Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia sektor Pariwisata merupakan salah satu upaya Pemerintah dalam melakukan pembangunan berkesinambungan yang direncanakan melalui sektor Pariwisata yang dulunya dengan mengemas kebijakan Pariwisata untuk mendatangkan kuantitas sebanyak-banyaknya wisatawan mancanegara (Wisman), akan tetapi pada masa ini bahwa kebijakan Pariwisata MICE lebih menekankan pada kualitas wisatawan yang dapat menambah pundi devisa melalui Pariwisata Mancanegara dan Domestik yang akan melakukan kegiatan Rapat (Meeting), Perjalanan Dinas (Insentive), Konfrensi (Confrence), Pameran (Exibition) di Indonesia. Untuk mendukung Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam arah haluan Pariwisata Mice maka diharapkan melalui sektor swasta dan masyarakat dapat melakukan pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dengan model atau pola yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para penyelenggara Pariwisata di Indonesia. Pengelolaan Sumber daya manusia Pariwisata MICE telah dituangkan dalam UU No 10 tahun 2004, bab 3 pasal 5 mengenai sumber daya manusia pariwisata dalam pembangunan kepariwisataan, terdiri dari sumber daya alam ciptaan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa berupa letak geografi, kepulauan, laut, flora dan fauna, sungai, danau, hutan bentang alam, iklim; sumber daya hasil karya manusia berupa hasil-hasil rekayasa sumber daya alam, perkotaan, kebudayaan, nilai-nilai sosial, warisan sejarah, dan teknologi; dan sumber daya manusia berupa kesiapan, kompetensi, komitmen dan peran serta masyarakat.Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan Pengembangan Model Kapasitas Sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan keinginan sektor swasta dan masyarakat khususnya penyelenggara Pariwisata MICE khususnya di Sumatera Utara dan secara umum sebagai bahan masukan dalam mewujudkan Indosesia sebagai salah satu Negara Destinasi Insentive. Adapun tujuan khusus, antara lain: 1).Untuk mengevaluasi kapasitas sumber daya manusia penyelenggara insentive travel di Sumatera Utara. 2).Sebagai model pengembangan kapasitas sumber daya manusia penyelenggara insentive travel di Sumatera Utara. 3).Untuk mendukung kebijakan Pariwisata dalam peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia penyelenggara Insentive travel pasca penetapan Sumatera Utara sebagai salah satu kota destinasi Insentive travel. Sedangkan manfaat secara tioritis dapat memberikan bukti empiris tentang program Insentive Travel David Kelly (2012), Severt S. & Breiter D.(2010), Motivasi Kerja Mc Clelland (1987), dan Kinerja Sumber daya manusia Bernardin dan Russell (1993), dikaitkan dengan motivasi kerja berprestasi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia. Abstract

Abstract

This research is applied research, which seeks to encourage research to develop and manage destinations with the concept of sustainable tourism development (STD). STD is a concept that integrates the four pillars of tourism destination governance. This concept has been stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2016. The STD concept consists of four variables, among others; a) the implementation of effective management that is integrated and sustainable, b) strengthening the impact and economic benefits for local communities, c) strengthening and preserving socio-cultural, and d) paying attention to environmental sustainability around tourist destinations. This research aims to apply the STD concept for the development of tourism village potential. Specifically, this research is intended to encourage tourism village potentials in Sei Bingai and Tanjung Pura Districts, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. So that in the end, it is hoped that Langkat Regency can have a well-managed tourist village based on the STD concept. The results showed that, based on the results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using AMOS 22 software, it was found that the existing variables were indeed relevant for analyzing the application of sustainable tourism development. Furthermore, based on the scoring carried out in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities with key stakeholders, a ranking is carried out. Of the four existing aspects, the environmental aspect is in the good category (based on the excellent, good, average, and poor categories), while the sustainable integrated management variable, the variable economic benefits for the surrounding community, and the environmental conservation variable are in the good category. The results of the FGD also concluded that the majority of key stakeholders agreed that in Rumah Galuh Village and Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency would continue to be developed into a tourist village with a sustainable tourism development model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze local government accounting policies in Indonesia to determine whether or not the performance of financial managers partially affects the quality of financial statements. In realizing this, the government needs to improve the performance of financial managers for better quality financial reports. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data sources are obtained through a search for articles related to accounting policies carried out by local governments in preparing financial statements. Data analysis techniques are carried out by triangulating from various literature sources. The results of the study state that local governments need to prepare financial statements in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2003 which refers to Government Accounting Standards (SAP). As a derivative of the regulation, the government has issued Government Regulation Number 24 of 2005 which is updated with Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 concerning SAP. With these regulations, the basis for recording government accounting changes from the cash basis to the cash basis to accrual and to the full accrual basis.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of sales growth and profitability on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2021. The research population includes 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 1981 to 2020. In this study, purposive sampling technique was used to select 9 companies as samples based on specific considerations. This research is explanatory in nature with a quantitative approach. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression method with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The t-test results show that, partially, only sales growth has a positive and significant impact on the capital structure, while profitability does not have a significant influence. However, the F-test results show that, simultaneously, sales growth and profitability have a significant influence on the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies. The research results indicate that 55.4% of the variation in the capital structure can be explained by sales growth and profitability, while the remaining 44.6% is influenced by other unexamined factors in this research model. In conclusion, sales growth plays an important role in shaping the capital structure of pharmaceutical companies, while profitability is not a significant determining factor.

Abstract

Pemasar sepatu harus berupaya menarik perhatian konsumen mengingat persaingan produk sepatu. Tergantung pada preferensi pelanggan, setiap merek mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen mengenai produk mana yang akan dipilih. Konsumen kemudian akan mengubah harga yang diberikan berdasarkan merek yang mereka pilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merek dan Harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepatu Converse. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa administrasi niaga di Politeknik Negeri Medan. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan rumus Slovin untuk mendapatkan besar sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan harga, baik secara parsial atau bersamaan, memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu kets Converse. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian pada nilai R Square, faktor citra merek dan harga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen sebesar 54,5% dan sisanya sebesar 45,5% tidak diketahui.

Abstract

One of the mainstay tourist attractions in Samosir Regency is Holbung Hill. There are several factors that are the reason tourists visit a tourist attraction, including attractiveness, facilities and ticket prices. A tourist attraction is a place with beauty, uniqueness, authenticity and value that can be used as a place of entertainment for tourists in an effort to fulfill their spiritual and physical needs. Facilities are everything that is provided to be used and enjoyed by visitors while using the services so as to make visitors feel comfortable. The ticket price is the amount charged for a service in order to obtain the benefits of the service. Tourist visits that do not experience a significant and unstable increase are phenomena in this study. The research aims to determine the effect of attraction, facilities and ticket prices on visitor satisfaction at the Bukit Holbung tourist attraction in Samosir Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The object of research is visitors to the Holbung Hill tourist attraction in Samosir Regency in 2022. The population in this study is unknown. The sample in this study was 100 visitors. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire via Google form and observation at tourist destinations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that visitor satisfaction at the Bukit Holbung tourist attraction in Samosir Regency was significantly and partially influenced by attractiveness, facilities, and ticket prices. Simultaneously attractiveness, facilities and ticket prices have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Attractiveness has the most dominant influence on visitor satisfaction. The multiple linear regression equation for this study is Y = 1.667 + 0.267X1 + 0.366X2 + 0.251X3 + e. The test results of the coefficient of determination show that all the variables of attractiveness, facilities and ticket prices are able to explain 74.5% and the remaining 25.5% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Human resource management has an important role in implementing work discipline. Human resource management can help increase efficiency in carrying out work by arranging good human resource governance. This can include setting effective work schedules, assigning tasks in accordance with employee competencies, and setting fair reward and sanction systems. Human resource management can play a role in increasing employee morale through various activities such are performance award schemes and staff training and development and effective communication between management and employees. Human resource management can help ensure consistent application of work standards throughout the organization. This includes creating clear policies and procedures regarding work discipline, as well as appropriate supervision to ensure compliance with these standards. By implementing a good work discipline system, human resource management can help reduce the intensity of supervision required. By organizing good human resource management, increasing employee morale, ensuring standards are used, reducing the intensity of supervision, and helping company efficiency in general, human resource management can contribute to creating a disciplined and productive work environment.

Abstract

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are a government effort to empower rural communities. BUMDes was formed to become a driving force for the village economy and a source of village income. BUMDes that are managed professionally will support the realization of predetermined goals and objectives, including financial management. Problems arise due to the limited human resources of BUMDes managers. Problems arise due to the limited human resources of BUMDes managers. Socialization and training are essential so BUMDes Kekelengen Sugihen village can develop well. The strengths of BUMDes Kekelengen are that it has very fertile agricultural land, the village population is 241 heads of families, it has full support from the government, from the village to the central government, it has sufficient water sources for village needs, the economy of the Karo district and National is quite good, and the distance is quite close to the cities of Berastagi and Medan. Meanwhile, the Weaknesses are that human resources (management) lack motivation and focus and are still limited; management and admin staff are still less competent in several fields, specially making financial reports, and Office equipment is still available in the village office. If we look at opportunities, many business opportunities can still be explored, such as savings and loan cooperatives, agricultural equipment shops, and basic needs shops. Exploring the potential of villages to become agrotourism villages, as threats (Threats) are village entrepreneurs who are already active or going first, entry of entrepreneurs from outside the village, and rapid development. BUMDes financial reports should be the same as other institutions; they must be presented and managed professionally, transparently, accountable, systematically, and completely, but BUMDes Kekelengen Sugihen Village only records cash in and cash out using a manual process. Complete and systematic financial reports will be attractive to stakeholders. This service produces output in the form of an EFA (Excel For Accounting) template and the delivery of a computer that has been installed with Accurate, which can be used for bookkeeping and financial reporting for BUMDes Kekelengen, Sugihen village

Abstract

In the context of Human Resource Management (HRM), two aspects that play a key role in shaping employee performance are motivation and leadership style. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and leadership style on employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatra Branch. Data was collected from 40 respondents using a saturated sample and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The method used in this research is quantitative method with regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that work motivation (X1) has a significant partial effect on employee performance (Y), with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a calculated value > t table value, which is 3.520 > 2.02619. Conversely, leadership style (X2) has no significant partial effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.893 > 0.05 and a calculated value < t table value, which is 0.135 < 2.02619. However, simultaneously, work motivation and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value (14.484) > F table value (3.24) and a significance value (0.000) < (0.05). The regression analysis shows that the regression coefficient X1 is 0.496, indicating that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, while the regression coefficient X2 is 0.017, indicating that leadership style also has a positive effect on employee performance, although not significant when considered partially. The R square value of 0.439 shows that 43.9% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by work motivation and leadership style, while the remaining 56.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. This study concludes that both work motivation and leadership style together improve employee performance at PT Jasa Raharja North Sumatra Branch.
