Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Need for Achievement, Locus of Control and Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest. This research uses a survey research method with a quantitative approach. The population of students at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya is 2,649 people. The sampling technique used was the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. So the total sample taken was 348 people according to the researchers' considerations. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, statistical tests used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: 1) Need for Achievement has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest. 2) Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. 3) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. 4) Need for Achievement, Locus of Control and Self Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurshipKeywords: Interest in Entrepreneurship, Locus of Control, Need for Achievement, Self efficacyDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i2.168-175

Abstract

Lehman Bank is one of the largest banks in America that went bankrupt. This study aims to analyze the causes of the bankruptcy of Lehman Brother Bank, to perform external and internal analysis and analyze the SWOT and PESTEL strategies for the Lehman Brother company. This research method is to analyze SWOT and PESTEL using qualitative research. information or data from search results on the internet or from literature studies. The results of this study indicate that an analysis using SWOT and PESTEL has been carried out and has an impact on Lehman Brother, but Lehman Brother is still not advanced enough to advance technology, so Lehman Brother went bankrupt. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the QR code affects the efficiency of consumer ordering time and the level of consumer satisfaction with the QR code. This is a qualitative research which describes the QR code research on the Ichiban Sushi restaurant menu. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The research carried out on "Ichiban Sushi" restaurant which is located in Plaza Asia, Tasikmalaya City in West Java. The results of this study focus on solving problems by simplifying the queue management process for the Ichiban Sushi menu and simplifying restaurant menu ordering and how it affects customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that there was an efficiency in ordering time because using this QR code was felt to be faster and more flexible, consumers could order simultaneously and consumers also did not need to queue to order restaurant menus. QR codes on the ordering menu for Ichiban Sushi Restaurant greatly affects the level of consumer satisfaction, where the majority of consumers feel satisfied with the use of QR codes on the ordering menu for Ichiban Sushi Restaurant which is certainly very beneficial for consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media, kelayakan media, respon siswa terhadap media, dan keefektifan penggunaan media terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X MPK YASMU Gresik pada mata pelajaran DMPLB yang membahas materi teknik dasar layanan prima pada manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development), model pengembangan 4-D mulai dari define, design, develop, & disseminate. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, tes kemampuan, lembar kuesioner siswa, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Google Site dengan dukungan Gimkit diperoleh:(1) Media berhasil dikembangkan dengan seluruh tahapan pada model 4-D, (2) Media memperoleh penilaian validasi para ahli sebesar: a). Ahli media 81% berkriteria“Sangat Kuat”, b). Ahli materi 89% berkriteria “Sangat Kuat”; (3) Respon siswa terhadap media diperoleh skor sebesar 100% berkriteria “Sangat Kuat”. (4) Media efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,44 berkriteria “Sedang” pada kelas eksperimen, sedangkan kelas kontrol kategori lebih “Rendah” hanya sebesar 0,17 dan Uji-t diperoleh nilai sig 2-tailed (0,00) <(0,05). Kesimpulannya media ini dinyatakan berkualitas dan sangat layak mendukung proses pembelajaran serta efektif membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The management of the corpse which consists of bathing, shrouding, praying and burying the corpse in Islam is punished as fardhu kifayah. Therefore, the knowledge and skills of corpse management should be possessed by every individual Muslim who is baligh and rational. The limited number of people who know and can perform funeral arrangements in this village has encouraged members of KKN Sukabumi group two to carry out this activity. The purpose of this community service is to train the Funeral Management at Nurul Iman Mosque, Pasirhalang, Sukaraja, Sukabumi, West Java. This activity was carried out with two kinds of methods. Consisting of a direct practice or simulation method during a series of bathing and shrouding the corpse and a method of material presentation during the procession of praying and burying the corpse. It is hoped that this activity will benefit the community in terms of increasing knowledge about what is conveyed and can be used and practiced when this knowledge is needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, pengguna teknologi sesungguhnya, dan penggunaan pembayaran digital terhadap minat penggunaan QRIS dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 nasabah bank daerah yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling, analisis dengan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemudahan penggunaan, manfaat, dan pengguna teknologi sesungguhnya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan QRIS, sedangkan penggunaan pembayaran digital tidak signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa adopsi QRIS lebih ditentukan oleh persepsi kemudahan, manfaat, serta pengalaman teknologi daripada frekuensi penggunaan instrumen pembayaran digital lainnya. Penelitian ini menyarankan pihak bank memperkuat edukasi dan pemahaman praktis mengenai QRIS agar adopsi lebih luas di kalangan nasabah.

Abstract

Tanaman sri rejeki (Dieffenbachia seguine) merupakan jenis aglaonema yang tumbuh liar di Desa Temboro. Meskipun demikian, tumbuhan ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai biopestisida yang mampu membasmi kutu-kutu yang menyerang tanaman hortikultura karena dalam getahnya mengandung kalsium oksalat yang berbentuk jarum di dalam sel-selnya sehingga menimbulkan sifat beracun. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan tumbuhan sri rejeki (Dieffenbachia seguine) sebagai pengendali hama kutu dan pestisida alami pada tanaman sayuran. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 13-14 Juli 2022, bertempat di kebun Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Dusun Joso dan KWT Dusun Dlisen, Desa Temboro. Bahan yang dibutuhkan adalah batang sri rejeki dan air. Setelah seluruh bahan tercampur dan sudah disaring, biopestisida dapat diaplikasikan terhadap tanaman yang terserang hama dengan cara disemprot. Bagian batang digunakan sebagai bahan utama karena kandungan getah yang tersimpan lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan bagian lainnya, sehingga harapannya kandungan kalsium oksalat yang diperoleh lebih banyak dan mampu membasmi hama kutu dengan lebih efektif. Diharapkan dinas pertanian setempat dapat meneliti kandungan, manfaat dan formulasi yang baku agar dapat diterapkan di kalangan yang lebih luas. Masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan biopestisida yang sudah diperoleh saat pelatihan dan KWT terkait dapat menjadi mentor untuk KWT lainnya.
