Abstract

Pertumbuhan Penduduk adalah banyak sedikitnya jumlah Penduduk pada suatu wilayah. Secara terus menerus penduduk akan dipengaruhi oleh bertambahnya jumlah kelahiran bayi (fertilitas), tetapi secara bersamaan pula akan dikurangi oleh jumlah kematian (mortalitas) yang terjadi pada semua golongan umur, serta migrasi juga berperan imigran (pendatang) akan menambah dan emigran akan mengurangi jum-lah penduduk. Tujuan pada Penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Untuk mengetahui analisis deskriptif terhadap data penduduk fertilitas, data penduduk mortalitas dan data penduduk migrasi, 2) Untuk mengetahui model regresi data panel yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penduduk fertilitas, pertumbuhan penduduk mortalitas dan pertumbuhan penduduk migrasi. Pengujian asumsi model terpilih, melalui beberapa uji data memenuhi asumsi linieritas. Data berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi autokorelasi, multikolieritas, dan data yang digunakan merupakan homokedastisitas yaitu varian residual bersifat konstan. Dari pemodelan menggunakan pendekatan Random Effect diketahui bahwa variabel Fertilitas, Mortalitas dan Migrasi secara Bersama sama mempengaruhi jumlah penduduk di Kecamatan Mataram Baru dengan sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 46.1% sementara sisanya 53.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The dissemination activity of exploring damen (rice straw) waste as liquid organic fertilizer is a form of Tridharma of higher education for community service practiced by four lecturers. This activity has several main goals: increasing public awareness, particularly among residents of RT 20 Sadar Sriwijaya Village, Bandar Sribhawono District, about the importance of utilizing damen waste to be used as liquid organic fertilizer, rather than being thrown away or simply burned after the harvesting process is complete. Socialization activities are carried out in two ways: material delivery and practice daily. Based on the socialization, it was discovered that the participants achieved the socialization's objectives with good criteria in general. As a result, the public knowledge, particularly among residents of RT 20 Sadar Sriwijaya Village, Bandar Sribhawono District, East Lampung Regency, on the use of damen waste and chicken eggshell waste is still low, so socialization is required to raise awareness of the use of agricultural waste as fertilizer

Abstract

Completion of the curriculum on time is one of the important indicators of the success of the learning process. However, various factors such as material difficulty and external distractions often cause delays in curriculum completion. This study aims to model the delay in curriculum completion using Gamma distribution, with the research location at SMP Negeri 1 Melinting, East Lampung. Primary data is obtained from schools, while secondary data comes from related literature. This study uses Monte Carlo simulation based on Gamma distribution with the parameters of mean delay () and degree of variance (). The results showed an average delay of about 2.4 weeks, with the Gamma distribution matching the actual data based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. These findings suggest that the Gamma distribution can be an effective prediction tool for modeling curriculum completion delays. Managerial recommendations include the preparation of flexible schedules and the use of simulation models for risk mitigation. Abstract

To foster the creativity of housewives, we, a community service team, intend to hold training on how to make spinach chips by empowering housewives in the Tejosari subdistrict, Metro Timur District. This service activity aims to provide training in processing spinach chips so as to increase economic income for housewives in the Tejosari Village, East Metro District. The methods used are the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation. The targets and objectives of this community service activity are housewives in the Tejosari Village, East Metro District. This training activity received a positive response from the people of Tejosari Village, East Metro District. The benefits of the activities that have been carried out can be felt directly by the community, especially in activities that can provide additional knowledge for the community or are educational in nature which will greatly influence changes in people's behavior and economic attitudes in everyday life.

Abstract

This community service program has the following objectives, namely, 1) To introduce the use of an Android Smartphone with the Android application in the process of teaching and learning activities in class for parents/guardians of Sidokerto Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, Bumi Ratu Nuban District, 2) To increase the use of Android smartphones with the Android application for Parents / Guardians of Sidokerto Urban Village, Bumi Ratu Nuban District. The results of this dedication show that there is high enthusiasm from the participants during the delivery of the material and practices that are carried out. Apart from being active in providing responses and asking the participants, it also shows that the presentation given has been directly practised in the process of teaching and learning activities that they carry out. In this case, the participants feel they have had new experiences in the teaching and learning process, so the hope is that it can foster enthusiasm for learning and student creativity so that it can improve student achievement. Abstrak: Program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan yaitu, 1) Untuk mengenalkan pemanfaatan Smartphone android dengan aplikasi andorid dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas pada Orang Tua/Wali Murid Kelurahan Sidokerto Kecamatan Bumi Ratu Nuban, 2) Untuk peningkatan penggunaan pemanfaatan Smartphone android dengan aplikasi andorid bagi Orang Tua/Wali Murid Kelurahan Sidokerto Kecamatan Bumi Ratu Nuban. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya antusias yang tinggi dari peserta, selama penyampaian materi dan praktik yang dilakukan. Selain aktif memberikan tanggapan dan bertanya para peserta juga menunjukkan bahwa pemaparan yang disampaikan sudah dipraktikkan secara langsung dalam proses kegiatan belajar-mengajar yang mereka lakukan. Dalam hal ini peserta merasa mendapat pengalaman baru dalam proses belajar-mengajar, maka harapannya dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar dan kreativitas siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa.

Abstract

Global climate change and rising extreme weather events necessitate mitigation efforts using precise data. This community service program introduces a rainfall prediction model based on the Tweedie Mixture with PCA reduction at BMKG Lampung. The model addresses asymmetric rainfall data, which often contains many zero values, while optimizing predictor data through PCA-based dimension reduction. Conducted at BMKG’s Climatology Station in Lampung, the program engaged employees and technical staff through workshops, training, and prediction simulations. Participants learned the Tweedie Mixture and PCA theory, statistical software usage, and model applications for climate risk mitigation, such as planting schedules and water management. Evaluations show the Tweedie Mixture outperforms conventional methods in accuracy, enhancing BMKG’s climate analysis and weather forecasting.

Abstract

Perkembangan dari sistem pengambilan keputusan saat ini terus meningkat, pada penelitian sebelumnya penulis hanya menggunakan salah satu metode, upaya meningkatkan kinerja dan pelaksanaan tugas bagi karyawan, dalam meningkatkan motivasi bagi karyawan, salah satu cara yang ditempuh dalam langkah nyata adalah mutasi karyawan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan antara lain absensi, mengisi joblist, kunjungan sesuai RPIT, disiplin, kerjasama team, inovasi, dan kominmen terhadap perusahaan dimana penulis akan menggunakan dua metode sistem pengambilan keputusan untuk mendapatkan perbandingan. Pada PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Departement IT terbagi menjadi 2 Divisi, yaitu IT Office Support dan IT Store Support, IT Office Support bertugas memonitor dan maintenance semua aplikasi yang berjalan di Office serta DC, sedangkan IT Store Support bertugas memonitor dan maintenance semua aplikasi yang berjalan di Store/Toko. Pada tahun 2016 Manager dituntut oleh manajemen untuk mengurangi staff IT, baik pada IT Office Support maupun IT Store Support. IT Store Support 9 orang, IT Office Support 4 orang. Berdasarkan peraturan baru IT Store Support membutuhkan karyawan berdasarkan rasio 1:50 yaitu 1 orang 50 toko, jumlah toko saat ini 260 toko, jadi 260/50 = 5,2 jadi seharusnya hanya 5-6 orang untuk jumlah IT Store Support. Sedangkan IT Office Support Shift kerja dengan 3 Shift membutuhkan minimal 5 orang. Manager harus menentukan karyawan dengan jabatan IT Store Support akan di Mutasi 2 orang dan 1 orang pindah Divisi. Beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam SPK diantaranya adalah metode Multi Factor Evalution Process (MFEP) dan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dengan adanya dua metode tersebut penulis ingin mengetahui metode manakah yang cocok untuk menentukan Mutasi Karyawan.

Abstract

Matlab software was applied in solving physics cases in electronics using value calculation programs and Eigenvectors. The physics case solved is an moving oscillator circuit consisting of five capacitors and four inductors. The purpose of this program is to determine the value and the Eigenvectors that can be obtained. The method used is to utilize the problem of values and Eigenvectors in the Matlab program. In the case of oscillator motion, each capacitor's size and inductor system have been determined according to the system.. The equation of motion for the capacitor and inductor system is reviewed at each point of the inductor and the function used is  called the ansatz function, then differentiated twice concerning time. By using the Matlab program application, the results obtained show that by using eig (Eigen) command the Matlab program can accurately show the results of running (execution) values and Eigenvector.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah salah satu komponen terpenting dari kemampuan berpikir yang harus dibangun. Berpikir kritis membantu peserta didik memahami masalah dan menyaring informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di tingkat SMP. Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sangat penting untuk dimiliki sebagai bekal untuk keberhasilan dalam kehidupannya dan mampu memecahkan masalah-masalah yang dihadapinya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimental dengan desain posttest only control group design. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan pengembangan kemampuan berpikir peseta didik SMP.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kecamatan Gunung Labuhan yang terdiri dari 19 Desa atau Kelurahan Tahun 2012 dan 2013. Dengan melihat fluktasi atau naik turunnya jumlah penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kecamatan Gunung Labuhan Way Kanan.  Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis statistika deskriptif menggunakan software Minitab 16.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh : Penerima Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan paling banyak tahun 2012 yaitu pada Kelurahan Banjar Ratu sebesar Rp12.800.448 dan paling sedikit pada Kelurahan Gunung Baru yaitu sebesar Rp2.360.961. Untuk  Penerima Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan paling banyak tahun 2013 yaitu pada Kelurahan Banjar Ratu sebesar Rp13.233.132 dan paling sedikit pada Kelurahan Gunung Baru yaitu sebesar Rp2.591.518. Nilai rata-rata Penerima Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan tahun 2012 yaitu Rp5.353.008 sedangkan tahun 2013 yaitu Rp5.717.279Abstract:  This study aims to analyze data on land and building tax receipts in Gunung Labuhan sub-district consisting of 19 villages in 2012 and 2013. By looking at fluctuations or the ups and downs in the amount of land and building tax revenues. The Method used is descriptive statistical analysis with Software Minitab 16. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded: The most revenue from land and building tax in 2012 is in the Banjar Ratu sub-district of IDR12.800.448 and at least in the Kelurahan Gunung Baru, which is IDR2.360.961. The most acceptance of land and building tax in 2013 is in the Banjar Ratu sub-district of IDR13.233.132 and the least in the Gunung Baru sub-district is IDR2.591.518. The average land and building tax revenue in 2012 was IDR5.353.008 while in 2013 it was IDR5.717.279.
