Abstract

This community service program is based on the fact that RT 14, Brajan, mostly consists of housing areas whose residents rent the houses. This situation creates difficulties in coordination and participants among the residents in various activities. That condition affects the comfort, discipline, cleanliness, and harmony among them. The method applied in this community service program is in the forms of coordination and deliberation towards the residents of RT 14. There are four activities conducted in this program: 1) strengthening organization by formulating job description to the boards of RT; 2) formulating rules and regulations in RT to motivate the residents’ active participations; 3) formulating resident database of RT 14; 4) creating empowering program for the residents. Hopefully, this community service program affects positive feedback to RT. 14 to be actively included in the development of Brajan, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the implementation of the Rumah Sehat Lansia (RUSELA), a public service innovation for the high elderly population in Yogyakarta City. The high elderly population and Usia Harapan Hidup (UHH) in Yogyakarta City requires the government intervention due to elder's health record improvement to optimize public service for elderly related to their health. Qualitative descriptive approach was used to explain the research in an objective, detailed, and deep way. Observation, interview, and documentation were applied by the researcher to collect the data. The result shows that the implementation of RUSELA, seen from communication aspect, has been already good. Seen from the resource aspect, especially financial resource, RUSELA should be collaborated with others institutions, private sector, and public community to improve the service and facilities so that the program can be implemented successfully. Looked from disposition and structure bureaucracy aspect have been running well.Keywords: Implementation program, Health Care, RUSELA, and Yogyakarta City

Abstract

This study intends to examine the scope of collaboration in strengthening the position of small and medium businesses in facing the 4.0 industrial revolution in the DIY region. The research question is How the collaboration process takes place in assisting the adaptation process of MSME actors facing the DIY industrial revolution era?. For this purpose, intrinsic case study research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are literature studies and interviews. Collaboration formed in this context is realized by organizing several activities from each stakeholder. Collaborative governance in this context is carried out by involving several stakeholders, including the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs at the Provincial, Regency or City level, the District Trade Office, business associations at the Subdistrict, Regency / City. The Collaborative Governance Process in the development of MSMEs in DIY during the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has not implemented, because there are still overlapping programs and target groups.

Abstract

ABSTRACK  The aim of this paper is study the effect of health service quality on elderly satisfaction in Puskesmas Mantrijeron. Mix methods approach is used to answer the purpose of this study which quantitative method with scaled indeks to determine the quality of satisfaction services with variabel services. Qualitative approach used to explain how elderly reponses about the services. The conclusion of the research is, service quality in Puskemas Mantrijeron to eldery is “excellent” as indicated of 86.74 score. ABSTRAKTulisan ini menelaah mengenai kualitas pelayanan Puskesmas Mantrijeron terhadap masyarakat lansia. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian ini adalah mix method dimana metode kuantitatif dengan skala indeks dipergunakan untuk mengetahui ukuran kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan variabel layanan. Metode kualitatif dipergunakan untuk menggali secara mendalam respon masyarakat lansia terkait dengan pelayanan yang dirasakan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil pelayanan yang ada Puskesmas Mantrijeron “SANGAT BAIK” yang ditunjukkan dengan skor 86,74.

Abstract

Kurangnya kesejahteraan seringkali dikaitkan dengan kemiskinan. Kabupaten Kulon Progo dengan tingkat kemiskinan sebesar 18,3% pada tahun 2019 menduduki peringkat pertama di DIY membuat pemerintah mengeluarkan program Kelompok Asuh Keluarga Binangun (KAKB) sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Program akan berjalan baik apabila dilakukan evaluasi program yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana program berjalan. Pemerintah melakukan evaluasi terakhir pada tahun 2018 dan Kec. Girimulyo merupakan Kec. dengan angka perkembangan modal paling tinggi di Kab. Kulon Progo. Menganalisa evaluasi program KAKB dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program KAKB sebagai upaya peningkatan di Kecamatan Girimulyo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi Actual and planned comparisons. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di 4 (empat) KAKB di Kec. Girimulyo, Kab. Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan lapangan menunjukkan bahwa actual atau kondisi program KAKB sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kec. Girimulyo, Kab. Kulon Progo sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan planning atau perencanaan dilihat dari indikator pokok evaluasi program. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi IPO (Input, Process, Output, dan Outcomes). Program KAKB sudah cukup baik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota KAKB di Kec.Girimulyo, Kab. Kulon Progo meskipun ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program KAKB di Kec.Girimulyo, Kab. Kulon Progo. Diharapkan pemerintah melakukan evaluasi secara berkala untuk dapat mengatasi faktor-faktor penghambat program sejak dini.

Abstract

The waste problem is still a severe problem that must be addressed immediately. The problem is related to the final disposal site (TPA) and how and technically waste management and the lifestyle of the people themselves so that it is not only the role of the government in dealing with the waste problem but also the role of the community. Therefore, this community service aims to strengthen institutions and improve the quality of human resources in waste management. In the village of Ngestiharjo, Bantul Regency already has a partner waste bank, but the community has not engaged in waste bank management. Through this community service, the community is given socialization and motivation as education and encourages the community to move back to the existing waste bank. Not only that but the community was also given training in waste management. As well as for institutional improvement, the community is equipped with roles and tasks.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to identification factors that can influence perception and participation of Bantul's citizen to be participant of JKN-KIS. The highest participant of JKN-KIS in Bantul becomes background of this paper. Descriptive qualitative approach is used to explain objective, detail, comprehensive and deeply about the observation and the deept interview activities. Observation, documentation, and in deepth interview technique are used by author to collect sources of data that are needed in this research. The conclution of the research shows that 4 factors effect perception and participation of Bantul's citizen become JKN-KIS member, such as first sosial environment, second government persuasion, third institusional of health public services and the fourth personal experience.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus corona covid-19 masih terus berjalan masif hingga saat ini. Kondisi tersebut cukup memberikan hantaman keras bagi perekonomian global. UMKM terpukul paling depan karena ketiadaan kegiatan di luar rumah oleh seluruh masyarakat, daya beli menurun serta munculnya banyak gejolak sosial sebagai dampak dari ketakutan masyarakat terhadap virus ini. , 70% UMKM menyatakan berhenti produksi akibat Covid-19. Bank Wakaf Mikro ‘Usaha Mandiri Sakinah’ merupakan lembaga yang membina dan memberdayakan UMKM perempuan di wilayah Nogotirto, Gamping, Sleman Yogyakarta. Komunitas ini terdiri dari 365 anggota pengusaha perempuan yang tersebar di Kecamatan Gamping. Bank Wakaf Mikro Usaha Mandiri Sakinah menghadapi persoalan serius di era pandemi ini. Sebagian besar anggota komunitas terancam tidak bisa melanjutkan produksinya karena hambatan pasar. Perlu diupayakan satu media yang mewadahi promosi online dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh pelaku UMKM yang dibina oleh Bank Wakaf Mikro yang dikelola sendiri oleh Bank Wakaf Mikro Usaha Mandiri Sakinah. Media tersebut adalah website yang berisi produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh pelaku UMKM yang dibina oleh Bank Wakaf Mikro Usaha Mandiri Sakinah, sehingga dapat diakses semakin banyak khalayak.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to issue regulations for various sectors including the education sector to reduce face-to-face learning activities so that teaching and learning activities were carried out online. Some of the teachers of MTs Karangkajen still have not mastered digital media so that teachers find it difficult to prepare effective media and materials for students. Training for teachers are needed to master the skills of preparing learning materials digitally. The expected impact is that teachers are able to design learning media independently and can be better understood by students. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding and train teachers to be able to use and implement online learning by optimizing powerpoints and learning videos. The method of activity is observation, socialization and training. A total of 15 teachers participated in the activities held at the school. All participants can access training materials online and actively participate in the training. The results of the activity are in the form of a design of learning materials made by the trainee teachers themselves. It is hoped that the design can be implemented in more effective learning and improve student understanding.
