Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) citra perusahaan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan PT. TIKI JNE Cabang Kendari, (2)pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan PT. TIKI JNE Cabang Kendari, (3) pengaruh citra perusahaan dan kualitas layanan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan PT. TIKI JNE Cabang Kendari.  Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 45 responden pengguna jasa pengiriman barang minimal 2 kali mengirim di PT. TIKI JNE Cabang Kendari dengan menggunakan accidental sampling, melalui data primer.Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra perusahaan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan PT. TIKI JNE Cabang Kendari baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dfengan demikian hipotesis yangdiajukan diterima.Kata Kunci : Citra Perusahaan, Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, PT. TIKI JNE

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi dari Supply Chain Management terintegrasi pada aliran produk pada kelompok usaha sagu meambo food (KU-SMF) di Kelurahan Mata Kota Kendari.Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah direktur KU-SMF, pemilik rumah produksi dan asisten lapangan Kelompok Usaha Sagu Meambo Food di Kelurahan Mata Kota Kendari. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa adanya pengimplementasian Supply Chain Management integration dalam perusahaan dimungkinkan akan terjadinya peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha yang mendukung dan menunjang KU-SMF untuk menjadi perusahaan yang lebih maju dibidang agroindustri terkhususnya pada pengolahan sagu.Kata Kunci: Supply Chain Management, Aliran Produk, Upstream Supply Chain, Internal Supply Chain, Downstream Supply Chain.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) knowing influence organizational climate on employee performance staff at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes, kab. Muna. (2) knowing the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) on the performance of employee at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes, kab. Muna. (3) knowing the effect of work ethic on employee performance at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes, kab. Muna. The objects in this study were nurses at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes, Kab. Muna. However, the sampling method was purposive sampling using the slovin formula to obtain a sample of 71 nurses. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires and documentation. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 25 Software. The results showed that (1) partially organizational climate has a significant positive effect on employee performance at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes. (2) partially organizational citizenship behavior significant positive effect on employee performance at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes. (3) partially work ethic significant positive effect on employee performance at dr. H.L.M Baharuddin M.Kes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine both simultaneously and partially the effect of work motivation and leadership style on employee performance at the Wakumoro Public Health Center, Muna Regency. The approach of this research is explanatory research. The population of this study were all employees of the Wakumoro Public Health Center, Muna Regency, in Parigi District, Muna Regency, totaling 32 people. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that work motivation and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
