Abstract

Universities as service providers in higher education are highly dependent on humen capital as intangible assets attached to human resources (HR). HR in universities is required to have knowledge and skills and abilities in the creation of knowledge assets, for that universities need to manage their knowledge and intellectuals and encourage individuals who are in it to share knowledge (knowledge sharing) to develop competence and expand knowledge. This research aims to find out the factors that determine the most determining knowledge sharing behavior at lecturers of STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang. Population in the study as many as 75 lecturers who mastered courses in the even semester of the even semester year 2020-2021. A sample of 67 people using purposive sampling with ktriteria respondents had a working life of more than one year. Data analysis is done using Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the factor that most influences lecturers to choose knowledge sharing is the ability to share.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze type 36 house demand elasticity in Padang City, West Sumatera Province. It used secondary data collected from 32 units of sample observation. The variables were 36-type housing price, distance to CBD, district density, number of household, and GDP per capita. The instruments of analysis were data panel regression using OLS approach, fixed effect , and random effect. The analysis results show that fixed method gives the best result of regression among the three approaches in the data panel. The variable of house price has a negative and significant correlation with the demand in Padang City with an elasticity level of 1.56%; the distance to CBD has a negative and correlation with demand with an elasticity level of 1.73%. The research results give a picture that the demand for simple houses in Padang city, West Sumatera Province is elastic toward the price of type 36 house, and distance to CBD.

Abstract

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a way how companies establish sustainable good relationships between companies and customers, communicate with customers, and market to them so as to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study is to identify the phases in CRM, activities and roles of CRM Information Systems. An understanding of this topic will be a reference in designing and designing an efficient and effective CRM Information System application. CRM Information System has now been developed in the form of a web-based application. This means that the company does not have to buy a server to provide a CRM Information System but can develop it themselves using a CMS (Content Management System) based application. In operational activities, customer data is collected and stored in a database for analysis purposes. The data is then processed and analyzed automatically and in real time into useful information for strategic marketing decisions that are designed according to their respective divisions, be it Sales Force, Customer Service or Marketing.

Abstract

Kepulauan Riau is a territory of the State of Indonesia which is located in the golden triangle of the world economy, and is located in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), the existence of the Riau Islands Province is very strategic in increasing local potential, especially the economic sector. Culture is an inseparable part of a community group. Culture is also what makes the difference between one community group and another, because the different living habits of people make the resulting culture also different. This culture is also inseparable from the Malay community in the Riau Islands province. Malay culture does not only consist of one type of culture, but Malay culture has a variety of other cultures, including dance, traditional houses, musical instruments, crafts, culinary and others. One of the existing cultures that has been passed down from generation to generation is the craft culture of the Malay community. The examples of crafts from the Malay tribal community are in the form of a Tudung Manto, Tudung Batik, Gasing, Tanjak and many other examples. However, this craft from Malay culture is expected to be able to penetrate the export market through digital export so that it can help increase the income and economy of the people in the Kepulauan Riau. In addition to culture in the form of handicrafts, the province of Riau Islands has other cultures, such as the culinary specialties of the Malay community. Culinary typical of the Kepulauan Riau, such as Otak-Otak, Deram Deram, Ikan Asap, Kue Bangkit, Gonggong and many more. One of the typical culinary delights of the Kepulauan Riau is Otak otak. However, it is rare to find media that exposes and introduces local wisdom of traditional Malay culinary in the Kepulauan Riau. Then, a part from culture in the form of handicrafts and culinary such as otak-otak, a cultur that has been developed by the government and received guidance through existing SMEs centers, too be expected can help increase the income and economy of the people in the Kepulauan Riau. By using descriptive analysis through a scientific approach with data sourced from the facts found in the research. As well as using a questionnaire have the Gform in assisting research

Abstract

Human resources have a major role in an organization or company. All aspects related to human resources in the end also affect performance, especially in relation to employee performance, in this study the authors focus on Employee Compensation and Performance. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of compensation on employee performance at the Jaya Abadi Cooperative. This study uses a population and a sample of 30 employees as respondents. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire with a google form that was sent to the respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate a real and significant effect of compensation variables on employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research discusses the role of BP Batam in developing investment value through promotional activities. Promotional activities carried out are a form of Public Diplomacy. Public Diplomacy is a form of the practice of introducing and marketing a resource to achieve the objectives of the National interest. In this study, it was found that BP Batam in carrying out its role in promoting Batam as an investment target area through public diplomacy has played a good role, but the results received have not been able to be successfully categorized because Batam has not been able to compete with special areas in other countries because there are still many obstacles that become home tasks every year.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kepemimpinan transaksional dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Perdana Mandiri. Sebanyak 50 karyawan dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 67,4% pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap CV. Perdana Mandiri dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepemimpinan transaksional. 32,6% pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap CV. Perdana Mandiri karena variabel lain tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of word of mouth, brand awareness and marketing mix strategies on purchasing decisions. The population in this study is all the people of Tanjungpinang City and Bintan Regency, totaling 395,928 people in 2022. Sampling uses a probability sampling technique. The sample in this study were the people of Tanjungpinang-Bintan who had consumed bottled drinking water (AMDK) found in the Tanjungpinang-Bintan area when the questionnaire was distributed. This type of research is quantitative research. Primary research data comes from questionnaires. The data collected and tested using Smart PLS 3 Software. The results of the study found that brand awareness has an effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions and the marketing mix strategy has no effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the influential and significant value is found in the word of mouth variable (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y), obtained a t-statistic value of 3.834 > t-table 1.66 and a p-value of 0.000 < a significance value of 0.05. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test or goodness of fit (R²) a value of 0.369 (36.9%) was obtained, indicating that this research model was moderate because it was able to explain 39.6% of the entire study. While the remaining 60.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This report focuses on the Indonesian and ASEAN maritime markets. Indonesia's wide network of islands and key location in Southeast Asia have a considerable impact on its transportation system, economy, and trade. The shipping industry contributes significantly to the expansion of the global economy. ASEAN emphasizes the importance of the maritime industry in fostering economic progress and regional integration. Recent discussions at the ASEAN Maritime Forum included environmental concerns, vessel security, cyberattacks on maritime infrastructure, and regional collaboration in relation to maritime transport. Previous research has emphasized the efforts made by nations such as Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines to enhance their maritime sectors. The purpose of this paper is to examine the current situation of the shipping market in Indonesia and other ASEAN nations, as well as the problems and opportunities it brings.
