Abstract

Memiliki strategi image yang baik adalah suatu hal yang harus dilakukan. Brand berarti gambaran positif yang melekat di masyarakat sehingga perusahaan atau lembaga selalu di ingat dalam jangka yang panjang. Sama halnya dengan perguruan tinggi di tuntut memiliki image yang positif memiliki keunggulan di banding dengan lainnya, untuk keberhasilan mutu kualitas serta lulusan yang dapat di terima bekerja di dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya saing lulusan prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah mudah mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan bidangnya menjadi guru kelas baik di SD/MI/SDI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan teknik analisis data model interaktif. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi brand image program studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pengaruhi beberapa faktor yaitu: membangun brand awareness, peran pemimpin, tawaran beasiswa, sosial media marketing, kurikulum, kegiatan unggulan, kerjasama dengan berbagai mitra dan stakeholder. Dari faktor tersebut berdampak dengan dikenalnya prodi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dengan meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa.

Abstract

The education curriculum must be adapted to the needs and characteristics of students as it is created because it is constantly changing. To implement an independent curriculum, there are many challenges. One of them is predicting what will happen in the future and determining the best strategy to teach students at the primary level. So, this research has the aim of identifying the challenges and obstacles of implementing the independent curriculum at SDN 019 Bengalon school. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which describes the subject about the situation and the data obtained during observation and questioning. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum at SDN 019 Bengalon school has been carried out optimally and is ongoing, although in its implementation there are still many shortcomings The obstacles and challenges that occur in the implementation of the independent curriculum are the inefficient time for teachers to master technology. The key to the success of the implementation of the curriculum in the driving school is that the principal and his teachers must have the willingness to make changes. The principal as the leader must be able to change the mindset of the Human Resources in the school to want to make changes so that the independent curriculum can be implemented.

Abstract

Islamic religious education (PAI) at MTs Hubbul Waton has undergone changes with the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This curriculum emphasizes students' ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change. In an effort to improve the quality of PAI education, a project-based learning model is applied to integrate these abilities. The project aims to improve students' ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change through the PAI approach. In this implementation, students are divided into groups and given tasks to develop projects related to PAI materials. The project includes analysis, synthesis, and evaluation of PAI materials, as well as communication of the results through presentations and discussions. Thus, students can develop the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change. The implementation results showed an increase in students' ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt to change. Students also show high interest and motivation in developing PAI projects. Thus, the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum through a project-based PAI learning model at Hubbul Waton MTs can be considered successful in improving the quality of PAI education.

Abstract

Significant changes in curriculum policy result in educational institutions and educators experiencing few obstacles in their adjustments to both learning and learning tools, such as the challenges faced in one school in East Kutai. The aim of this research is to determine the differences in curriculum challenges in forming religious character at SMA Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. This research uses a qualitative research method with a description type, where the data obtained will be presented in the form of descriptions and illustrations. The results of this research are several challenges faced by educators in each curriculum implementation in forming religious character. These challenges include, 1) in the 2013 curriculum, there are too many aspects that teachers want to measure and observe for each student, 2) in the independent learning curriculum Teachers must be able to develop religious character education through P5 activities, 3) the characteristics of children raised or the character traits of each child raised, and 4) selecting methods that are in accordance with existing curriculum policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Problem-Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kolaboratif siswa kelas XII pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara, beserta keunggulan dan keterbatasannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan berperspektif fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk guru Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas XII, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan siswa kelas XII. Analisis data mengikuti model Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PBL mendorong kolaborasi siswa melalui diskusi dan kerja sama tim, menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan konteks kehidupan nyata, sehingga memperdalam pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa. Keunggulan PBL meliputi peningkatan kemampuan kolaboratif, motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi, pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, percepatan penyelesaian tugas, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang lebih sistematis. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih lama, kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru, dan ketimpangan kontribusi antar siswa. Hasil ini menegaskan potensi PBL dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran kolaboratif sekaligus menyoroti perlunya mengatasi keterbatasan praktisnya.

Abstract

The integration of Pancasila values ​​in education faces various challenges, especially in the era of globalization, digitalization and social change. Today's students are exposed to a variety of external influences that can influence the understanding and application of these values. Globalization brings the influx of foreign cultures which often conflict with local values, including Pancasila. Implementation of the creative economy through recycled design can have a positive impact on local economic development. Student involvement in creative economic activities not only enriches their skills in the fields of design and production, but can also become social capital that supports community development. This research aims to find out how p support P5 in forming sustainable character through recycling creative economy training at SMAN 2 Sangatta Utara. The research method used in the research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Sangatta Utara. The informants in this research were Deputy Head of Curriculum, Subject Teacher, Students of North Sangatta 2 High School. Data collection was carried out using documentation, observation and interview techniques. Based on research results, it shows that this program provides space for students to gain a holistic learning experience, supporting character formation based on Pancasila values. Creativity and environmental awareness through recycled design shows students' ability to think creatively and innovatively. Through preparing teaching modules, monitoring activities, and evaluating programs, teachers ensure that P5 objectives are achieved effectively. With this approach, the environmental culture that has become part of the school's vision is increasingly embedded in students' lives, both through intracurricular and extracurricular activities. The P5 program has a significant impact on student character formation. They become more confident, responsible, and able to work together in a team. The implementation of P5 which is integrated with creative economy learning and recycling design gives students the freedom to develop their own potential according to their interests

Abstract

In the context of curriculum change, it is important for all stakeholders to understand and implement the established guidelines. This ensures that the objectives of the curriculum change can be achieved effectively and efficiently. One of the strategic steps taken is the preparation of clear and structured implementation guidelines. The purpose of the research in this journal is to analyze the readiness of pai teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in smp negeri 1 sangatta Utara. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. the readiness of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Sangatta Utara in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum shows positive developments. Although there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome, comprehensive measures have been taken to ensure the smoothness and effectiveness of learning. With continuous support and adaptation to the latest developments, it is hoped that the Merdeka Curriculum can provide maximum benefits for improving the quality of education in the school.

Abstract

This research study looks at how the project of strengthening students' profiles with Pancasila is implemented through disaster mitigation education at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Sangatta Utara. The implementation of this project aims to build students' ability to deal with disasters, as well as instill Pancasila values that are applied in daily life. The project is implemented as part of a standalone curriculum, focusing on student character development. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman data analysis technique. This study involved five informants: two students, a teacher, a principal, and a vice principal for curriculum. Based on the interviews, this study's results indicate that the project's implementation to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students through disaster mitigation education is very good and enthusiastically followed by students and teachers, which is carried out in various stages. This project involves cooperation with the fire department and aims to instill humanitarian values, cooperation, and independence in students. In addition, the project also involved extracurricular activities that enabled the development of students' interests and talents. This implementation project aligns with the main principles of strengthening the Pancasila student profile, including exploratory, holistic, contextual, and student-centered approaches. Therefore, this research provides an overview of the importance of integrating Pancasila values in education, particularly in addressing disaster risk.
