Abstract

This study aims to reveal the role of the initial decision of students choosing tertiary institutions through physical evidence, reference groups and self-motivation and their impact on student satisfaction with the quality of learning. Research methods conducted using the survey method. The sample in this study were active students at private universities in the city of Bima as many as 379 respondents using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using regression analysis with the help of SPSS Version 20 for windows. The results showed that aspects of physical evidence, reference groups and self-motivation had a positive and significant role in the decision of students in choosing tertiary institutions. The impact of these student decisions also has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction with the quality of learning of selected tertiary institutions. The implications of this study are directed to be able to maximize the dimensions that influence students' initial decisions in choosing tertiary institutions so as to optimize student satisfaction on the quality of learning starting from the input, process and output of learning-oriented to the aspects of services that are directly felt by students as recipients of educational services. Keywords: Quality of Learning, Student Satisfaction,  Decisions to Choose a College

Abstract

This study aims to improve the coastal community's economy through the diversification of shrimp cracker products in Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency. The method used is a participatory approach involving training, assistance, and product innovation. The results of the activities show that product diversification—such as spicy shrimp crackers, mini shrimp crackers, and premium-packaged shrimp crackers—can increase both market value and market reach. The community has begun to demonstrate independence in production and marketing. Through a collaborative and innovative approach, product diversification has proven effective as a strategy for strengthening the local economy

Abstract

Efforts to achieve organizational goals can be made by maintaining employee morale. High morale, characterized by enthusiasm in carrying out tasks, is influenced by various factors, including the work environment. This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the morale of employees at the Ambalawi District Head's Office, Bima. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The object of the research is the work environment as the independent variable and work morale as the dependent variable, with the research subjects being the employees at the Ambalawi District Head's Office, Bima. The research population consisted of 70 people, and a sample of 54 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, Likert scale questionnaires, and literature review. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the work environment has a significant influence on the morale of employees at the Ambalawi District Head's Office, Bima. The coefficient of determination indicates that the work environment affects morale by 69.5%, while the remainder is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

It is very important for a business or business to be able to offer advantages to consumers with the aim of attracting consumers to decide to buy the products or services offered. There are many aspects that can drive consumer purchasing decisions, including the store atmosphere, store location and product displays offered at the store. The purpose of this research is to determine the shop atmosphere, shop location and product displays on purchasing decisions at the Raja Grosir Shop, Bima City. The research instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Population in this research The population used in this research is all consumers who have purchased products at the Raja Grosir Shop in Bima City whose exact number is not known (unknown population). To determine the number of samples in the unknown population, the Cochran formula is used and a sample is obtained. as many as 96 people. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Research data was collected by observation, questionnaires and literature study and then analyzed by hypothesis testing, t test and f test. The research results show that the shop atmosphere, shop location and shop displays partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions at the Raja Grosir Shop in Bima City.

Abstract

Dunia perdagangan atau bisnis semakin berkembang pesat setiap tahun sebagai akibat dari meningkatnya permintaan konsumen. Pelaku bisnis harus mampu memahami kebutuhan pelanggan dan menggunakan strategi komunikasi yang efektif untuk merespon persaingan. sehingga penjualan bisnis berada di jalur yang benar. Peningkatan niat beli akan menghasilkan lebih banyak produk yang dijual. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini yaitu agar memahami apakah relationship marketing serta kualitas layanan berdampak signifikan pada loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Nithalian Collection. Metode penelitian dipakai pada penelitian ini yakni penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dimana dipakai yakni semua konsumen pernah membeli Nithalian collection dimana jumlahnya tidak dipahami pasti . teknik sampel dipakai yakni purposive sampling, yaitu pelaggan  dimana sudah membeli lebih dari 1 kali. Lokasi penelitian ini yaitu pada Nithalian Collection. Teknik penggumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, studi pustaka. Teknik analisa data memakai uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji auto kolerasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien kolerasi, uji koefisien derteminasi, Uji t serta uji f. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yakni Relationship marketing serta kualitas layanan dengan cara bersama-sama berdampak signifikan pada loyalitas pelangga pada Nithalian Collection.

Abstract

AbstractThis associative research was conducted to see whether there was an effect of variations in products and facilities on consumer repurchase interest at the Café Ilo Peta Kota Bima. The instruments were arranged using a liker scale which distributed 96 samples from an unknown population. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability, and the results were all statements made were valid and reliable, so the questionnaire was worthy of being distributed for data collection tools. From the results of data analysis using the SPSS version 20 application, partially Product Variations have an effect on the Consumer Buyback Interest in Café Ilo Map of the City of Bima, it is marked by the value of Sig = 0,000 <α = 0.05. The same thing also happened at the facility, that the Facilitator also influenced the consumer's repurchase interest in the Café Ilo Map of the City of Bima because of the value of Sig = 0.04 <α = 0.05. Seen from the Simultaneous relationship, Product and Facility Variations together affect the repurchase interest in Bima Café Ilo Map because the Sig value is smaller than α or standard error (0,000 <0.05).
