatkan sarapan atau konsumsi makanan kurang bergizi. Kontribusi: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran anak-anak usia 10–16 tahun dan kader posyandu remaja melalui edukasi langsung mengenai gizi seimbang serta praktik pembagian sarapan sehat sebagai model penerapan. Metode: Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan gizi oleh dosen keperawatan secara tatap muka, evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta praktik lapangan berupa pembagian menu sarapan sehat bergizi. Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dari 33% menjadi 86,25% setelah mengikuti edukasi dan praktik. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme dalam berdiskusi dan menyusun menu sarapan sehat. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi langsung disertai praktik sederhana efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi remaja dalam membentuk kebiasaan sarapan sehat. Kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi sebagai program promotif di tingkat posyandu remaja dan sekolah.

Abstract

Bahan bakar merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari siklus kerja suatu mesin kendaraan, banyak sekali jenis bahan bakar yang bisa digunakan untuk menunjang pada performance mesin kendaraan yang telah muncul dipasaran antara lain bensin dan pertamax. Disini penulis berhasil mengembangkan suplement bahan bakar guna menyempurnakan pembakaran selain bahan bakar yang telah disebutkan diatas. Gas merupakan zat yang diakibatkan dari penguapan yang bisa teradapat pada zat cair termasuk juga pada bahan bakar. Disini penulis mencoba memanfaatkan gas yang berada pada bahan bakar yang digunakan pada kendaraan baik itu bensin maupun pertamax, gas tersebut digunakan sebagai suplement supaya bahan bakar tersebut bisa dimanfaatkan sepenuhnya tetapi dengan cara diolah terlebih dahulu dengan cara yang khusus. Dari analisis ini dihasilkan rekomendasi terbaik untuk penggunaan suplement bahan bakar pada kendaran yang bisa membuat kendaraan tersebut lebih irit dan bertenaga di akibatkan pembakaran yang sempurnaNikmati pengalaman bermain slot zeus, grafis epik dan fitur bonus hadir untuk meningkatkan peluang kemenangan.

Abstract

Currently, the development of science and technology continues to develop in all fields, such as vehicle construction, building construction, industry, and also the field of materials engineering, especially composites. Composite materials generally consist of two elements, namely fibers as a filler and a binding material for these fibers which is called a matrix. In composites, the main element is fiber, while the binding material uses polymer material which is easy to form and has high binding power. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of straw fiber length oriented at 0° and 90° angles in polyester matrix composites on tensile and bending strength. The influence of straw fiber length provides a value for maximum tensile strength with a value of 28.604 Mpa with a fiber length of 15 mm and an angle of 0°. Meanwhile, the angle direction of 900 has a greater value at a fiber length of 10 mm, amounting to 19.619 MPa. The influence of straw fiber length provides a value for maximum bending strength with a value of 86.29 MPa with a fiber length of 10 mm and an angle of 0°. Meanwhile, the maximum tensile strength value at an angle of 900 with a fiber length of 15 mm is 40.02 MPa

Abstract

Composite materials are widely used and in demand in various applications, because they have advantages such as being light and relatively strong. The basic material used in this composite uses natural fiber because the fiber is environmentally friendly and is available in abundance in nature, making it more economical. The matrix as a binder uses epoxy. This research was conducted to determine the comparison of tensile strength of composites due to the influence of alkalisation and non-alkalization with a concentration of 5% NaOH for 2 hours with fiber lengths of 5 cm and 7 cm. The composite specimens made refer to the ASTM-D638 standard. The research method used four stages, namely taking kepok banana tree frond fibers, making composites, tensile testing and SEM testing. The highest tensile test results occurred in composites with alkalization treatment with a fiber length variation of 5 cm, namely 39.54 MPa. Meanwhile, the highest value for the composite without alkalization treatment occurred at a fiber length of 5 cm, namely 39.19 MPa. The highest elastic modulus value occurred in the composite with a 7 cm fiber variation of 4.76 GPa with alkalization treatment

Abstract

This study aims to program basic Arduino UNO. First, we create an Arduino simulation circuit to turn on the Light Emitting Diode (LED) in the Proteus software. Next, make Arduino programming for the running LED. Finally, enter the Arduino program into the Arduino circuit on Proteus. Abstract

The main objective of this work is to provide training to build smart phone-based smart robots with voice control to teachers at Senior High Schools, Tasikmalaya City, Indonesia. This robot consists of various electronic components such as Arduino, IC L293D, Bluetooth Module HC05, dynamo, gear box and battery. In addition, we have used several software to build intelligent robots such as Arduino software for uploading a command and AMR voice application for controlling via voice commands. The results showed that the teachers had succeeded in making robots with voice control for forward and backward commands with the help of the AMR voice application. In addition, the results of this training are expected to increase the creativity of teachers in the learning process and as teaching materials to create an active and collaborative class.
