Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan data BPS 2019, pasca bencana penduduk Sulawesi Tengah berjumlah 3.054.020 dan sebesar 13.48% penduduk Sulawesi Tengah berada dalam kategori penduduk miskin. Program-program inovatif dan kreatif dari berbagai macam bidang diperlukan dalam upaya membangun Kota Palu pasca bencana. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang kuliah kerja nyata-pembelajaran pemberdayaan masyarakat (KKN-PPM) Tematik secara sinergitas dan menyeluruh yang mencakup 5 (lima) bidang. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi kegiatan, FGD (Forum Group Disscussion), dan indepth-interview. Dengan sasaran yaitu tim (panitia pelaksana) dan pemerintah daerah yang berkontribusi di 5 (lima) bidang (ekonomi kreatif, kesehatan, pendidikan, pariwisata, pemuda dan olahraga). Hasil sosialisasi kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman program KKN-PPM Tematik setelah dilakukan survei analisis lapangan. Hasil FGD menunjukkan 82.2 % tim pelaksana bersama dengan instansi terkait telah memahami konsep program KKN-PPM Tematik. Hasil indept-interview menunjukkan sebagian besar tim pelaksana dan instansi terkait masih memerlukan penjelasan detail terkait teknis lapangan dalam menjalankan program KKN-PPM Tematik. Hasil kegiatan akhir menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman pengetahuan program KKN-PPM Tematik pada tim pelaksana dan pendukung (pemerintah daerah). Sosialisasi program kegiatan KKN-PPM dan survei analisis lapangan merupakan hal yang penting dalam upaya sinergitas dari berbagai bidang keilmuwan (tim perguruan tinggi) dan instansi terkait. Kata Kunci:  KKN-PPM, pemberdayaan, sosialisasi AbstractBased on BPS 2019 data, after disaster, the population of Central Sulawesi are 3,054,020 and 13.48% of the population of Central Sulawesi are in the category of poor population. After disaster, Innovative and creative programs from various fields are needed to build the city of Palu.The aims of this activity was to provide an understanding of Thematic Learning Community Empowerment (KKN-PPM) in a synergistic and comprehensive manner covering 5 (five) fields.The method of activities undertaken by socialization of activities, FGD (Forum Group Discussion), and in-depth interviews. The target are the team of (executive committee) and the local government that contribute in 5 (five) fields (creative economy, health, education, tourism, youth and sports). The results of the socialization of this activity showed that there was an increase in understanding of the Thematic KKN-PPM program after conducting a field analysis survey. The results of the FGD showed that 82.2 % of the implementation team together with related agencies understood the concept of the Thematic KKN-PPM program. The results of in-depth interviews showed that most of the implementation team and related agencies still needed detailed explanations related to the technical field in carrying out the Thematic KKN-PPM program. The results of the final activity shows an increase in understanding of Thematic KKN-PPM program knowledge in the implementation and support teams from (local government). The socialization of the KKN-PPM program activities and the field analysis survey are important in synergy efforts from various scientific fields (the university team) and related agencies. Keywords: KKN-PPM, empowerment, socialization

Abstract

The moral crisis in the generation of the nation must be addressed through education in schools to foster the character and values of the indonesia nation. This study aims to find out how the implementation and influence of 5S (Smile, greetings,courtesy) in character formation of studens in SD Muhammadiyah Sapen Yogyakarta. The type of research used is descriptive with data collection techniques, namely: data collection observation, interviews and documentasi. Results of applying research 5S (Smile, greetings,courtesy) done at various points, including: Shool grounds, school entrances and affective posts, namely the front room of the UKS, the computer lab, and the classroom door, the implementation of this affective post is based on a predetermined. Cultural influence 5S (Smile, greetings,courtesy) have a positive impact such as: respecting the older, greeting when meeting teachers and friends, and establishing good social interactions. While outside the school environment, it can be seen through inerviews with parents that the culture of 5S (Smile, greetings,courtesy) has many influences such as: daring to start greetings to those who are older, respecting the older and greeting when entering and leaving the house

Abstract

Prayer is one of the means that humans use to unite with God, and prayer is a human relationship with God, which brings humans to meet God in the prayers that come out of our mouths. Jesus’ prayer is a prayer that is alive and that heals human souls and minds, or that has an impact on people who believe in Him. The purpose of this research is to provide an impact on other people about prayer that lives and grows in human life, and why this prayer is called a living prayer that provides healing for the soul and mind of believers based on the book written by Kallistos Ware from Diokleia. The method used by the author in this research is qualitative. The author collects and writes from sources, such as books, journal articles, and from church fathers, which are related to this research. The findings in this paper explain that the Jesus prayer can be done anywhere or in your daily routine. This prayer can help humans in bringing their relationship closer to God, and will bring salvation from God, so that they will be like God.

Abstract

Evaluasi kinerja dosen merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Proses evaluasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual di Fakultas Rekayasa Industri (FRI) menimbulkan beberapa masalah, termasuk rendahnya kecepatan, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengolahan data. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) berbasis K-Means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan kinerja dosen secara objektif. Data yang digunakan mencakup data kinerja dari periode Ganjil 2019/2020 hingga Genap 2022/2023 dengan atribut pendidikan, pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat, penunjang, dan profesor lalu data diproses menggunakan normalisasi min-max dan K-Means++. Metode Elbow dan Silhouette mengidentifikasi nilai K optimal sebesar 2, yang membagi kinerja dosen menjadi dua cluster. Perhitungan jarak antar data dan centroid menggunakan Euclidean Distance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means Clustering berhasil diterapkan dalam pengelompokan kinerja dosen yang membagi kelompok menjadi dua cluster yaitu high performance (cluster 1) dan low performance (cluster 2). Cluster high performance menunjukkan bahwa nilai dalam atribut pengabdian masyarakat, penunjang, dan profesor sangat rendah sementara cluster low performance menunjukkan nilai dalam seluruh atribut sangat rendah. Pengelompokan ini memberikan panduan yang lebih jelas bagi manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pengembangan karir dosen. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja dosen yang lebih terintegrasi dan objektif di FRI.
