Abstract

Role of tool’s in enterprise is important, because a machine cannot assembled if one of tool’s is not available. The problem that occured during transaction prosses of tools due to lack of information about the availability of tools, so the operator spend some time for searching the tools and the borrower is waiting for the operator. To solve this problem, a new system of tool’s crib is requied for the tools storage. This system uses web as tools availability and uses PLC instead of operator. PLC is connected to PC using ethernet cable and programmed with Visual Studio as master. But in communication between PLC and HMI cannot communicate because PLC and HMI is a differend vendor, therefore requied an application to connected them. OPC is solution for of communication between PLC and Visual Studio because OPC is special to connected different hardware and software vendor. This OPC called CX – Server Lite from Omron. The previous system is changed to automatic and called Automation Tool’s Crib and gives the fastest time than tools crib approximately 90 secondwith this communication.

Abstract

Navigation system on DPV uses an analog compass to display the direction of the displacement angle of the vehicle through the degree of angle and the cardinal direction. It can’t display other data, such as the orientation angle and dive depth, which are needed to optimize the performance of DPV. INS is used as navigation system, where within the system there are IMU and computer device. INS works with measuring linear acceleration, rotation rate and magnetic field using accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer on IMU. The reading result are processed by computer device using digital low-pass filter, Madgwick quaternion, and Euler angles to obtain angle orientation data in the form of roll, pitch, and yaw angles. The IMU on INS is configured with a pressure sensor that works with measuring hidrostatic pressure to obtain dive depth. Obtained results of orientation angle measurements that has the furthest error value of  3.00o, with the furthest average error valueof 0.96o, and the furthest noise value of at steady state of 1.00o. Results of depth measurement has furthest error value of 2.00 cm, with furthest average error value of 1.30 cm, and furthest noise value at steady state of 0 cm.

Abstract

This paper discusses an underwater vehicle named Kapal Tempur Bawah Air (KTBA). This vehicle needs INS and GPS  to know attitude, orientation, acceleration, velocity, and position. INS can provide attitude and movement data as well as long distance. INS on KTBA is implemented using Sublocus inertial sensor developed by Advanced Navigation. To know the navigation data, needed a process called interfacing. This process need a processor to read the data from inertial sensor. The processor to be used is Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. Besides data processing, need a user interface for the process that occurred. Therefore, this paper designed a Graphical User Interface for inertial navigation system. This interface design uses PyQt libraries with Python programming. The GUI testing is done by calculating the frame rate per second. The test results have different 56.83 % between Personal Computer and Raspberry Pi.

Abstract

Warehouse Management System pada raw material warehouse di PT Parametrik Solusi Integrasi menggunakan Microsoft Excel memiliki kekurangan pada pengambilan stok menggunakan formulir hardcopy yang berjalan tidak efisien. Keberagaman media pengiriman laporan stok juga menyebabkan pengawasan tidak realtime. Karena proyek dan produksi di PT Parametrik Solusi Integrasi bersifat massive, mobile, dan variative, maka dibutuhkan media yang praktis, mudah, dan portable untuk mempercepat aktivitasnya. Maka dilakukan perancangan dan implementasi aplikasi seluler WAMSY untuk membantu sistem manajemen gudang dan diuji menggunakan metode black box. Hasilnya, aplikasi WAMSY dapat mengintegrasi proses manajemen gudang dalam satu aplikasi dengan persentase pengujian black box sebesar 96,46% dan diperkuat oleh kriteria sangat layak menurut pengguna sebesar 88%.

Abstract

Saat ini Infeksi Coronavirus disease (COVID- 19) terus bertambah maka sebab itu dibutuhkan perancangan peralatan yang dapat mencegah COVID-19 tersebut yaitu alat sterilisasi peralatan kesehatan. Sistem sterilisator yang ada di pasaran saat ini belum memiliki kontrol aliran dan tekanan ozon sehingga menyebabkan produksi ozon tidak terkendali dikarenan aliran dan tekanan ozon yang akan masuk berlebih dan tidak sesuai dengan standarisasi kadar ozon pada peralatan kesehatan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan alat sterilisasi tersebut PT. Parametrik Solusi Integrasi membuat alat sterilisasi peralatan kesehatan menggunakan gas ozon (O3) dengan metode pembangkit Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) dengan penambahan kontrol aliran dan tekanan ozon menggunakan metode logika fuzzy. Target yang ingin dicapai dari pengerjaan proyek akhir ini adalah sistem sterilisasi yang otomatis dan dapat diatur laju aliran, tekanan, dan kadar ppm yang dihasilkan sesuai standar sistem sterilisasi peralatan kesehatan. Aktuator yang digunakan berupa motor servo dikopel dengan valve untuk mengatur jumlah aliran ozon, tekanan ozon dan kadar ozon yang masuk dalam box sterilisator dengan metode fuzzy sebagai pengendalinya. Sistem sterilisasi menggunakan logika fuzzy membuat respon sistem sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan dan mendekati set point yang diberikan dengan nilai kadar ozon 3 ppm, laju aliran 5 Lpm dan tekanan 120 kPa dengan rata-rata eror laju aliran ozon sebesar 8 % dan tekanan ozon sebesar 2%.

Abstract

The Revolution of Human Resources (SDA) and Mental Nation is indeed important today to sustain the progress of the nation. But before that, it must be realized about the lack of attention to education for people who are not addressed, for example street children and orphans in need. All elements of the nation should be realize of the deficiency or something that needs to be improved from this. The government, educational institutions and humanitarian social bodies that form the nation's generation are very important for this.  But here, it is emphasized for the Social Foundation and humanity to be more able to pay attention to their future needs for the better, because this institution is a suitable place for them to get quality education, character, and morals that are in accordance with Islamic values, where the aim is to provide equitable justice for the people's and make a better national life.Revolusi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDA) dan Mental bangsa memanglah penting di era sekarang untuk menopang kemajuan bangsa. Namun sebelumnya, haruslah disadari tentang kurangnya perhatian terhadap pendidikan bagi masyarakat yang tidak diperhatikan, contohnya anak jalanan dan anak yatim piatu yang membutuhkan. Harusnya semua elemen bangsa  menyadari tentang kekurangan atau sesuatu hal yang perlu diperbaiki dari ini. Pemerintah, instansi/lembaga pendidikan dan badan sosial kemanusiaan pembentuk generasi bangsa  sangatlah berperan penting. Namun disini, ditekankan bagi Yayasan Sosial dan kemanusiaanlah untuk lebih bisa memperhatikan kebutuhan masa depan mereka menjadi lebih baik, karena instansi inilah sebagai tempat yang cocok bagi mereka untuk mendapat pendidikan, karakter, dan moral yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keislaman, yang mana tujuannya adalah memberikan keadilan merata bagi masyarakat dan memajukan kehidupan bangsa yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh hidayah yang menjadi pemahaman kebanyakan umat Islam bahwa istilah hidayah selalu dihubungkan dengan datangnya dari Allah Swt semata, padahal jika ditinjau dari segi bahasa pengertian hidayah diartikan sebagai petunjuk, bimbingan, arahan, keterangan dan kebenaran. Dari istilah bahasa hidayah bisa datang dengan banyak cara akan tetapi harus diimbangi oleh usaha manusia itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi (pengamatan), wawancara kepada narasumber  dengan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda, dan yang terakhir studi literatur. Hidayah juga berpengaruh pada keselamatan dan kebaikan hidup manusia di dunia dan di akhirat, cara dan sikap kita untuk mendapatkan hidayah tersebut. Sehingga, barangsiapa yang dimudahkan oleh Allah SWT untuk meraihnya, maka sungguh dia telah meraih keberuntungan yang besar dan tidak akan ada seorang pun yang mampu mencelakakannya. Sebagai makhluk ciptaan Tuhan, manusia memiliki jiwa sebagai penyempurna manusia itu sendiri, yang mana jiwa itu sebagai alat yang dipergunakan untuk mencari hidayah Allah S.W.T. Jiwa itu pada awalnya dalam keadaan situasi yang sama dalam menerima dua jalan iaitu kebaikan dan keburukan. Akan tetapi Allah S.W.T memberi sesuatu yang teramat penting berupa akal pikiran untuk memikirkan dan menimbang dua jalan tersebut. Hidayah tidak dapat dibeli, tapi ini adalah nikmat Allah S.W.T yang hanya dianugerahi kepada hamba-Nya yang dikehendaki-Nya, maka dari itu seseorang akan mendapatkan hidayah karena memang mereka mempersiapkan dirinya.This research is based on guidance which is the understanding of most Muslims that the term guidance is always connected with coming from Allah SWT alone, even though when viewed from the language point of view the meaning of guidance is interpreted as guidance, guidance, direction, information and truth. From the terms of the language of guidance, it can come in many ways, but it must be balanced by human efforts themselves. This research uses data collection methods carried out by observation (observation), interviews with sources with different. Hidayah also affects the safety and goodness of human life in this world and in the hereafter, our ways and attitudes to get that guidance. So, whoever is facilitated by Allah SWT to achieve it, then indeed he has achieved great luck and no one will be able to harm him. As a creature created by God, humans have a soul as a complement to man himself, which is the soul as a tool used to seek guidance from Allah SWT. The soul is initially in the same situation in accepting the two paths of good and bad. However, Allah SWT gave something very important in the form of a mind to think about and consider these two paths. Hidayah cannot be bought, but this is a blessing from Allah SWT which is only bestowed upon His servants whom He wants, therefore someone will get guidance because they are preparing themselves.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesuksesan dan menjalani seorang ibu dari 2 belah pihak seperti pada wanita karir dan pada ibu rumah tangga yang memilih untuk berdiam di rumah, dan bagaimana Islam memandang hal itu. Permasalahan yang ada di dalam penelitian ini adalah apa yang menyebabkan para istri bekerja membantu perekonomian keluarga Bagaimana aktivitas para istri dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan mengetahui konstribusi peran istri dalam membantu perekonomian keluarga. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan antropologis dan pendekatan sosiologis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data ialah dengan cara observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian bahwa dalam kitab al-Mawsu’at al-Fiqhiyyah al-Kuwaitiyyah dituliskan tugas utama seorang perempuan adalah mengurus rumah tangga. Rasullullah SAW dalam HR Bukhari bersabda : Perempuan itu mengatur dan bertanggung jawab atas urusan rumah suaminya”. Dan perempuan yang memilih untuk berdiam diri dirumah dipuji oleh Allah sebagaimana disebutkan dalam surah QS Al Ahzab:33 yang memiliki arti “ Dan tinggallah kalian di dalam rumah-rumah kalian dan janganlah kalian berdandan sebagaimana dandan ala jahiliah terdahulu” Tetapi, Islam tidak pernah memposisikan perempuan hanya di rumah saja dan berdiam diri. Nabi Muhammad SAW bersabda “Sebaik-baik canda seorang Muslimah dirumahnya adalah bertenun.”

Abstract

Asset maintenance is a preventive action from tool’s damage. Place for production tool’s usually called by tool’s crib, is a facility for field engineer on the production line. Generally, tool’s maintaining system that operate in industry checked and maintain in every month. Nevertheless, administration check and maintenance are unbalanced that delayed transactional and identification process. Automating tool’s crib applied to change transaction and administration activity on the system become automatic using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and database on Automation Tool’s Crib project. Used RFID on this project have a read range that far too wide on the identification process. So, controlling read range of a RFID on Automation tool’s Crib to reduce error on transaction and identification process. Controlling RFID based on Visual Basic.NET are able to reduce error of scanning process on Automation Tool’s Crib from 7.5% to 1.2%.

Abstract

PT. Astra Otoparts Winteq Division is an industry engaged in the manufacture of machines with special purpose. Assembling machines using tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, avometers and so forth. These tools will be stored in a place called Tool's Crib, where the operation is done manually with the presence of administrators who serve transactions and bookkeeping is also written conventionally. Bookkeeping of this type causes the information that employees get about the Tool's Crib a bit. Automation Tool's Crib is a tool designed to help with the operation of the Tool's Crib system more effectively with RFID, PLC, applications, databases and web servers. This system also utilizes the application of the internet of things with a website to get information from the machine. This new system can help the administrator work in automated bookkeeping of transactions, so the data in the database can be processed into information in the form of a list of tools that are available on the cabinet, the transaction history of each employee as well as tools that are still borrowed by employees on the website. The management may supervise the transaction and know the condition of the equipment which is also an asset of the company. Tests carried out as many as 50 transactions (borrowing and return) and indicate that changes in data residing on the database can be displayed on the website correctly. All data displayed on the website in each menu is always in accordance with the conditions of the machine.
