Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat literasi dan inklusi mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor pada Perbankan Syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor tahun angkatan 2018. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu berjumlah 85 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat literasi mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor angkatan 2018 dalam kategori sedang dan inklusinya dalam kategori rendah pada perbankan syariah yang menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap perbakan syariah sudah ada namun masih belum menggunakan aksesnya. Oleh karea itu, hal yang seharusnya dilakukan yaitu menyediakan fitur menarik pada produk dan jasa bank syariah, mengedukasi dan sosialisasi ke mahasiswa agar semakin melek dengan perbankan syariah dan bisa bekerja sama dengan pihak universitas.

Abstract

Proses anodizing merupakan teknik yang efektif dalam meningkatkan ketahanan korosi aluminium melalui pembentukan lapisan oksida pelindung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses anodizing pada footrest aluminium bekas untuk meningkatkan daya tahannya terhadap korosi, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan kembali sebagai produk dengan umur pakai yang lebih panjang. Menggunakan variasi waktu  (7, 14, 23, 32, 42 menit), arus 2,5A dan tegangan 18 Volt. Uji ketahanan korosi dilakukan dengan metode potensiodinamik untuk mengevaluasi performa footrest setelah anodizing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi proses anodizing dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan  ketahanan korosi footrest bekas sebesar 0,0234491mmpy. Proses ini memungkinkan pemanfaatan kembali footrest aluminium bekas sebagai produk yang lebih tahan terhadap kerusakan lingkungan, serta mendukung pengurangan limbah logam.

Abstract

Liquid waste from the tofu industry can lead to environmental pollution if not properly managed. However, this waste holds potential for innovative use, such as being repurposed as a corrosion control material. This Community Service activity aimed to educate tofu producers in Magelang Regency on processing tofu waste into materials for metal corrosion protection. The approach involved counseling sessions and practical demonstrations. The results showed that tofu waste could reduce corrosion on metal equipment by 40% compared to untreated equipment. The participants showed great enthusiasm, as the method proved practical and easy to apply. In conclusion, this activity significantly contributed to better tofu waste management, helping to minimize environmental pollution risks.

Abstract

Currently, the need for an internet connection is increasing due to the human need for information and communication that can be obtained through the internet. A decision support system with criteria is needed to solve the challenge of choosing an internet package with many components or criteria that must be evaluated. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) are two multi-criteria decision support system techniques, but they use different measurement techniques. This research aims to identify the best Internet Service Provider by applying the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) techniques. The objects used in this research are the providers Indihome, Biznet, and Solnet. The weight of each criterion is determined using the AHP technique, and the best suppliers are ranked using the SAW approach. The sampling technique used in this research was Purposive Sampling. In this study, the ranking results of 100 respondents showed that the ranking for the AHP method was 60% and for the SAW method was 92%. Thus, global calculations using the AHP and SAW methods were obtained for the best alternative ISP, namely Indihome.

Abstract

Bali’s tourism has undergone significant transformation in the digital era, yet it still faces two major challenges, limited accessibility and uneven digitalization. These issues have sparked scholarly interest in examining the extent to which Bali has applied the principles of smart tourism through accessibility and digitalization to create an inclusive and modern tourist destination. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analyzing various sources such as academic journals, government reports, and official tourism statistics. The findings reveal that Bali has implemented several smart tourism strategies, including the development of the “We Love Bali” application, digital training for tourism business actors, and the advancement of disability-friendly infrastructure such as wider sidewalks and inclusive transportation. Nevertheless, these implementations remain uneven across different regions of Bali. This article provides both academic and practical contributions to the development of modern tourism by emphasizing the importance of integrating information technology and inclusivity in building smart destinations. The value of this article lies in offering technology-based and public policy solutions to enhance Bali’s tourism competitiveness at the global level, while also reinforcing the principle of social equity within the tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment and training on employee performance at PT Gajah Mada Barokah Sukses Makmur (GM Production Indonesia) in Yogyakarta. The research background is based on the phenomenon of a mismatch between the number of applicants and the quality of human resources required by the company, which operates in a dynamic and competitive event organizer industry. Despite receiving thousands of applicants, only a few qualified to be hired. Therefore, the company provides internal training to enhance employee competencies and professionalism. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with 70 internal employees as respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, recruitment and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.694 indicates that 69.4% of the variance in employee performance can be explained by recruitment and training, while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize that selective recruitment and targeted training are crucial in building a competent workforce in the event organizer industry.
