Abstract

The purpose of this study was to review the application of situational leadership in Madrasah Lab School of Bunga Bangsa Islamic University Cirebon. The method used in this research is a case study. The results showed that the adaptive leadership style carried out by the head of the madrasah based on the principles of adaptive leadership which includes the application of context understanding, long-term thinking principles, the principle of commitment to sustainable change, and the principle of continuous learning has been done well. This can be seen from the aspect of understanding the context that the establishment of this school was due to the identification of the needs of local residents for the existence of an ibtidaiyah madrasa. The aspect of long-term thinking can be seen from the strategic plan made for the future development of madrasah. The aspect of sustainable commitment is assessed from the large number of teachers who are still teaching from the beginning of the establishment of the madrasah. Meanwhile, the continuous learning aspect has not been fully implemented because it still focuses on the development of students.Keywords: Situational leadership; Madrasah; Lab School.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the coastal community's economy through the diversification of shrimp cracker products in Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency. The method used is a participatory approach involving training, assistance, and product innovation. The results of the activities show that product diversification—such as spicy shrimp crackers, mini shrimp crackers, and premium-packaged shrimp crackers—can increase both market value and market reach. The community has begun to demonstrate independence in production and marketing. Through a collaborative and innovative approach, product diversification has proven effective as a strategy for strengthening the local economy

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan para petani kunyit, peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam mengolah kunyit menjadi bubuk kunyit, serta terbentuknya UMKM yang khusus mengolah kunyit. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dengan survei dan observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan antara lain melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan, meningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan petani kunyit dalam memanfaatkan dan mengolah kunyit menjadi produk-produk siap disajikan. Pendampingan yang dilakukan membantu para petani kunyit dalam menghasilkan produk-produk yang diolah seperti bubuk kunyit, jamu kunyit dan macam-macam produk lainnya. Pemberian peralatan pendukung produksi yang sangat membantu dalam proses produksi produk. Hasil evaluasi ketercapaian pelaksanaan pengabdian sangat baik, dimana petani kunyit sangat puas dengan pelaksanaa pengabdian dan membantu dalam terbentuk kelompok usaha untuk memproduksi serta memasarkan produk-produk olahan kunyit. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat harus memiliki dampak yang lebih besar dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih luas.
