Abstract

PT. Mayer Indah Indonesia is engaged in the production of goods, where the most important part to prepare the needs for production needs is the purchasing department, but in the purchasing section it is difficult to determine which items must be bought a lot, are and few in meeting the demand requirements of each part because of the needs goods for production are very unpredictable, eventually causing some goods demand not to be fulfilled because the goods are out of stock. To solve the problems experienced by the purchasing part, datamining using clustering algorithm is k-means method, where the initial stages determine the centroid randomly and do the first iteration calculation and determine the new centroid from the first iteration, then the second iteration calculation is done, because the results of the first and second iterations in the smallest layout of the three groups, the calculation stops. The results obtained by using the ink purchase data seen from the three attributes of incoming goods, items purchased and stock of goods, making it easier and help the purchasing department in classifying items that must be purchased a lot, medium and little.

Abstract

The RT chairman is a task and responsibility given to someone in a residential environment. The election of the RT chairman is something that needs attention because it concerns the welfare of residents in the environment. If the elected RT chairman does not carry out his duties and obligations properly, it can be a loss that must be borne together by the residents. Therefore, candidates who run for office must have the criteria to be able to lead the village/area where they live. In the election process, there are sometimes differences of opinion between residents which often cause disputes. To avoid this, in the process of electing the RT chairman for the 2025-2030 period in the Risma Jihan Akbar plot which will take place, a study was conducted on the assessment of criteria using the MOORA method. This method is very effective and efficient for assessing and ranking candidates who run for office. The purpose of the study is to assist the committee in making decisions on determining the RT chairman in the Risma Jihan Akbar plot environment. The final result of this study is the ranking of candidates who meet the criteria requirements. The first rank with a total score of 0.53 was obtained by candidate c5, then the second rank was candidate c4 with a total score of 0.45 and the third rank with a score of 0.45 was obtained by candidate c2.

Abstract

Aplikasi LAPIM (Laporan Insiden Masyarakat) merupakan solusi inovatif yang dikembangkan oleh Dinas Perhubungan Pusat Data dan Informasi DKI Jakarta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penanganan insiden transportasi. LAPIM memungkinkan masyarakat Jakarta melaporkan secara langsung insiden-insiden seperti parkir liar, masalah transportasi umum, dan kondisi jalanan berbahaya melalui platform berbasis website. Saat ini, terdapat beberapa permasalahan utama yang perlu diatasi, yaitu tingkat keterbatasan informasi mengenai laporan insiden terkait parkir liar, masalah transportasi umum, dan jalanan berbahaya di Jakarta, serta keterlambatan dalam pelaporan insiden dari masyarakat. Selain itu, tantangan lain adalah bagaimana membuat aplikasi LAPIM yang dapat mempermudah karyawan Dishub dalam menjalankan tugas mereka.Tujuan utama aplikasi ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi pelaporan insiden secara cepat dan akurat, serta memberikan data yang terpercaya kepada pihak berwenang untuk respons yang lebih efektif. Dengan fitur-fitur notifikasi real-time dan sistem pelacakan status laporan, LAPIM mempermudah interaksi antara masyarakat dan pihak terkait, meningkatkan responsibilitas dan transparansi dalam penanganan masalah transportasi. Integrasi teknologi dalam LAPIM tidak hanya mengoptimalkan pengumpulan dan manajemen data, tetapi juga menguatkan partisipasi publik dalam memantau dan meningkatkan kondisi transportasi kota. Pengembangan LAPIM sebagai platform digital menegaskan komitmen DKI Jakarta untuk menjadi smart city yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dalam mengelola infrastruktur transportasi. Diharapkan, keberhasilan LAPIM sebagai model aplikasi pelaporan insiden transportasi dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi pengembangan teknologi serupa di kota-kota besar lainnya, menjadikan transportasi lebih aman, efisien, dan berkelanjutan bagi seluruh penduduk Jakarta.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic ended, the lecture system at several universities in Indonesia began to gradually improve. The lecture system for several courses is carried out face-to-face. However, there are still several courses that are conducted online using e-learning applications with various considerations for the needs of the university. Bina Sarana Informatics University (UBSI) is a technology-based university where the learning system has implemented internet technology even long before the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. UBSI always strives to continue to improve the quality of the e-learning system that has been implemented. This can be seen from the development of e-learning applications for the lecture process which makes it easier for lecturers and students to access and absorb information related to campus academics. My Best is an e-learning application that is currently used in the KBM process in the UBSI environment and to improve the quality of the application used it is necessary to carry out a usability engineering evaluation. This analysis method consists of several stages, namely platform constraints, general design principles, conceptual model and screen design. The results of the usability analysis on the My Best e-learning application at Bina Sarana Informatika University have complete stage coverage, this means that My Best is an e-learning application in the very good category.

Abstract

Pengelolaan teknologi informasi sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan menentukan kesiapan dalam bersaing di dunia bisnis. Dalam pelaksanaannya teknologi informasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja semua divisi pada organisasi atau perusahaan, sehingga pengelolaannya pun akan menjadi tanggungjawab bersama. Tata kelola teknologi informasi diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan pengembangan bisnis kearah yang lebih baik lagi. Dalam penelitian ini mengemukakan permasalahan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang develop property daerah Bekasi, yaitu belum adanya kesadaran pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara optimal untuk meningkatkan strategi pengembangan bisnis sehingga mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor property yang sedang menjamur di daerah Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pandangan tentang peran tata kelola teknologi informasi dalam arah dan tujuan bisnis perusahaan menggunakan framework Cobit5 dengan domain APO-02 (Align, Plan, and Organize – Manage Strategy) untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan strategi bisnis Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya gap antara current capability dan expected capability sehingga diperlukannya perumusan strategi dalam pengelolaan manajemen teknologi informasi pada perusahaan developer property.
