GAPOKTAN “Rukun Tani” consists of 3 farmer groups, including (1) Sumber Rejeki Farmer Group, (2) Sido Makmur Farmer Group, and (3) Margo Mulyo Farmer Group. Previously, there was a Plant Clinic in Sumber Village, but currently, the existence of the Plant Clinic is not developing, so one of the essential problems for GAPOKTAN Rukun Tani is to develop the existing Plant Clinic so that all members of the Farmer Group in Sumber Village can reuse, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency.

The data in this study are quantitative in nature, namely data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics in the form of numbers, including: Gini Index, HDI, GRDP, and LGI. The results showed that based on the results of the R-Square of 0.5424 which means the income distribution inequality in 5 regencies/cities in DIY Province has a change of 54.24% which is influenced by the HDI, GRDP, and LGI variables. While the value of 45.76% is influenced by variables outside the study. Based on the partial test, it was found that the HDI and LGI have a positive and significant effect on the income distribution inequality, while GRDP has no significant effect on income distribution inequality in 5 regencies/cities in DIY Province.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of urbanization, industrialization, and economic growth on renewable energy consumption in ASEAN-6 (1994 - 2020). The data used in this research is annual data for period 1994 – 2020 taken from the World Bank Data. The estimation tool used in this research is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) using EViews 12. The research results show that in the short term, urbanization, industrialization, and economic growth reveal insignificant effect on renewable energy consumption in ASEAN-6. Meanwhile in the long term, variables show varying results. Urbanization and Economic Growth have a negative and significant effect with coefficient numbers -0.138775 and -0.364414, while Industrialization has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.423784. These findings indicate that ASEAN-6 must prioritize deploying renewable energy sources to meet its mix energy target. Therefore, the reliance on non-renewable energy can shift and create sustainable energy development and anticipate energy security issue.

Abstract

Background: Tooth extraction causes injury to the alveolar bone and oral mucosa which is followed by the body ’s natural response through wound healing. One of the important parameters and indicators of wound healing is collagen density. Collagen is synthesised by fibroblasts in the proliferative phase, which was formed from day 3 and reached its peak on day 7. Robusta coffee beans have active compounds in the form of anti-inflammatory and antioxidants that are effective in accelerating wound healing. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of robusta coffee bean extract gel (Coffea canephora) at concentrations of 12,5%, 25%, and 50% in increasing the thickness of collagen fibres in socket wound healing after tooth extraction in Wistar rats. Method: This type of research is laboratory experimental. The samples used were 40 male Wistar rats divided into 5 groups: negative control, positive control, 12.5% robusta coffee bean extract gel treatment, 25% robusta coffee bean extract gel treatment, and 50% robusta coffee bean extract gel treatment. The sample group was decapitated on the 3rd and 7th day after tooth extraction. Socket tissues were taken to make histological preparations stained with trichrome mallory and then measured using Adobe Photoshop CS 6.0 software. Results: The average thickness of collagen fibres in the Robusta coffee bean extract gel treatment group was higher than that in the control group (p

Abstract

Background: Diabetes melitus is a chronic metabolic disease due to the inability of the pancreas to produce insulin or the body cannot use insulin effectively.Periodontitis is one of the complications of microvascular disorders that ranks second in oral cavity diseases. One of the aerobic bacteria thought to play a role in the severity of diabetes melitus is Staphylococcus aureus, while the pathogenic anaerobic bacteria in periodontal disease are Treponema, Bacteroides, Porphyromonas, Prevotella, Capnocytophaga, Peptostreptococcus, Fusobacterium, Actinobacillus, and Eikenella. The study aimed to determine the microbiological profile in oral cavity infections of rats with diabetes melitus and periodontitisMethod: This study was experimental laboratories on male wistar rats induced by diabetes melitus and periodontitis using wire ligature on mandibular molars, which were divided into 3 treatment groups: group I (control), group II (diabetes melitus) and group III (diabetes melitus and periodontitis). Periodontitis (wire) rats were treated for 7 days and saliva was collected to identify the microbiological profile of the oral cavity. Result: Identification indicated the presence of genus and species of bacteria in the saliva of rats in 3 groups, gram positive: Staphylococcus intermedius, Staphylococcus cohnii subsp.urelyticus. Gram negative: Chromobacterium violaceum, Kleibseilla pneumoniae, Eikenella corrodens, Enterobacter sakazaki and Chryseobacterium meningosepticum. Conclusion: The number of bacterial colonies in the treatment group of diabetes melitus and periodontitis rats was greater than the treatment group of diabetes melitus rats and the control group. Gram staining results found groups of gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
