<![CDATA[Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SD Inpres 15 Wara Pantoloan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Berbantuan media gambar? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan  media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SD Inpres 15 Wara Pantoloan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan  di SD Inpres 15 Wara Pantoloan, melibatkan 23 orang siswa terdiri atas 12 orang laki-laki dan 11 orang perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian model Kemmis dan Taggar yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Di mana pada setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan di kelas dan setiap siklus terdiri empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 73,91% dan daya serap klasikal 67,39%. Pada tindakan siklus II diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 86,95% dan daya serap klasikal 82,60%. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran pada siklus II telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan dengan nilai daya serap klasikal minimal 65% dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal minimal 80%. Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata daya serap klasikal dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal pada kegiatan pembelajaran siklus II. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif dengan berbantuan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Inpres 15 Wara Pantoloan. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengendalian perilaku, dan pengendalian individual terhadap kinerjaa uditor internal pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Syariah Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu dengan memilih langsung semua pegawai/karyawan sebanyak 35 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji F dengan bantuan software SPSS 23.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengendalian perilaku secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor internal. (2) Pengendalian individual secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor internal. (3) Pengendalian perilaku, dan pengendalian individual secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja auditor internal pada PT. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Regional Financial Supervision Performed by the Inspectorate of Makassar City. The method of analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis method, used to explain the local financial supervision by the Inspectorate of Makassar City and Effectiveness Analysis method, used to determine the effectiveness of local financial supervision by the Inspectorate Makassar City, by using the ratio of the ratio between the realization of supervision with the supervision plan set by multiplied by 100%, in order to determine the level of effectiveness (results) achieved to achieve the goal. The results showed that the supervision undertaken by Inspektorak Makassar has been running in accordance with the standards has been set or is already effective.]]>

<![CDATA[Cultural heritage is a legacy that needs to be preserved by protecting ang preserving objects and buildings of cultural heritage. Therfore, the government identifies the cultural heritage through the program of protection, development, maintenance and utilization of cultural heritage to be registered as a national cultural heritage. For that reason, the research was cunducted with the aim to see how the implementation of protegtin program, development, maintenance and utilization of heritage in central sulawesi province. The type of research used in this study is qualitative by using descriptive method. The informants in the study consistedd af head of department of education and culture of central sulawesi province, head of mission, 2 section heads and 2 staffs who are considered capable of providing answers to this research. Techniques of collecting and retrieving data consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used ini this research is the theory of policy implementation developed by Edward III. The resurts showed that from four aspects of policy implementation according to Edward III, there are aspects that looks good, namely the aspects of communication, disposition aspects and aspects of bureaucratic structure. While the aspect of resources is considered poor because of insufficient human resources in the implementation of registration and budget resources are very limited in supporting the implementation of the program]]>

<![CDATA[Each child has their own characteristics, including mild mentally retarded students. There are several ways to help the mild mentally retarded students in learning mathematics. One of the ways is by using square geometry puzzle media. This study aimed to explore the learning process of mild mental retardation students in solving division count operations using square geometry puzzle media. The research design was an exploratory case study of 2 male mild mentally retarded students in a special school in Indramayu Regency. Data collection techniques used in this were used observation, interviews, and documentation which were analyzed by using data analysis techniques from Bogdan and Biklen. The research findings illustrated that the use of square geometry puzzle media can make students more active and expressive. It was because there was body movement that makes students do not feel bored in the learning process. In addition, according to the ability of students in solving division questions, it is found that mentally retarded students are able to solve division questions until the numbers divided that reached 30 and 40.Setiap anak memiliki karakteristik sendiri, termasuk siswa tunagrahita ringan. Banyak cara yang bisa dilakukan untuk membantu siswa tunagrahita ringan belajar matematika. Salah satu cara yakni menggunakan media kotak puzzle geometri. Fokus penelitian ini mengeksplorasi cara siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal operasi hitung pembagian bilangan bulat sampai 40 menggunakan media kotak puzzle geometri. Desain penelitian menggunakan exploratory case study terhadap 2 siswa tunagrahita laki-laki di salah satu SLB di Kabupaten Indramayu. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Bogdan dan Biklen. Hasil temuan penelitian menggambarkan bahwa penggunan media kotak puzzle geometri dapat membuat siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan ekspresif. Hal tersebut karena semua anggota badan bergerak dan tidak menimbulkan kebosanan dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, jika dilihat dari kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaiakan soal pembagian diperoleh bahwa siswa tunagrahita mampu menyelesaikan soal pembagian sampai angka yang dibagi mencapai 30 dan 40.]]>
