Abstract

Since the reign of Bima district split into two autonomous regions that become Bima and Bima City, the issue of the transfer of the district capital began to sound so as to make a few districts in Bima start to straighten the sake elected to the district capital. One of them is the District of Sape. District Sape, a district that has a lot of potential, location of districts Sape is located in the eastern part of the district of Bima make it as a gateway economy either from or to a province adjacent namely NTT, besides the presence of the port sape straits sape as a transportation hub of and to the Bima-Labuan Bajo East Nusa Tenggara province, making it the heart activity activity Center to provincial or national. From many of the above considerations may be raised several alternative selected as appropriate for the development of districts Sape. With the method used is descriptive Qualitative analysis assisted by hirarchi analytical analysis process (AHP), which involves several sources related to show that the alternative selected is District Sape used as a new autonomous region (DOB).

Abstract

Kamus Kedokteran ini merupakan data khusus yang memuat tentang dunia kedokteran (mu’jam takshish) yang secara khusus memuat istilah-istilah yang populer dipakai di ranah kedokteran atau bidang medis. Dalam kamus ini akan memuat istilah-istilah medis yaitu, nama penyakit, nama alat medis, anggota tubuh, serta obat-obatan. Tujuan disusunnya kamus ini yaitu untuk memudahkan para tenaga kerja Indonesia, para medis, serta para pelajar Indonesia, yang bekerja maupun belajar di negara Timur Tengah yang sangat membutuhkan kamus kedokteran Arab – Indonesia. Pemerolehan data diambil dari situs web berita Arab yang menyangkut bidang ranah kedokteran. Penulis memperoleh data dari situs web berita Arab CNN Arabic, BBC Arabic dan Indonesia Alyaoum. Ketiga situs web tersebut Penulis memperoleh data pada bagian صحة (kesehatan), batas yang Penulis gunakan untuk data yaitu, artikel yang terbit pada bulan Oktober 2019 dan bulan November 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Anchonc pengolah korpus teks Kedokteran. Kamus ini berwajah Arab – Indonesia yang disusun mulai dari huruf hamzah hingga Ya’ yang berdasarkan huruf pertama yang dilafalkan. Dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah yang sesuai dengan sistematika aplikasi tersebut, dapat dihasilkan daftar kata (word list) kamus kedokteran Arab - Indonesia yang memenuhi syarat teknis serta guna menyusun daftar kata. Setelah aplikasi pengolah korpus dipergunakan, selanjutnya penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu dengan mengungkap secara faktual mekanisme pengolahan bahan berbasis web menjadi format korpus kamus kedokteran Arab - Indonesia serta menyusun daftar kata (word list). Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa dari sepuluh website berita bahasa Arab bisa menghasilkan sekitar empat ratus kosakata bahasa Arab dalam bidang kedokteran.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kampung Tradisional Uma lengge merupakan kampung yang memiliki kompleks bangunan peninggalan budaya yang sudah berumur ratusan tahun dan telah resmi dijadikan sebagai obyek wisata serta cagar alam oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Bima. Pada umumnya, Uma Lengge memiliki beberapa fungsi, yaitu sebagai tempat tinggal sekaligus sebagai tempat penyimapanan hasil panen. Namun, kompleks Uma Lengge yang berada di Desa Maria ini merupakan kompleks bangunan rumah kuno yang dimanfaatkan hanya sebagai tempat penyimpanan hasil bumi, seperti padi, jagung, dan lain sebagainya. Tata letak kompleks Uma Lengge ini sangat berhubungan dengan tradisi suku Bima, terutama masyarakat di sekitar kampung tradisional Uma Lengge tersebut. Keberadaan kompleks tradisional Uma Lengge sejak ratusan tahun yang lalu, sejalan dengan kebutuhan masyarakatnya, mengakibatkan struktur dan pola ruang yang ada menjadi seperti tak terencana.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji struktur dan pola ruang perkampungan berdasarkan kearifan lokal di Desa Maria, Kabupaten Bima dan apa saja yang menyebabkan terbentuknya struktur dan pola ruang tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bima merupakan contoh kota tradisional atau rural yang sebagian wilayahnya tidak terencana, yang memiliki kampung-kampung tradisional dengan ciri khas rumah panggung. Kampung Tradisional Uma Lengge ini memiliki bentuk figure ground yang bersifat homogen. Secara fisik terdapat area tambahan karena kebutuhan masyarakat akan ruang untuk mengadakan upacara adat setiap tahun ketika musim panen berakhir yaitu upacara Ampa Fare, yang mengakui bahwa setiap makhluk hidup pasti memiliki cara tersendiri dalam berdoa kepada sang pencipta.Kata Kunci : Struktur Pola Ruang, Kearifan  Lokal, Uma Lengge, Bima Abstract: Traditional Kampung Uma lengge is a village which has complex cultural heritage buildings hundreds of years old and has been officially in use as a tourist attraction as well as a nature reserve by the government of Bima . In general , Uma Lengge has several functions , namely as a residence and also a storage crop . However , Uma Lengge complex which is  in the village of Maria is an ancient complex houses of building used only as a storage crops , such as rice , corn , and so forth . Uma Lengge complex layout is highly correlated to all Bima ethnic traditions , especially the traditional village communities around the Lengge Uma . As traditional complex Lengge Uma has existed since hundreds of years ago , and the Uma Lengge community’s necessity , lead the structure and patterns of existing space into such unplanned . seeing this problems above , it can be concluded that the research question is how local knowledge can shape the structure and spatial patterns of Traditional Kampung Uma Lengge in Bima. The purpose of this study was to examine the structure and pattern of settlement space based on local wisdom in the village of Maria , Bima and to know what causes the formation of structures and patterns of space in one of the traditional village complex Uma Traditional Lengge in Bima . The results of this study is an example of Bima traditional or rural town that partly unplanned , which has traditional villages with distinctive feature of stage house . Uma Lengge and Jompa as  a traditional village in the village of Uma Lengge Maria is a legacy handed down from ancestors Mbojo Fund . Traditional village Uma Lengge of figure ground has a shape that is homogeneous . Physically, there are additional areas that exist in the traditional village of Uma Lengge because society will need space to hold a traditional ceremony every year. When the harvest season ends Ampa Fare will perform in the ceremony , which recognizes that every living things must have its own way for  praying to the Creator . Keywords: Pattern Space Structures, Local Wisdom, Uma Lengge, Bima

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the factors that lead to low competence in reading students and low reading activities in schools and at home. This type of research is qualitative with this type of case study. The subject of this study is a 1st grader sdit az zahra who is having difficulty reading. The data-collection techniques used in the research include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation used on this research was source triangulation. The result of this study is low on reading competence because of psychological factors and family environment. The psychological factor of the student himself is not interested in reading and socio and emotional maturity and adaptation. Student activity in school life is not confident to speak up and appear before the class but when socializing with his or her classmates tends to be very active. While in his daily home activity the student who was always on his cell phone at home and rarely asked for studying and revisiting at home.Keyword: Reading, Skills, Factors

Abstract

RH Farm is a hydroponic agribusiness that focuses on water spinach as the main commodity and is a regular supplier for Kluwih restaurants and several direct consumers. The research was conducted to find out how the supply chain activities for water spinach vegetable products in the RH Farm hydroponic business and the effectiveness of the supply chain being implemented. Researchers will analyze the overview and risk factors of the entire supply chain. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis with House of Risk (HOR) and Aggregate Potential Risk (APR). Based on the research results, the main factor influencing supply chain activities in the RH Farm hydroponic business was the lack of effective communication between workers with an APR value of 216 with an occurrence value of 9, a severity value of 8, and a risk correlation value of 3.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of Pancasila education to shape the Indonesian nation and the broad-minded young generation. The research method used is a literature review. This research data is that various literature will be used, including articles, research reports, journals, books and various other appropriate sources. Data is obtained through literature search in electronic databases related to the topic and published through Google Scholar. Analysis and evaluation are carried out through qualitative data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that Pancasila education is considered as a view of national life and justice that enlivens daily life and becomes the basis for the formation of the character of the younger generation. The ideal young generation is a young generation who has noble character, noble character, integrity, nationalism, and broad national insight. In this context, Pancasila education contributes to the internalization of moral and ethical principles, the formation of national and state consciousness, and the preservation of national identity and values during globalization. The results of literature analysis show that Pancasila education plays an important role in shaping the morals, integrity, and national consciousness of Indonesia's young generation

Abstract

Swimming increases muscle mass, loses weight, improves heart and lung health, controls stress, overcomes nerve compression, relieves joint pain, addresses insomnia, and improves sleep quality. In addition, swimming is also very suitable for people with asthma, helping to increase lung capacity and train respiratory control. This article aims to find out the benefits of learning to swim for the growth and development of children in elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature study. The main source of data for this research is scientific articles published on the database on google scholar which can be accessed online with the keywords used in searching for journals are "Swimming, Sports, Elementary School, Benefits, Swimming Techniques". Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that swimming learning in elementary school has an important role in supporting children's growth and development. This sport of swimming has many benefits and advantages to help children's growth and development, relationships between children and others, increase confidence, and can also be used as a fun activity because of the cold stimulus that can refresh the body. Therefore, swimming helps children develop important life skills and improve their quality of life

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia (SDM) melalui literasi digital di SMA BPI 1 Kota Bandung. Studi ini berfokus pada program literasi digital dapat menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam lingkup sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis data pada penelitian ini meliputi proses mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik Kesimpulan dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah serta tim literasi di SMA BPI 1 Kota Bandung. Hasil studi mengindikasikan bahwa literasi digital berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu SDM dengan mengadakan program literasi digital seperti penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, penguatan ekstrakulikuler dengan system STEM, pembuatan rubrik elektronik melalui website, serta pengadaan bahan bacaan digital. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi, keterampilan informasi, dan kreativitas guru dan siswa. SMA BPI 1 Kota Bandung menjadi salah satu sekolah yang memiliki ciri khas program unggulan STEM dan layanan digital di Jawa Barat.Abstract: This study explores improving the quality of human resources (HR) through digital literacy at SMA BPI 1 Bandung City. This study focuses on digital literacy programs can be a strategy to improve the quality of human resources within the scope of schools. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis in this study includes the process of reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions with the research subjects of the principal, vice principal and literacy team at SMA BPI 1 Bandung City. The results of the study indicate that digital literacy plays a role in improving the quality of human resources by holding digital literacy programs such as writing scientific papers, strengthening extracurriculars with the STEM system, creating electronic rubrics through websites, and procuring digital reading materials. This can be done to improve the ability of technology, information skills, and creativity of teachers and students. SMA BPI 1 Bandung City is one of the schools that has the characteristics of superior STEM programs and digital services in West Java.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah Ngeri Binjai dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru. Melalui pendekatan manajemen yang proaktif, pengembangan kompetensi, dan penerapan strategi kolaboratif, kepala sekolah berupaya menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung peningkatan efisiensi dan kualitas pengajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak dari upaya tersebut terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, dengan fokus pada aspek pengajaran, pembelajaran, dan pengembangan profesionalisme. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis data, menghasilkan temuan yang dapat memberikan kontribusi pada perbaikan sistem manajemen pendidikan di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

This research by Siti Fatimah Azzahra, Communication Science study program of Putra Indonesia University Cianjur, which the research title is "Symbolic Meaning in BL Series Thailand for Fans (Case Study on BL Series Thailand Fan Students at Universitas Putra Indonesia Cianjur). BL Series Thailand or Boys Love Series Thailand, is an LGBTQ+ (homosexual) drama series played by actors with attractive visuals, which is an attraction to watch BL Series Thailand. BL Series Thailand became a hit in Indonesia, after the trend of airing the series 2gether: The series on social media. In BL Series Thailand fan interactions, there are verbal and non-verbal symbolic meanings. . This is in line with the theory of symbolic interaction, which explores the meanings of each verbal and non-verbal symbol in BL Series Thailand, which is within the scope of BL Series Thailand fan interaction (Anak Raikan/Raikantopeni). This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach, data collection through interviews, participatory observation, literature studies and documentation, and data validity by trianggulation. The results of this study are: words and sentences that are familiar among BL Series Thailand fans, the most popular BL Series titles, iconic scenes in the most popular BL series, the most popular BL fandom, the most popular BL couples, gestures in the BL Series Thailand, and pictures of objects that represent certain moments of a BL Series Thailand.
