Abstract

Penilaian kinerja adalah suatu sistem formal dan terstruktur yang mengukur, menilai dan mempengaruhi sifat-sifat yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan, perilaku dan hasil serta termasuk tingkat ketidakhadiran. Untuk mengetahui seberapa produktif seorang karyawan apakah dia bisa bekerja sama atau lebih efektif pada masa yang akan datang sehingga karyawan, organisasi dan masyarakat semuanya memperoleh manfaat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah AHP yang terdiri dari permulaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, implementasi sistem menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Metode AHP memiliki banyak kelebihan dengan metode lain seperti memecahkan permasalahan lebih kompleks dan mempertimbangkan konsistensi logis dalam penilaian yang digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) di PT. Campus Data Media Semarang yang dapat digunakan oleh pimpinan dan karyawan untuk melihat hasil karyawan terbaik dengan mudah dan cepat serta lebih akurat.

Abstract

A pump is a machine that functions to move fluids by converting mechanical energy into fluid energy and pressure, transporting fluids through a piping system. Head, flow, efficiency, performance and performance are the main concerns for centrifugal pumps, these aspects can be used as benchmarks in choosing the type of pump that suits your needs. Damage to the TCU oil pump is caused by bearing damage due to lack of lubrication, shaft wear, damage to the couple and rubber couple, leaks in pipes and valves, leaks in the and pump mechanical seal. Various designs and configurations of centrifugal pumps have been carried out, both experimentally and in simulations with various configurations and variations. In short, this research will examine damage to the oil pump temperature control unit on longitudinal stretcher machines in terms of production cost losses at PT. POLYDAYAGUNA PERKASA Ungaran with a mathematical analysis approach. The research results show that the estimated loss in production costs due to damage to the TCU oil pump with within 6 months is IDR. 600,000,000,- and Rp. 120,000,000,- for pumps with mechanical seals. Estimated production cost losses for oil pumps with mechanical seals are highly recommended for use on longitudinal stretching machines because they are more efficient, but there must be further development.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to find out how language learning and language acquisition of children aged 2 to 5 years using a psycholinguistic study approach. The purpose of this study can be seen from the analysis documentation, interviews, and observations conducted by researchers in Sidomukti village, West Kisaran sub-district, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study found that children acquire language in four phases. First, they have a babbling level (0.0-1.0). Second, they experience the holophrase period (1.0-2.0). Third, they enter the sensorimotor stage (from birth to 2-3 years old) and fourth, they enter the preoperative stage (from 3-5 years old). The data source is 15 children in Sidomukti village, West Kisaran sub-district, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province, aged 0 to 5 years old. The data found in this study includes children's language acquisition and language learning. Data collection methods included observation, interviews and recordings. The results showed that psycholinguistics correlates with children's language acquisition and learning.

Abstract

In this era of digitalization, there have been major changes in education, especially with the integration of technology into the world of education. As an advanced stage of formal education, high school plays an important role in integrating technology into the teaching-learning process. Various studies show the great potential of technology to enrich student learning experiences, improve access to educational resources, and improve teaching efficiency. The study used the literature review method, combining the results of several related studies into a new topic. From the review, it was found that the use of technology in high schools involves a variety of digital infrastructures and programs, such as Zoom, Canva, digital education (E-Learnings), Google Classroom, Google Sites, Magic School, Kahoot, E-Ujian, video conference, electronic report (e-Rapot), and WhatsApp Application. The main advantage of technology is its ability to make teaching more exciting and interactive for learners. However, the challenge is the inequality of connectivity related to technology. Students who do not have electronic devices or internet connectivity risk being left behind, creating differences or imbalances in learning opportunities.

Abstract

After Indonesia's independence on August 17, 1945, the challenge of struggle continued, not least because the Dutch again wanted to control the natural resources in Indonesia. Physical battles were inevitable in various regions, Kiai, local troops (clurut troops), and the TNI fought and defended the independence of Indonesia. In 1947-1949 in Tengaran Subdistrict with great effort and success. This cannot be separated from the support of KH. Mawardi and the kiai who trained the Clurut Troops as the frontline in defending the Tengaran area. This research is an analytical descriptive study to find out the role of KH. Mawardi more deeply. This research uses historical research methods, namely: Heuristic stages of collecting sources, verification or criticism of sources, Interpretation or interpretation, and historiography or historical writing. Then the use of data related to the theme raised is primary source data and secondary sources and the same literature. Data collection by researchers is carried out by interviews, literature studies and document studies. From the results of research and analysis of sources obtained by researchers, as well as field results. KH. Mawardi's role began when the headquarters in Petak, Susukan was bombed during military aggression. The search for a new headquarters began and moved to Tengaran. The formation of the Clurut troops resulted from the gathering of the kiai and KH. Mawardi to prepare for defense and seek information from the Dutch. Clurut troops from among the youth began to join when KH. Mawardi preached at the Tengaran mosque, in daily life equipped with moral values and weapons training in preparation for the struggle against the Dutch.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan studi lapangan jadwal Maintaince dibuat dalam kegiatan pengabdian Kerja Praktek Kepada PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia ini dibuat dengan membandingkan dan mengidentifikasi Maintainance prevective yang sudah ada dan Maintainance Corrective pada saat dilapangan. Ide ini didasari oleh data perwatan berkala terdahulu maupun perawatan setelah mengalami kerusakan, Jadwal Maintainane Berkala ini Dapat Bermanfaat dan dapat meminimalisir Kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh Mesin, dapat menghasilkan Produksi yang optimal dan mengurangi Maintainance Corrective (MC). Maintainance Preventif Tindakan preventif sangat penting untuk menjaga aset tetap berfungsi dengan baik. Dengan melakukan inspeksi rutin, Perawatan korektif adalah tindakan untuk memperbaiki peralatan setelah rusak. Sudah banyak penelitian tentang perawatan Mesin Coating dengan metoda RCM (Reability Centered Mainteinance), FMA (Failure Method Analisys) baik melalui eksperimen, asalisis, maupun studi numerik namun belum ada analisa perawatan terencana dan tidak tercana pada mesin Coating Merek Sheng jin dan Type RTM1300 Double PUR Perekatan Mesin Perekat di PT.Kayu Lapis Indonesia, Singkatnya penelitian ini akan mengkaji Analisa perawatan Mesin Coating Merek Sheng jin dan Type RTM1300 Double PUR Perekatan Mesin Perekat ditinjau dari Maintanance Preventif dan Maintainance Corrective Di PT. Kayu Lapis Indonesia, Kendal dengan pendekatan Analisa langsung guna untuk mengetahui performa dan umur komponen mesin tersebut, diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat di apliksikan dan diterpkan secara langsung di lapangan.

Abstract

Precise control of tube deformation during rotary draw bending is critical for automotive, structural, and piping applications to avoid rework and scrap. This study investigates the deformation behavior of circular (CHS) and square (SHS) tubes during rotary draw bending to provide practical guidelines for defect-free manufacturing. This study investigates the deformation behavior of circular hollow section (CHS) and square hollow section (SHS) tubes during rotary draw bending, focusing on springback, ovalization, and wrinkling phenomena. The experimental specimens consisted of ASTM A36 tubes: circular hollow sections (CHS) with an outer diameter of Ø25 mm and square hollow sections (SHS) with a nominal cross-section of 25 × 25 mm. Each geometry was tested at wall thicknesses of 0.7, 0.8, and 1.0 mm. The specimens were bent at angles of 30°, 60°, and 90° under controlled conditions. Experimental results reveal that CHS consistently exhibits lower springback (≈ 2.5–5.0°) and ovalization (≈ 7–14%) than SHS, which reached up to 7.0° springback and 16.6% ovalization. Wrinkling defects were observed exclusively in SHS, occurring in 100% of specimens at 90° with 0.7–0.8 mm wall thickness. ANOVA confirmed tube geometry as the dominant parameter (F = 764, p 0.001), followed by bending angle and wall thickness, with no significant interactions. Unlike prior studies analyzing CHS or SHS individually, this work provides a systematic comparison under identical conditions, bridging experimental validation with practical guidelines. The findings highlight the decisive role of cross-sectional geometry in tube bending mechanics and suggest minimum thickness thresholds and compensatory tooling strategies for defect-free manufacturing.

Abstract

Abstract: This research delves into the Hikayat Dipanegara Manuscript (Roll. 17, No. 23), written by Prince Dipanegara, from a philological standpoint to unravel the prince's thoughts. The philological method encompasses five steps, namely (1) Inventory of manuscripts, (2) Description of manuscripts, (3) Manuscript review, (4) Text overwriting and editing, which is accompanied by a selected manuscript criticism apparatus, and (5) Text translation. This approach facilitates researchers in studying the Hikayat Dipanegara Manuscript. The methodology employed in this study is content analysis. The results demonstrate that the manuscript revolves around three primary themes: (1) Prince Dipanegara's endeavors to expound upon the pillars of Islam and fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), according to the Syafi'i school of thought, originating from kitab kuning, such as Fatḥ al-Qarīb and Taqrīb; (2) The manuscript's significance to Prince Dipanegara's army; and (3) A brief autobiography of Prince Dipanegara.Abstrak: Riset ini mengkaji Naskah Hikayat Dipanegara (Rol. 17, No. 23) karya Pangeran Dipanegara. Dengan perspektif filologi, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemikiran Pangeran Dipanegara. Metode filologi meliputi: (1) Inventarisasi naskah; (2) Deskripsi naskah; (3) Review naskah; (4) penyuntingan dan kritik naskah; (5) Penerjemahan naskah. Langkah ini digunakan untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam mempelajari Naskah Hikayat Hikayat Dipanegara. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga topik utama yang didiskusikan pada manuskrip: (1) Upaya Pangeran Dipanegara untuk menjelaskan rukun Islam dan hukum fikih Islam menurut mazhab Imam Syafi'i yang bersumber dari kitab kuning seperti Fatḥul Qarīb dan Taqrīb; (2) Kedudukan atau fungsi naskah bagi Pasukan Pangeran Dipanegara; (3) Biografi singkat Pangeran Dipanegara.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how to use methods to increase students' understanding in Islamic Religious Education learning regarding procedures for caring for corpses at State High School 1 North Sangatta. The type of research used is descriptive research. The approach in this research is a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the use of efficiency methods in material on procedures for caring for corpses at State High School 1 North Sangatta is very effective because students can understand and put into practice what has been conveyed directly by the teacher and the use of efficiency methods makes learning more active. The inhibiting factor that influences the use of the roasting method is that the time specified is not enough to demonstrate the procedures for caring for the corpse as a whole. The solution given is that the teacher can summarize several procedures for caring for corpses.

Abstract

Currently, fin and tube heat exchangers are widely used in various engineering applications, including modern heat exchangers, automotive radiators, and Air Conditioning (AC) systems such as evaporators, and condensers. Enhancing their performance necessitates innovative designs, advanced application, and optimizes geometries to improve heat transfer efficiency. This study investigates the effect of box and polygon geometries on fluid flow and heat transfer in a split Air Conditioner (AC) fin and tube heat exchanger using simulation software. The research examines two tube arrangement-inline and staggered-across different fluid velocities (0.5 m/s, 1 m/s, 1.5 m/s, and 2.5 m/s) and heat flux values (100 W/m2 , 125 W/m2, 125 W/m2, and 150 W/m2 ). The numerical study revealed that the best thermal and hydraulic performance of the fin and tube heat exchanger, based on geometry variations between box and polygon tubes, was achieved with the polygon tube geometry, which resulted in a lower temperature around 23.41°C. This temperature confirmed an increase in heat transfer coefficient by approximately 5% and Nusselt number by about 3%. The best performance overall, considering both thermal and hydraulic aspects, was observed in the inline arrangement, especially for the polygon tube, which resulted in a lower temperature of around 26.38°C. This confirmed an improvement in the heat transfer coefficient by about 4% and the Nusselt number by 2.5%.
