Abstract

Broiler business in Patriot business still applies traditional farming system with such weaknesses as relatively simple production equipment, relatively high mortality rate and limited human resources.  Data collected was analyzed using SWOT Analysis. The IFAS value was 3.22, with the strength value was 2.27 and the weakness value was 0.95. This shows that the strength factor in the "Patriot" business is greater than the weakness factor.  The EFAS value was 3.54, with the opportunity value was 1.60, and the threat value was 1.94.  Based on the internal and external factors, the total score of  the strength and the weakness factors positioned at X axis was equal to 1.32, while that of the opportunity and the threat positioned at Y axis was equal to 0.34. The appropriate development strategy for Patriot business is ST strategy. Therefore, the best strategy for the Patriot business development is Strength-Threat strategy, the strategy of using strength to overcome the threats.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the use of graphic media in fiqh learning, and analyze the results of students' learning understanding through the use of graphic media in fiqh learning. The classroom action research method is a relevant method to use in this research. The result is that using graphic media makes students enthusiastic about the learning process, carrying out presentations and group discussions and making summaries in accordance with language rules and systematic explanations. Next, the results of students' learning understanding after using graphic media in fiqh learning can make it easier for students to understand fiqh subject matter as evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects from one cycle to the next. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were an average of 74.16, in the second cycle it increased to 79.16. while in the last cycle the student learning outcomes were 83.95. In this way, the use of graphic media in fiqh learning can facilitate students' understanding.

Abstract

Fiqh also has the function in determining the practical laws that might be followed by Muslims in various aspects of life, such as worship, Muamalah (transactions), and family. Fiqh also helps apply Islamic teachings in the context of modern times, even though the basic laws still apply, and allows adjustments in technical matters that did not exist at the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It based on verses of the Qur'an and Hadith, which often have deep and complex meanings. The purpose of this study was describe, analyze, and provide an interpretation of the concept of greeting, saying greetings, and responding to greetings from non-Muslims from a Fiqh perspective. The method applied in this research is library research. The result is that the concept of greeting in Islam has a deep dimension of peace, tolerance, harmony, and affection between individuals and society. Although there are variations in interpretation and practice within the perspective of Fiqh, these principles teach Muslims to maintain an open, respectful, and compassionate attitude in interactions with all people, including non-Muslims. Then, in terms of answering greetings from non-Muslims, a Muslim can answer with different answers, namely by answering with wa'alaikum, 'alaika aw wa'alaika, and ma qulta. Thus, it hoped that this research could provide additional insight for religious people that reflected peace, tranquility, and safety in all aspects of life.

Abstract

Training on making a Business Identification Number (NIB) is a very important and strategic activity for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), because it provides information related to procedures for applying for business legality and how to issue a business permit in the form of a Business Identification Number (NIB). This service activity was carried out at STAI Sangatta which was related to MSME training in creating a Business Identification Number (NIB). This service activity starts from the process of activity planning, implementation and evaluation in preparing and running the program. The method used in this service is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method where the author is directly involved in the training process. The result of this activity is to increase the insight and understanding of MSMEs in using the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform as a medium used in processing business permits. The participants' activeness and enthusiasm showed a positive attitude. Therefore, activities like this need to be followed up with similar activities by inviting other MSMEs in East Kutai.

Abstract

Elementary school age is the first foundation in the formal education process for children, where teaching fiqh is one of the main pillars in forming their religious understanding. However, the fiqh learning process does not only occur in the school environment but is also influenced by factors outside the school, especially the role of parents. This research aims to analyze the fiqh learning materials for elementary school-aged children, the contribution of parents in supporting elementary school-aged children's fiqh learning, as well as the problem of involving parents in elementary school-aged children's fiqh learning. The method used in this research is the library research method. The results of the research show that fiqh learning material for elementary school-age children includes ablution material, prayer material, fasting material, and Islamic morals and ethics material. Parents' contributions include providing an example, teaching Islamic values, involving children in religious practices, encouraging discussions and questions, and providing emotional support. Meanwhile, the problems involving parents in learning fiqh for elementary school-age children include limited religious knowledge, busyness and time, lack of resources, disinterest or other priorities, and ignorance of the importance of the role of parents. It is hoped that this research can provide a better understanding of the role of parents in forming children's understanding of religion at an early age, as well as provide input for schools and parents in increasing effective collaboration to support children's Islamic jurisprudence learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to use methods to increase students' understanding in Islamic Religious Education learning regarding procedures for caring for corpses at State High School 1 North Sangatta. The type of research used is descriptive research. The approach in this research is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the use of efficiency methods in material on procedures for caring for corpses at State High School 1 North Sangatta is very effective because students can understand and put into practice what has been conveyed directly by the teacher and the use of efficiency methods makes learning more active. The inhibiting factor that influences the use of the roasting method is that the time specified is not enough to demonstrate the procedures for caring for the corpse as a whole. The solution given is that the teacher can summarize several procedures for caring for corpses.
