Abstract

This study aims to: (a) analyze the influence of work motivation to the lectures performance, (b) analyze the influence of job satisfaction to lecturers performance, (c)  analyze simultaneously the influence between work motivation, job satisfaction to the performance of the lecturer. This study was conducted to tenured lecturers of Private Colleges Graduate in Palembang. The population in the study were 94 respondents from 8 graduate faculty of Private college Masters in Palembang. The research sample using saturated sample technique but the questionnaire is returned only 73 of 7 Graduate faculty of private college. Test of data validity used validity and reliability. Test of requirements analysis used  multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, and  linierity test. Data analisys Technique used descriptive analysis, and multiple linier regression. The calculations used SPSS for windows. The results of the research was value of Fcount  (37 693)> Ftable (3,127) and it can be seen that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 This  meant that the independent variables of motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence to the lecturers performance of the Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang. Partially tcount motivation variable (4.834)> t table (1.994) and it is known that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 means that the null hypothesis is rejected, the conclusion that motivation (X1) has positive effect to the lecturers (Y) Of Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang . Tcount job satisfaction variable (3.384)> t table (1.994) and it showed that the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.005 means the null hypotesis is rejected, the conclusion that Job Satisfaction (X2) has positive effect to the lecturers  performance (Y) Graduate faculty of private college.In this study concluded that motivation and job satisfaction lecturer has positive and significant effect to the performance of the Graduate faculty of private college in Palembang. Keywords: Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk: (a) menganalisis besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (b) menganalisis besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen, (c) menganalisis besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini dilakukan   terhadap dosen tetap Pascasarjana Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian   sebanyak  94 responden dari 8 Pascasarjana Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Palembang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan  teknik sampel jenuh tetapi kusioner yang kembali hanya 73 dari 7 Pascasarjana Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Palembang.Uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas, dan uji linieritas.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskripsi, dan regresi berganda. Perhitungan menggunakan SPSS for windows.Hasil penelitian   nilai Fhitung (37.693) > Ftabel (3,127) dan dapat diketahui bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,005 Hal ini memberikan arti bahwa variabel-variabel independen motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara serempak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Pascasarjana PerguruanTinggi Swasta di Palembang. Secara parsial variabel motivasi nilai   thitung  (4,834) > ttabel (1,994) dan dapat diketahui bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,005 berarti  hipotesis nol ditolak, kesimpulannya yaitu Motivasi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen (Y) Pascasarjana Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Palembang. Variabel kepuasan kerja  nilai thitung  (3,384) > ttabel (1,994) dan dapat dikethaui bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,005 berarti  hipotesi nol ditolak, kesimpulannya yaitu Kepuasan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen (Y) Pascasarjana Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Palembang.Dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dosen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Pascasarjana Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Palembang. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja.

Abstract

Inventory Control is an activity aimed at making inventory or stock far from shortage and can be maintained at optimal level so that the cost of inventory can be optimal. In this research the author discusses the "Analysis of the control of trade goods inventory against the sale of Casual pants at the counter Cardinal Casual at Matahari Opi Mall Palembang". The formulation of the problem is how the analysis of trade supply control to the sale of casual pants at the counter Cardinal Casual at Matahari OPI Mall Palembang is, while the analysis tool used in this research is by using and preparing inventory reports, calculating the Economic Order Quantity and analyzing inventory Control. The results showed storage fees and the Casual pants booking fee for 3 years from 2016-2018 fluctuating. Economic Order Quantity the optimal booking amount of the 2016 cardinal casual pants is as much as 279.284 pieces, while in the year 2017 the optimum ordering of cardinal casual pants is as much as 338.272 piecess, and in the year 2018 optimum booking of Cardinal casual pants is as much as 364.695 PCs. By implementing the Economic Order Quantity method to calculate the optimal number of bookings, it is expected to help management to make a decision on the number of bookings in order not to experience excessive ordering embedded in the inventory and do not suffer the shortcomings that cause service to cease.

Abstract

Capital growth itself is the result of a percentage of its own capital increases compared to the previous amount of capital in the company's funding. Capital growth itself is influenced by various factors, either internal or external factors of the company. These factors include: DER, NPM, ROE, ROA, ROI, profit growth, sales growth, interest rate and tax rate. In this research researcher uses one of the factors namely DER, NPM and ROE. The financial ratios used in this study are the leverage ratios that are proscribed with DER and the profitability ratios that are proscribed with NPM and ROE. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1. How does DER, NPM and ROE influence the growth of its own capital on the company's partial pharmaceutical sub sectors?, 2. How DER, NPM and ROE influence their own capital growth on Simultaneously the company's sub-sector pharmacy?. The objectives in this study are: 1. To determine the influence of DER, NPM and ROE against the growth of its own capital in the company's partial pharmaceutical sub-sector, 2. To determine the influence of DER, NPM and ROE on the growth of its own capital in the pharmaceutical sub-sector company simultaneously. The population in this study is a pharmaceutical sub-sector company. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The data analysis methods used in this study were multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that. 1. Results of partial studies show that DER has an effect on its own capital growth, NPM has no effect on its own capital growth and ROE has an effect on its own capital growth of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in Bursa Indonesia Securities period 2012-2017. 2. Simultaneous research results show that at least one variable X (DER, NPM and ROE) has an effect on its own capital growth

Abstract

The study examines the Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis of profit growth in the company's industrial sector of consumer goods listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study the data used is secondary data that is data directly obtained from the Indonesia stock Exchange. The population number in this research is 42 companies of the consumption industrial goods sector, where the numbers of samples are 14 companies of industrial goods consumption during period 2015-2017. In this study samples were taken using purposive sampling, namely the selection of samples based on the criteria that had been determined by the study. Data analysis in this study is multiple linear analyses. Regression analysis serves to test the influence of independent variables (Total Asset Turnover, Gross Profit Margin and Return on Investment) against dependent variables (profit growth). The partial test result in the study, namely Total Asset Turnover, has significant and negative impact on profit growth, Gross Profit Margin has no effect on profit growth, and independent variable Return on Investment has significant and negative impact against profit growth. Simultaneously, Total Asset Turnover, Gross Profit Margin and Return on Investment affect the growth of profit.

Abstract

Research of marketing strategy of Vivo smartphone products has been done at Telemarco at the Palembang International Plaza (IP). The purpose of this study was to find out the marketing strategy of the Smartphone Vivo product at the Palembang International Plaza. This research is a type of descriptive research using the method of presenting qualitative data which is analyzed using the SWOT method by describing the object of research based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of Library Research and Field Research through observation and interviews. The results obtained from this study are that there are three marketing strategies of Vivo Smartphone in Telemarco Company which have been implemented include product strategies that build brand image, pricing strategies include cash and credit purchases, promotional strategies in the form of advertisements in Television, Newspapers and Online media as well as promo brochures and gift giving. The marketing strategy that has been carried out by the Telemarco Company is basically in accordance with the results of the SWOT analysis conducted on Vivo Smartphone products which include elements of marketing mix strategies such as Produck, Price, Promotion, and Place. Suggestions that can be given by the author in this study, Vivo provides gifts to consumers and the ease of buying by installments or also giving discount prices to attract consumers to buy. Marketing strategy analysis needs to be done every year so that the company always gets a new alternative strategy that is more innovative so that the goal to reach market marketing leaders can be achieved.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri otomotif di Indonesia sangat cepat dan cenderung meningkat setiap tahunnya, seiring dengan banyaknya permintaan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan sarana transportasi yang memadai. Saat ini banyak sekali bermunculan merek sepeda motor dengan berbagai model, desain, memberikan kualitas yang bagus dan harga yang cukup bersaing. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek dan Iklan secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di Kota Palembang)?. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek dan Iklan secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di Kota Palembang). Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji parsial (uji t) dapat dijelaskan : Variabel Kualitas Produk (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di Kota Palembang), hasil diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,797 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05) jadi hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Variabel Citra Merek (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di Kota Palembang), hasil diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,589 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05) jadi hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Variabel Iklan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di Kota Palembang), hasil diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,313 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,002<0,05) jadi hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Hasil uji F (secara simultan) diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 44,640 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05), maka hipotesis alternatif diterima dimana Kualitas Produk (X1), Citra Merek (X2), dan Iklan (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) Motor Merek Yamaha (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat di Kota Palembang) dan hipotesis nol ditolak.

Abstract

Pengaruh Promosi dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati Palembang). Saat ini, banyak terdapat susu siap saji dalam kemasan yang beredar dipasaran, salah satunya susu fermentasi. Di Indonesia, susu fermentasi dalam kemasan cukup digemari karena dapat dinikmati oleh siapa saja baik orang dewasa maupun anak-anak. Merek-merek produk susu fermentasi dalam kemasan yang sudah beredar di Indonesia antara lain Yakult, Cimory, Calpico, dan Vitacham. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) bagaimana pengaruh promosi dan harga secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati)? 2) bagaimana pengaruh promosi dan harga secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati)?. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan harga secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati). 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan harga secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji parsial (uji t) dapat dijelaskan : Variabel Promosi (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati), jadi hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Variabel Harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati), jadi hipotesis alternatif diterima dan hipotesis nol ditolak. Hasil uji F (secara simultan) menyatakan Promosi (X1) dan Harga (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan konsumen (Y) produk Cimory (Studi Kasus Pada Alfamart Kimarogan 2 Kertapati). Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan konsumen (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel Promosi (X1) dan Harga (X2) sebesar 84,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15,7% (100% - 84,3%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Debt policy is influenced by various factors including company size, liquidity, company profitability, company internal conditions, asset structure, dividend policy, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and company growth. The purpose of this study is to find out how the partial and simultaneous influence of institutional ownership, dividend policy, company size, and debt policy on food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This research method is quantitative. The data analysis method in this research is descriptive and verification. This study uses samples from the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The population of this study was 30 companies with a sample of 8 companies. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial effect of institutional ownership and company size on debt policy, while the dividend policy partially has no effect on debt policy in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017- 2021 season. The coefficient of determination is the ability of variable X to influence variable Y, while the results of the coefficient of determination produced are 25.2% so it can be interpreted that the influence of institutional ownership (X1) and company size (X3) on debt policy (Y) is 25.2% and the remaining 74.

Abstract

Abstract: Employee misconduct at PT Minanga Ogan Plantation is evident in the employees' tardiness and mishandling of break time. Additionally, employees' laziness, boredom, and lack of desire cause delays in their work. Increasing staff productivity requires more focus. This study aims to investigate the effects of work environment, work discipline, and motivation on worker productivity at the regional office of PT Minanga Ogan Plantation. 37 respondents made up the study's population, and questionnaire distribution was the method of data collection. Quantitative research methodologies are employed in this study. Descriptive and verification approaches were employed in data analysis techniques. The analysis in this study shows that, in the PT. Minanga Ogan Plantation Regional Office, work environment (X3) has no effect on productivity, whereas motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) each have an impact. At the PT Minanga Ogan Plantation Regional Office, motivation, work discipline, and work environment all contribute 64.9% to employee productivity, according to the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.643. There are additional elements like pay, communication, and training that could affect the remaining 35.1%. To increase productivity, a comprehensive strategy that takes into consideration other variables influencing worker performance is required.
