Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan efektifitas komunikasi dan hasilbelaja siswa pada pembelajaran IPA Kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah tindakan kelas, dengansubjek siswa kelas IV SD. Penelitian dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2015/2016,instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah efektivitas berkomunikasi lembar siswa, lembarpenilaian hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif siswa pada level pengetahuan dan pemahaman.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, efektifitas berkomunikasi siswa pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-ratapeningkatan 49,99% pada siklus II menjadi 67,45%, efektivitas berkomunikasi siswa pada siklus Imemperoleh nilai rata-rata 53,96% meningkat pada siklus kedua menjadi 71,42%. Sedangkan hasilbelajar siswa pada tingkat kognitif pengetahuan pada siklus I meningkat pada siklus II 68,33 menjadi80,47, hasil belajar kognitif pada level pemahaman pada siklus I meningkat pada siklus II 58,09menjadi 71,42. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Open Ended dapat meningkatkan efektifitaskomunikasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas IV SD

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low activity and student learning outcomes in science teaching class V SDN 28 Jorong Nan Tigo Pesisir Selatan District. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 28 Jorong Nan Tigo Pesisir Selatan District, using the model  Project Based Learning. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). This study was conducted in two cycles. The data source is a fifth grade students of SDN 28 Jorong Nan Tigo Pesisir Selatan District amounted to 18 people. The instrument used is the observation sheet student activities, teacher observation sheet activities and achievement test. Based on the analysis of activities and student learning outcomes, student activity observation Score average first cycle of 58.32%, an increase in cycle II became 78.88% and student learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average of 61.11% completeness increased in the second cycle amounting to 78.05%. It can be said, learning science by using Project Based Learning model of increasing the activity and student learning outcomes. From the research, it is recommended that teachers can use the model of Project Based Learning in an effort to increase the activity and student learning outcomes in learning science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa smart box games pintar pada materi “Sistem Organ Tubuh Manusia” untuk siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPAS yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa media smart box interaktif yang memuat materi IPAS dan permainan edukatif berbasis digital yang diakses melalui QR-code. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, serta diuji keterterapannya melalui uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji lapangan di SDN 1 Trenceng. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media ini memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 90% dari ahli media dan 80% dari ahli materi dengan kategori “sangat valid”. Sementara itu, hasil respon peserta didik memperoleh persentase sebesar 91% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa media smart box games pintar ini layak, praktis digunakan, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi IPAS. Dengan demikian, media ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif inovatif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata desa merupakan salah satu pendekatan penting untuk meningkatkan perekonomian daerah, terutama di kawasan pedesaan yang memiliki keunikan alam dan budaya. Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pemuda setempat dalam mendorong kemajuan sosial dan ekonomi di Desa Wisata Puspamukti (DEWI SAKTI), yang dikenal dengan kekayaan alam, budaya, serta produk UMKM khasnya. Fokus utama adalah bagaimana keterlibatan aktif generasi muda dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam menghadapi tantangan urbanisasi yang menyebabkan migrasi pemuda ke kota, yang berpotensi menghambat kelanjutan desa wisata. Dengan mengacu pada teori tentang peran pemuda, pengembangan desa wisata, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, studi ini mengeksplorasi cara pemuda menggabungkan nilai-nilai tradisional dengan inovasi modern untuk mendukung pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan. Temuan awal menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya partisipasi pemuda menyebabkan perkembangan desa wisata menjadi stagnan. Oleh karena itu, memperkuat peran sosial dan ekonomi pemuda lokal menjadi hal penting untuk menciptakan partisipasi ruang yang bermakna, memberdayakan komunitas, dan mengembangkan kreatif ekonomi berdasarkan potensi lokal. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi strategi guna meningkatkan keterlibatan pemuda dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan desa wisata secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The increase in juvenile delinquency in the modern era requires an effective preventive approach through mosque-based da'wah communication. This study aims to determine the influence of dawn recitation on religious understanding and character formation of adolescents, identify da'wah messages for the prevention of delinquency, and assess the response and behavior change of adolescents. The qualitative research method with a case study approach was applied to 5-10 adolescent worshippers and 2-4 da'i or mosque administrators. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that dawn recitation is effective in improving religious understanding and shaping the character of adolescents through da'wah materials that are relevant to contemporary problems. Dialogical-participatory methods, storytelling, and personal approaches have succeeded in attracting the interest of adolescents. Significant impacts can be seen in increasing religious awareness, establishing self-control, social selectivity, and reducing deviant behavior. Dawn recitation has proven to be a comprehensive solution to prevent juvenile delinquency through continuous spiritual, cognitive, and behavioral transformation.

Abstract

The writing of hadith in this cross-stream perspective historical review is the result of literature research, which is a method obtained by collecting data and information sourced from literature. The process involves a series of procedures for collecting data from library sources which are then processed from various stages of analysis, and ultimately produce research findings. The characteristics of the Hadith of the Prophet's period of Revelation revealed by Allah were explained by the Prophet through his words, deeds, and taqrir. Characteristics of the Hadith period Muslim companions can directly obtain hadith from the Prophet as a source of hadith. The characteristics of hadiths from the tabi period were collected and discarded through talaqqi with the companions then they recorded what was gained from the meeting. Characteristics of Hadith period Tabi' at-Tabi'in Group existing hadiths according to the field of discussion. Three elements must be met in order to be called a hadith narrative. The three elements are (1) the activity of receiving hadith (al-tahammul), (2) the re-delivery of hadith, and (al-ada') (3) the mention of a series of narrators at the time of the hadith (al-isnad). The history of the development of hadith is a period or period that has been passed by hadith since the moment of its birth and grew in the introduction, appreciation, and practice of the ummah from generation to generation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between student social interaction and social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 01 Indralaya Selatan.This research is a type of quantitative research using the Pearson product moment correlation research method. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri 01 Indralaya Selatan who found 39 students.Sampling Techniques Researchusing sampling techniques obtained two classes, namely class IVA and IVB SD Negeri 01 Indralaya Selatan. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and data documentation. Testing the research hypothesis data using the independent sample t-test. The results based on the research indicate that there is positive and significant relationship between students' social interaction and social studies learning outcomes for students in grades IVA and IVB at SD Negeri 01 Indralaya Selatan.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the sales of cake and dried fish products in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sel Beremas District through the development of an OpenCart-based e-commerce platform. The research is motivated by the limited access to online markets and the lack of digital knowledge among MSMEs. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a user-oriented approach. The initial stage involved data collection through surveys and interviews to identify the needs of MSMEs and consumer preferences. The results of the data analysis were used as a basis for designing a user-friendly and attractive platform. The key features developed include an interactive product catalog, diverse payment systems, integration with social media, and order tracking features. The developed e-commerce platform was then implemented and evaluated. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in several performance indicators, such as website traffic, transaction value, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the platform successfully enhanced the brand awareness of MSMEs in the online market. This study concludes that the development of the OpenCart-based e-commerce platform is an effective solution to increase MSME product sales in Sel Beremas District. This platform not only expands market reach but also provides convenience for consumers in making transactions. It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for the development of other MSMEs in utilizing digital technology to enhance business competitiveness.

Abstract

In the context of human resources development (HRD), the role of training management personnel is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness and success of training programs [1]. This article aims to delve deeper into the roles and characteristics of the four main groups of training management personnel: instructors, educators, educational staff, and other personnel. Instructors, as the frontline in the teaching and learning process, play a crucial role in delivering content and facilitating learning. They not only possess adequate technical expertise in their respective fields but also have good communication skills to deliver information in an engaging and meaningful way to training participants. Educators, often integral parts of the teaching team, are responsible for curriculum planning, development, and management. They design effective learning strategies, develop relevant evaluation tools, and are responsible for continuous monitoring and improvement of training programs. Educational staff, on the other hand, are responsible for the administrative and operational management of training programs. They plan and organize training activities, manage facilities and available resources, and ensure that all administrative aspects run smoothly to support the smooth implementation of programs. In addition to these three main groups of training management personnel, there are also other personnel who support the implementation of training programs. This includes administrative staff handling general administration, technicians responsible for facility maintenance, and other facilitators who assist in the implementation of training activities. Through a deeper understanding of the roles and characteristics of each group of training management personnel, it is hoped that training institutions can improve the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of the programs they offer, thereby making significant contributions to HRD and organizational quality improvement [ 4].
