Abstract

This study aims to explain Product Design, Brand Image, Promotion and Product Quality on Customer Loyalty of Sanford brand bottled water. The population in this study were 227,663 people in Tanjungpinang City. Sampling using techniques based on chance (incedental sampling). The sample in this study were people who happened to use Sanford brand bottled drinking water (AMDK) products, so that a research sample of 100 people was obtained. This type of research is quantitative research. Primary research data comes from questionnaires. The data collected and tested using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study found that product design has no effect on customer loyalty, brand image has no effect on customer loyalty, promotion has an effect and is significant on customer loyalty, product quality has an effect on customer loyalty. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the influential and significant value is found in the promotion variable (X3) on customer loyalty (Y), obtained a t-statistic value of 8.108> t-table 1.66 and a p-value of 0.000 < a significance value of 0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient determination or goodness of fit (R2) test, a value of 0.688 (68.8%) is obtained. Indicates that this research model is strong because it is able to explain 68.8% of the overall research. While the remaining 31.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To find out what causes employees to be less disciplined in working at PT Pegadaian Tanjung Uban, 2) To find out how efforts are made to improve employee performance at PT Pegadaian Tanjung Uban, 3) To find out what efforts are made in improving discipline in working at PT Pegadaian Tanjung Uban. The qualitative descriptive method was applied in this investigation. Data is collected in the field via observation, interview, and direct observation methods, therefore the data used are primary data and secondary data. This research looked at, NVIVO 12 Pro software was assisted in analyzing data. According to the findings of this study, the causes of workers are less disciplined due to lack of leadership firmness, lack of supervision, habits, quiet customer and absence of work. Meanwhile, efforts are made to improve employee performance that has a correlation value of 0.806178, namely at the work appraisal and work evaluation nodes. Furthermore, efforts to improve discipline in work that have a correlation value above 0.5, namely in nodes punishment and job training with a value of 0.921866. It is hoped that PT Pegadaian can continue to improve employee performance and employee discipline at work.

Abstract

AbstractMaintaining health and physical fitness for today's students is a need that needs attention. In this study, researchers wanted to increase aerobic capacity in a group of students. This research involved 10 samples who were actively participating students. In this study they were 19-20 years old, with that age range they would take part in this exercise. This research uses a one group pre-post design. This research shows that group A's Tabata training is much better than group B, because in the paired test the Vo2Max results for group A and group B are different. Based on the results of data analysis, descriptions, testing research results, and discussion, it can be concluded that HIIT training using the Tabata method can increase aerobic capacity in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) sebagai future worker dalam menerapkan budaya organisasi hijau. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap mahasiswa dari 3 Program Studi di Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji yaitu Program Studi Ilmu Kelautan, Manajemen, dan Akuntansi dimana penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online kepada 101 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji memiliki potensi besar sebagai future worker yang siap menerapkan budaya organisasi hijau. Mereka menunjukkan pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep dan manfaat budaya organisasi hijau, serta telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mahasiswa juga memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif dan kemampuan analisis informasi yang baik terkait inisiatif hijau. Namun, beberapa aspek soft skill masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya sinergi antara mahasiswa dan universitas dalam mengembangkan program pelatihan dan edukasi berkelanjutan untuk mempersiapkan future worker yang handal dalam menerapkan budaya organisasi hijau.

Abstract

This Community Service activity focuses on optimizing catches and financial management, including: socialization of seafood processing, digital marketing training, and financial management literacy assistance with the aim of improving the economic welfare of capture fishermen in Tanjung Sebauk, Tanjungpinang,. Through this approach, it is expected to increase the income of fishermen and encourage the economic independence of coastal communities. The method used is a socialization program and direct assistance to capture fishermen, focusing on the use of social media as a marketing platform and the application of simple financial management principles. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of activities. The results of this activity show an increase in fishermen's income after participating in the program, which is due to the expansion of market reach and better financial management. In conclusion, this mentoring program proved effective in empowering capture fishermen and encouraging them to become maritime entrepreneurs. However, support from all parties is needed to ensure the sustainability of the program and changes in fishermen's behavior in the long run.

Abstract

Desa Benan di Kabupaten Lingga memiliki potensi wisata alam yang besar dengan pantai berpasir putih, air laut yang jernih, dan lingkungan yang asri. Namun, pengembangan desa wisata ini belum optimal karena berbagai kendala, seperti minimnya kompetensi dan pengetahuan pengurus Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan destinasi wisata, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi POKDARWIS serta mengoptimalkan potensi wisata Desa Benan melalui pendekatan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini melibatkan pelatihan dan workshop yang mencakup pengelolaan wisata, pemasaran, dan hospitality, diikuti dengan pendampingan lapangan untuk membantu POKDARWIS menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh. Kegiatan diawali dengan survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi wisata, diikuti oleh pelaksanaan pelatihan, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi secara berkala untuk menilai keberhasilan program. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peran dan fungsi POKDARWIS di Desa Benan masih jauh dari optimal. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya program pelatihan dan penyuluhan, minimnya koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta keterbatasan infrastruktur. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan Desa Benan, seperti keindahan alam dan letak geografis yang strategis, serta kelemahan dalam infrastruktur dan kompetensi pengurus POKDARWIS. Peluang untuk pengembangan wisata sangat besar dengan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah dan potensi ekonomi lokal, namun ancaman seperti persaingan dengan destinasi lain dan kerusakan lingkungan harus diatasi. Kesimpulannya penting peningkatan kapasitas dan kompetensi pengurus POKDARWIS, perbaikan infrastruktur dasar, dan strategi promosi yang lebih efektif untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata Desa Benan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build environmental awareness through green organizational culture at sds toan hwa tanjungpinang school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that SDS Toan Hwa Tanjungpinang has implemented a green organizational culture quite well The implementation of this green organizational culture is carried out through various programs and activities, such as: physically and mentally healthy includes the physical and mental health, of classroom students without using air conditioning to maintain air circulation, facilities that meet health standards including toilets and classrooms, routine sports activities every Wednesday morning, collaborating with health centers for health screening including dental examinations and immunizations, urging parents to provide healthy lunches for children without using disposable packaging such as sterofoam. This research is intended to find out that green organizational culture is an effective strategy to build environmental awareness in schools. The implementation of green organizational culture can increase students' awareness of the environment and encourage them to behave in an environmentally friendly manner

Abstract

Abstract : Along with increasingly sophisticated technological advances, the Indonesian National Police has achieved proud achievements by implementing a system known as ETLE (Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement). Through the ETLE mechanism, violators who are proven guilty will be subject to fines as regulated in Law Number 22 of 2009. This research examines the implementation of ETLE penalties by Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The method used is Normative Research with a statutory approach using the legal framework and conceptual framework of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The research results show that enforcement of Law Number 22 of 2009 in Indonesia significantly increases the safety of road users and improves traffic quality. Through a comprehensive approach and cross-sectoral collaboration, it is hoped that a positive, safe, orderly, and law-abiding traffic culture can be realized in society, by the mandate of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation which confirms that ETLE is a form of law enforcement against traffic violations carried out by the police.
