Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the Perception of outpatient satisfaction to service officersin registration sectionat Puskesmas Sematang Borang Palembang.Data collecting was conducting by using questionnaire instruments in form of questions. The result of this research showed that: satisfaction of outpatient to service of lowest registration officer that  is a statementof charge equal to 66,67%. The perception is most dominant from the outpatient satisfaction  to service officers in registration section that is a statement of service officers in registration section with a courtesy of 81,67%. Keywords: Perseption, Outpatient Satisfaction, Service.

Abstract

Mail filling is such an activity related to receiving, recording, delivery and destruction of correspondence or a variety of other records. Filing is one of the areas of administration that manages a variety of information for the development and progress of a company or organization. This study aims at determine the purpose of a good archival storage system is implemented and to determining borrowing Systems archive Tbk PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Palembang Branch. While the object of research conducted at the Branch Tbk PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Palembang. The company was engaged in the heavy equipment industry. In collecting data using primary data and secondary data obtained with the method of collecting data through interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature. Based on this study it was found that the archive storage systems and lending to PT Tbk Hexindo Adiperkasa Palembang Branch, there are still obstacles that lack of good administration section archival storage system, and the absence of lending form to records. Thus, the authors provided a solution in the storage system should be better storage system combined with other systems, such as systems that region to facilitate staff in finding a searchable archive, as well as a form of borrowing that serves as evidence of the loan files, so it be could known who borrowed archives corresponding information contained in the archives borrowed time.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the role of communication to management functions inthe PT. Astra International - Honda Tbk Plaju Palembang. Data were obtained from questionnaires and observation. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, it was used because of the number of population is less than 30 (thirty) people, where the total population was 11 (eleven) employees in the finance division. the results of this study indicate that the role of the communications to planning function in PT. Astra International-Honda Tbk Plaju Palembang has been performing well; the role of communication to organizing function as a regulatory function in which the management has authority to control all information related to employees and to make company’s rule; The role of communication to the direction function is a function of persuasion in constructing coordination, integration and synchronization. Therefore, the process of employees’ actualization can be implemented well; the role of communication to the supervisory function is as a solution to the internal conflict settlement; Suggestions given is as a company working in the field of sales and service, PT Astra International - Honda Tbk Plaju Palembang should improve the communication skills of all employees, both internal and external communications in order to achieve company goals.

Abstract

To analyze the procedure for releasing imports of postal goods at the Post Office Hangar KPPBC TMP B Palembang, using descriptive analysis by going directly to the field and collecting the necessary data and then processing it. The results achieved from an analysis are useful for improving or improving services both from the Post Office and Customs and Excise for the wider community. In conclusion, the procedure for releasing imports of postal goods at the Post Office Hangar KPPBC TMP B Palembang is not only carried out by Post Office Officers, but also involves Customs and Excise Officers. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the flow in the issuance of imported postal goods and it is necessary to hold more socialization to the wider community.

Abstract

Pengabdian keada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan kepada para pelaku usaha perempuan yang menggeluti kain batik di sentra tenun kota palembang. Pendekatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, studi lapangan dan praktek lapangan, Hasil pengabdian ini terkait dengan pemberdayaan perempuan berbasis pendidikan nonformal terdapat beberapa proses mulai dari penyadaran hingga peningkatan minat perempuan untuk terlibat dalam pemberdayaan, proses penyadaran dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan, program selanutnya adalah mendrong dan mengajak perempuan untuk berpertisipasi dalam program tersebut dengan mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat luas, Proses tranformasi pengangetahuan dan keterampilan dilakukan dengan pelatihan sebagai upaya memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi perempuan yang diseuaikan dengan kondisi perempuan dan dilakukan dengan metode praktek penyampaian materi membatik yang tujuannya adalah upaya untuk meningkatka kemandirian perempuan dalam pengembangan batik dan sekaligus upaya memperbaiki kualitas produksi batik yang mampu bersaing di pasaran nasional dan internasional.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi akademik di Politeknik Kent Bogor belum meng-implementasikan sistem yang terkomputerisasi sehingga masih kurang efektif dan efisien. Mahasiswa sering mengalami kesulitan ketika melakukan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan bagian akademik, seperti halnya mahasiswa diharuskan menghadap ke bagian akademik serta hanya dapat dilakukan ketika jam kerja. Selain itu, arsip administrasi mahasiswa yang banyak memerlukan kapasitas penyimpanan yang juga besar, serta rawan terhadap kerusakan berkas secara fisik. Berdasarkan observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pengadministrasi, terdapat beberapa menu yang akan di implementasikan dalam sistem informasi tersebut, antara lain: (1) pendataan beasiswa, (2) permohonan pelaksanaan Magang / Laporan Akhir/ Tugas Akhir, (3)  Download Sertifikat. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi layanan administrasi mahasiswa berbasis web yang mengakomodir layanan mahasiswa dari ketiga aspek tersebut Pengabdian ini bertujuan menerapkan digitalisasi pelayanan administrasi akademik berbasis web untuk memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melakukan segala kegiatan maupun urusan di bidang akademik. Selain itu, dilakukan juga pendampingan penggunaan sistem kepada staf di Politeknik Kent Bogor dengan kegiatan pelatihan yang mencakup pemaparan dan praktik fungsionalitas sistem

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of management and economic strategies in improving the competitiveness of the company. This research method uses a literature review. The results show that management strategies integrated with economic principles improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. In particular, companies that apply sophisticated market analyses and economic theories in their decision-making process tend to be more adaptive to changing market conditions and have a higher degree of resilience to external disturbances. The involvement of economic theories, such as comparative advantage and elasticity analyses, is proven to assist firms in identifying strategic opportunities and allocating resources effectively, which contributes to an improved competitive position in the market. Overall, the integration of management and economic strategies was found to be the best practice in preparing firms for volatile global business dynamics, enabling improvements in financial performance and long-term sustainability. This study underscores the importance of a holistic approach in business strategy formulation to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Financial literacy is an important skill for Generation Z, especially SMK students who are preparing to enter the workforce or continue their higher education. At SMK Negeri 2 Penukal, Pali Regency, South Sumatra, class XII students majoring in Software Engineering and Nursing Assistant wanted to improve their knowledge of finance through a community service program. The activity took place in a one-day intensive session, involving 50 students through an interactive approach that included lectures, group discussions, and practical workshops. With pre-test and post-test scores increasing by 38%, the evaluation results showed significant improvement. In addition, 85% of participants demonstrated basic skills in digital money management and a better understanding of investment basics. Despite the limited time, the program successfully provided Generation Z with essential financial decision-making skills, in line with their unique career prospects in technology and healthcare.

Abstract

Kelangsungan hidup perusahaan (going concern) adalah masalah yang sangat berpengaruh bagi pihak di dalam perusahaan yang mempunyai kepentingan terutama investor. Opini audit going concern adalah opini yang dikeluarkan oleh auditor untuk mengevaluasi apakah perusahaan dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan mengetahui pengaruh kondisi keuangan perusahaan, reputasi KAP Dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya terhadap opini audit going concern secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18 perusahaan sektor industrials, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi keuangan perusahaan, opini audit tahun sebelumnya mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit going concern, sedangkan reputasi KAP tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap audit going concern. Secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel X (kondisi keuangan perusahaan, reputasi KAP dan opini audit tahun sebelumnya) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Y (audit going concern).

Abstract

This look at targets to investigate task promoting, reimbursement and work surroundings in growing worker motivation in BMT Bina Ummat Madani Banyuasin client Cooperative. The sampling approach used is a saturated sampling method, particularly all personnel of BMT Bina Ummat Madani Banyuasin client Cooperative, a complete of 21 respondents. This study employs a quantitative methodology featuring descriptive analysis. The consequences showed that process advertising, reimbursement and paintings environment had been best in increasing worker motivation. this could be visible from the results of the percentage of respondents regarding task promotion with a percent degree of ninety eight%, reimbursement with a percentage degree of 86% and paintings environment with a percent degree of 78%.
