Abstract

The hospital is a public facility owned by the government and the private sector which has a very strategic role in efforts to improve public health services. The new health care paradigm requires hospitals to provide quality services according to the needs and desires of patients while still referring to the professional and medical code of ethics. In the rapid development of technology and increasingly fierce competition, the hospital is required to improve the quality of its services. Quality is the core survival of an institution. Therefore, hospitals are required to always maintain consumer confidence by increasing the quality of service so that customer satisfaction increases. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patients satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a survey method with correlation techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaire). The results showed that the analysis of variable X obtained an average of 3.55, meaning that the quality of service at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Cilegon City was in the Good category of 72.67%. Analysis of variable Y obtained an average of 3.50, which means that patient satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Cilegon City is in the good category of 70.1%. Analysis of product moment coefficient obtained r = 0.511 means that it has a moderate correlation between variable X and variable Y. The relationship pattern of variables is shown by a simple linear regression equation that is Y = 14.614 + 0.563 X. It shows that the variance that occurs in the variable quality of service can affect performance by 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is increasingly promising. ChatGPT as an AI-based platform that can answer all questions can be a solution for learners. This article examines the use of ChatGPT in increasing the productivity of scientific articles of Postgraduate Students of IAIN Kediri. This study used a quasi-experimental design, with the experimental group engaging in scientific article writing using ChatGPT and the control group doing it conventionally. The sample of this study was 2nd semester Postgraduate Students of Islamic Education Management Study Program IAIN Kediri. Data were collected through initial and final tests in scientific article writing. Descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was conducted to analyze the data. The results showed that the average score of the experimental group was 82.68 while the control group score was 68.83. Then the N-Gain value data of the experimental group is greater than the control group with the results of 53.30> 23.01. These results explain the significant increase in scientific article productivity in the experimental group compared to the control group. This finding consistently supports the idea that the use of ChatGPT can increase the productivity of scientific articles for students. The implications of the results for scholarly writing practice are also discussed, along with recommendations for further research.

Abstract

This study examines parental participation in educational institutions. Parents are the key to the success of a learning process at school because of their very important role, and the quality of educational institutions becomes superior if parents take part in the implementation of education. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature study method, researchers use several books, journals, and the results of recent observations as references. The findings reveal that parents' participation in improving the quality of educational institutions is because 1) the position of parents is very vital in educational institutions, including the results of their contributions in the form of thoughts, skills (certain expertise that a person has and can be applied in an activity), energy, property, and money. Then, the position of parents also plays a role in providing a conducive learning environment so that students can learn calmly and pleasantly; 2) synergy between schools and families (parents), and actively involved in assisting learning efforts and student development.

Abstract

This article discusses organizational communication strategies in improving the quality of Islamic education. Concepts and theories of organizational communication, including organizational communication models, communication in organizations, and the role of leadership in communication have been explained as a basis for understanding communication strategies. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a literature study method, researchers use several books, journals, and the results of recent observations as references. The findings reveal that a good communication strategy begins with determining goals and objectives in accordance with the vision of Islamic education institutions. Understanding the audience, such as students, lecturers, and staff, is key in delivering relevant messages. The use of appropriate communication channels, sensitive crisis and conflict management, continuous evaluation and feedback, as well as the involvement of the entire educational community, are important elements in achieving optimal educational quality. This article proves that effective communication is the key to achieving an optimal and relevant quality of Islamic education in facing the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Studi ini menelaah tentang model, pendekatan dan teknik implementasi supervisi pendidikan di Sekolah. Supervisi merupakan bagian yang integral dari upaya peningkatan prestasi belajar dan kualitas guru. Pengawasan atau supervisi adalah upaya memberikan layanan kepada pendidikan khususnya guru. Supervisi pendidikan juga merupakan proses kegiatan controling dan evaluasi guna memastikan seluruh kegiatan pendidikan dilaksanakan sesuai rencana, sekaligus sebagai kegiatan untuk meningkatkan dan memperbaiki jika terjadi penyimpangan yang akan mengganggu proses pencapaian tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan beberapa model dalam supervisi pendidikan, yaitu 1) model konvensional (tradisional), 2) model ilmiah, 3) model klinis, dan 4) model artistik. Pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan pengawas dalam melakukan supervisi yaitu dengan 1) pendekatan direktif, 2) pendekatan non-direktif, 3) pendekatan kolaboratif. Sedangkan teknik yang dapat digunakan ada dua, yaitu teknik individual dan teknik kelompok. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi supervisi pendidikan, pengawas dapat memanfaatkan e-supervision dengan menggunakan EMIS, CCTV, fingerprint, dan platform digital (Skype, WhatsApp group, Zoom, etc, Google Form).

Abstract

Penggunaan energi matahari sebagai salah satu sumber energi altematif yang sedang dikembangkan saat ini memiliki banyak keuntungan salah satunya dilihat dari ketersediaan energi matahari yang tidak terbatas dan tidak menimbulkan polusi. Adapun tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk mengetahui proses perancangan battery charging menggunakan energi surya untuk kendaraan roda dua dan berapa besar daya dan efisien pembangkit listrik dengan teknologi solar cell pada analisis kinerja battery charging menggunakan tenaga surya untuk kendaran roda dua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eksperimen, dimana hasil penelitian diperoleh melelui pengukuran menggunakan alat ukur yang sesuai spefikasi, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai analisis kinerja battery charging menggunakan tenaga surya untuk kendaraan roda dua pada solar cell 50 WP beban statis untuk mengetahui daya input, ouput dan efisiensi pada pukul 07.00-17.00 wita yang dilaksanakan selama 5 hari di laboraturium pendidikan teknik otomotif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan daya input minimun yaitu 336,29 W, maksimum pada yaitu 350,92 W. dengan daya output minimun pada hari ke-5 (26 Desember 2023) yaitu 43,33 W, maksimum pada hari ke-2 (21 Desember 2023) yaitu 50,9 W dan didapat rata-rata daya  yaitu 46,32 W. Dan efisiensi minimun pada hari ke 1 (20 Desember 2023) yaitu 9,2 %, maksimum pada hari ke 2 (21 Desember 2023) yaitu 17,7 %.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi komunikasi organisasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam. Konsep dan teori komunikasi organisasi, termasuk model komunikasi organisasi, komunikasi dalam organisasi, dan peran kepemimpinan dalam komunikasi telah dijelaskan sebagai dasar dalam pemahaman strategi komunikasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, peneliti menggunakan beberapa buku, jurnal, dan hasil obserasi terbaru sebagai rujukan. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang baik dimulai dengan penentuan tujuan dan sasaran yang sesuai dengan visi pendidikan Islam lembaga. Pemahaman audiens, seperti siswa, dosen, dan staf, menjadi kunci dalam menyampaikan pesan yang relevan. Penggunaan saluran komunikasi yang tepat, pengelolaan krisis dan konflik yang sensitif, evaluasi dan umpan balik yang terus-menerus, serta keterlibatan seluruh komunitas pendidikan, adalah elemen penting dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan yang optimal. Artikel ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif adalah kunci untuk mencapai mutu pendidikan Islam yang optimal dan relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Abstrak SMA Negeri 1 Labuapi Kecamatan Labuapi Kabupaten Lombok Barat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam membaca, memahami, dan mengamalkan isi Al-Qur'an. Program literasi Al-Quran menumbuhkan budaya membaca Al-Quran di kalangan peserta didik dan didukung oleh kurikulum yang tepat agar berjalan efektif serta mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi seperti pembelajaran aktif, diskusi kelompok, dan studi kasus, digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa. Pendampingan program ini melibatkan integrasi ke dalam kurikulum reguler dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Hasil dari program literasi Al-Qur'an diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an dan meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik. Literasi Al-Qur'an juga diharapkan dapat membentuk kecerdasan spiritual siswa. Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek-aspek penting dalam pengembangan kurikulum, seperti tujuan, isi, strategi pembelajaran, sumber daya, dan evaluasi. Kata kunci: literasi Al-Quran; pemebelajaran; kurikulum Abstract SMA Negeri 1 Labuapi, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency which aims to improve students' abilities in reading, understanding and practicing the contents of the Al-Qur'an. The Al-Quran literacy program fosters a culture of reading the Al-Quran among students and is supported by an appropriate curriculum so that it runs effectively and achieves the expected goals. Various learning methods, such as active learning, group discussions, and case studies, are used to increase student interest and understanding. Implementation of this program involves integration into the regular curriculum and extracurricular activities. The results of the Al-Qur'an literacy program are expected to foster the habit of reading the Al-Qur'an and increase students' interest in reading. Al-Qur'an literacy is also expected to shape students' spiritual intelligence. This research examines important aspects in curriculum development, such as objectives, content, learning strategies, resources, and evaluation. Keywords: literacy Al-Quran; learning; curriculum.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in society. One of the risk factors for hypertension is coffee consumption which is characterized by the emergence of many outlets or coffee shops and is influenced by massive cultural shifts. Objectives: Writing this literature review aims to determine the effect of coffee consumption on increasing blood pressure based on the results of previous studies. Methods: In the preparation of this article using the literature review method from searching articles through electronic databases published in the last 10 years. Results: From the results of the literature review conducted, it shows that there are two conditions where coffee consumption can have an effect on increasing blood pressure and coffee consumption has no effect on increasing blood pressure. Conclusion: Coffee consumption can have an effect on increasing blood pressure due to the presence of caffeine which has antagonistic properties against endogenous adenosine and can stimulate sympathetic nerves. However, coffee also contains micronutrient compounds to provide protective effects against hypertension, such as polyphenols, magnesium, potassium, niacin, and vitamin E. Further research using experimental methods so that clear evidence is obtained from previous studies.
