Abstract

This research aims at describing overarticulator contoid [r] deaf children Indonesia. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. Data researched is overartikulator contoid [r] deaf children. The source of data is the son of deaf SLB-B on kindergarten groups A deaf bit heavy. Data collection is done with the data source mimicked speech researcher and teacher or when pronouncing vocabulary list Containing contoid [r]. The collection of data using techniques of natural observation, observation, participation, of a scheduled Fishing fishing substitution, recording, record-keeping, and field. Data analysis using the method in accordance with the technique of determining element is broken. Based on data analysis, contoid [r] resulting in two groups of deaf children. Abstract

Welfare is one of the most important aspects of maintaining and fostering social and economic stability because it is necessary to minimize social jealousy in society. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic consumption on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. This research uses quantitative approach. This research conducted in Sampang District by using time series data and this research is analyzed by using linear regression technique. According to the result of research indicate that consumption has significant positive effect on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, consumption significantly influences the welfare of the society in Sampang district.

Abstract

Grogol Village, Tulangan District, is one of the districts in Sidoarjo that has received a Village Fund budget of Rp. 1 billion more than the 2021 State Budget (APBN). Grogol Village, Tulangan District, is in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Village funds are used for village development and can solve poverty problems in rural areas. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the financial management of village development funds is managed in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency and to find out how the positive impact of village development funds is in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Regency Sidoarjo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, data sources used are premier and secondary data. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. In the steps of analyzing the data, namely collecting data, summarizing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results showed that the financial management of village development funds in Grogol Village, Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency in the process of managing village funds there are three stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the reporting and accountability stages have been quite effective where the funds budgeted for village development in Grogol Village have been properly realized so as to have a positive impact on the people of Grogol Village in the form of increasing the welfare of the community as a whole.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current human needs are not only limited to the need for clothing, shelter, and food which is a priority, but the need for appearance by using cosmetic variants is also a need at this time. With this, there are many choices, especially for women, to choose products that provide benefits or satisfy their expectations. This makes the tendency of consumer behavior, namely the behavior of switching brands. The behavior of switching brands of cosmetic products occurs when the customer feels dissatisfied and there are other marketing factors, namely electronic word of mouth or the influence of word of mouth but occurs on social media. The population in this study were university students x who had switched brands to Wardah cosmetic products. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence between customer dissatisfaction and electronic word of mouth, there is a behavior towards branding for Wardah brand cosmetics, either partially or individually and simultaneously or together. However, if there is no dissatisfaction and electronic word of mouth, then the behavior of switching brands to Wardah cosmetic products will not occur.

Abstract

Keterampilan berinovasi sangat diperlukan dalam aktivitas produksi dan pemasaran di era digital. Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) ini ditujukan sebagai upaya pengembangan UMKM melalui teknologi informasi yang mengoptimalkan penjualan produk tempe pada UMKM dengan memberikan inovasi terhadap kualitas produk, kemasan, dan membantu memasarkan produk secara online. Metode yang dipakai oleh peneliti pada proses pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM diklasifikasikan pada lima tahapan utama yaitu: 1) persiapan dan pengorganisasian; 2) membantu proses pembuatan; 3) pembaruan pengemasan produk; 4) penjualan secara online; 5) evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ditunjukkan dengan pengembangan pengolahan produk berbahan dasar tempe pada UMKM Bendul Merisi. Pengembangan terletak pada efektivitas waktu produksi dari tenaga kerja, peremajaan dari segi desain pengemasan agar tampak menarik untuk dipasarkan secara online, dan penambahan media pemasaran dalam jaringan online. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan yang dilaksanakan mampu diikuti dengan baik oleh kelompok UMKM. Pendekatan yang diorientasikan pada pendampingan ternyata lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta pelatihan dibandingkan konsep pemaparan materi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari keterampilan pengolahan produk hingga manajemen usaha UMKM.

Abstract

Background: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by dengue virus infection. Dengue fever is transmitted by the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. Based on data in Madiun Regency in 2019 there were 305 sufferers and 4 people died from DHF. The purpose of carrying out community service activities (PKM) and Community Service Lectures (KKN) in Mojorayung Village, Wungu District, Madiun Regency is to provide awareness of healthy living and play an active role in preventing DHF. The method of this PKM is using an approach to the community through socialization and education on prevention of DHF. The community is also invited to play an active role in maintaining cleanliness so that they are not susceptible to dengue. The result of this PKM, the people of Mojorayung Village have begun to experience an increase in living a clean and healthy life. The community also began to actively carry out community service in environmental cleaning activities. Discussion of the PKM activities carried out by students together with STIE Pemuda lecturers, besides being able to help with problems that occur in Mojorayung Village regarding prevention of DHF, can also increase public awareness of the importance of living a clean and healthy life.

Abstract

A madrasah head must be able to develop a strategy by analyzing several things, including analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In this case, there is a link between teacher professionalism and the madrasa head. A madrasa principal needs the right and correct and effective strategy in carrying out his duties as a leader in an educational institution. The purpose of the research is the strategy for planning, implementing, supervising the head of the madrasa in increasing teacher professionalism at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng Beji, Pasuruan Regency as well as the obstacles and completion of the headmaster's management strategy in increasing teacher professionalism in the school. The researcher used a qualitative type of research to describe the field and its relevance to the management strategy of the madrasa principal at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng Beji, Pasuruan Regency.The results of the research above explain the context of efforts to improve teacher professionalism at MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng, concepts and strategic plans are needed to develop quality madrasas. Is a response to the need for quality Islamic educational institutions a struggle. The strategic plan carried out by MA NU Sunan Ampel Baujeng is by increasing teacher human resources such as participating in seminars, training, KKG, improving teacher welfare, providing supporting facilities such as the internet assisted by the deputy head of the madrasah and all elements in the madrasah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership of the head of Madrasah based on the management function that conceptualizes the tradition of ngemong in MA Taqwal IIah Tunggu Meteseh Tembalang Semarang. This type of research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, the researchers used credibility and triangulation tests. The results of this study found that 1. The planning of the tradition of ngemong in the leadership of the Kamad at the Taqwal IIah Waiting for Meteseh Tembalang Semarang, a) The type of leadership of the head of the madrasah is a charismatic leadership type., b) Planning of the head of the madrasa begins by determining the medium-term plan and the long-term plan for the madrasa year. Then the plan was followed up with a madrasa work meeting. 2. Organizing the tradition of ngemong in the leadership of the Kamad at MA Taqwal IIah Waiting for Meteseh Tembalang Semarang, a) The way of organizing the head of the madrasa begins with carrying out work meetings related to the discussion of the madrasa program which is contained in the medium-term and long-term plans for the madrasa year., b) The headmaster Madrasah mandates the waka of curriculum and waka of student affairs to accommodate all madrasa activities or programs in accordance with their respective jobdesk. 3. Implementation of the tradition of ngemong in the leadership of Kamad at MA Taqwal IIahWait for Meteseh Tembalang Semarang, a) The head of the madrasah provides direction and primarily motivation to all madrasah residents, be it the teacher council, education staff, or to the students themselves., b) The madrasa head supervises and evaluate both those relating to the performance of teachers and education personnel, as well as all activities that have been and will be carried out by the madrasah.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative method, focusing on how researchers examine the source of the object by generating narrative data based on observations through a case study approach. The research subjects include the Head of the Madrasah (KM), Deputy Head of the Madrasah (WKM), Local Charge Teacher (GML), and students. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis utilized the Milles & Huberman analysis method, involving qualitative descriptive data with an interactive model. This includes data reduction of newly acquired complete data, grouping the data, presenting information after collection, and drawing conclusions from these models. The researchers derived conclusions from the grouped data based on existing sources. The study's findings are as follows: 1) The planning of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior involves the Madrasah, guided by the RKT and RKAM, which determine local content programs, subjects, teaching staff, and funding and learning resources. 2) The implementation of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior entails reviewing the syllabus, creating lesson plans, and conducting assessments. 3) The outcomes of the local content curriculum in shaping religious behavior encompass local content programs and the evaluation results of local content learning.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study. To determine the data source, purposive sampling was used with the consideration that the selected subjects and informants were people who were able to provide as much information as possible regarding the research focus. Furthermore, to select and determine the informants in this study, the snowball sampling technique was used. While collecting data in this study using three techniques, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of research while in the field are as follows Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro has a very convincing ability in preparing madrasa planning for various levels of planning. 1) Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro can be quite convincing in leading madrasas in the context of optimally utilizing madrasah resources. 2) Kamad RA Darussalam Bojonegoro is capable of being very convincing in creating a conducive and innovative school culture and climate for student learning.
