Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Padang Jaya, Kecamatan Padang Jaya, Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu Sosialisasi dan Pendidikan Awal, Pelatihan Praktis Budidaya Organik, serta Evaluasi dan Pengembangan Program. Tahap pertama mencakup sosialisasi mengenai bahaya penggunaan bahan kimia dalam pertanian dan manfaat budidaya sayuran organik melalui seminar, lokakarya, dan diskusi kelompok terarah. Tahap kedua adalah pelatihan praktis tentang teknik budidaya sayuran organik, yang meliputi demonstrasi pembuatan pupuk kompos, penggunaan pestisida alami, dan teknik pengolahan tanah yang ramah lingkungan. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi program untuk menilai efektivitas dan dampak kegiatan, termasuk pengumpulan data dan analisis hasil budidaya serta survei kepuasan dan dampak ekonomi bagi peserta. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat mengenai budidaya sayuran organik, dengan 85% peserta melaporkan pemahaman yang lebih baik. Penggunaan bahan kimia dalam pertanian berkurang hingga 70% untuk pestisida dan 60% untuk pupuk, digantikan oleh penggunaan pupuk organik dan pestisida alami. Indikator keberhasilan ini didukung oleh antusiasme dan komitmen masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengamdian ini.

Abstract

Online services are services that are carried out with the help of internet technology. This service allows various types of business to be completed easily without having to meet face-to-face with officers. Everything can run quickly and in real time. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic as it is affecting the world, including Indonesia. Services that are carried out online are increasingly being carried out. Because it can help people to register online, so there is no need to meet face to face. make it easier for the public to register for the upcoming Adminduk and find out the increase or decrease in face-to-face services due to the pandemic. The data that is processed in this online service from 2019 to 2020 is about data about people who do not understand online services, negative community responses, positive community expectations. The method used is the C4.5 algorithm, which is one of the algorithms used to perform classification or segmentation or grouping and is predictive in nature. The advantages of this method are that it can produce a decision tree that is easy to interpret, has an acceptable level of accuracy, is efficient in handling type attributes. discrete and can handle both discrete and numeric type attributes. The results of this study can predict the value or level of community satisfaction in 2021 quickly and accurately. Therefore, this study can be used as a reference to determine the level of satisfaction in the population and civil registration office of Padang City. The method used is Prediction with C4.5 Algorithm using 14 attributes. The data used in this study is the data from the questionnaire research through the Disdukcapil database of 50 population data which has been presented in a csv file. The analysis in this study uses software tools Rapid Miner version 5.3000. The result of this research is to get 3 rules. So that this research can be used as a reference in predicting the level of online service satisfaction very well

Abstract

On May 20, 2021, Sumber Agung Village was designated as a red zone. Based on data from the provincial COVID Handling Task Force, 11 people tested positive for COVID-19. The pandemic situation has greatly affected the business units formed by BUMDes Gema Agung. Several business units could not run according to expectations due to a decline in people's purchasing power. Meanwhile, BUMDes is expected to become a pillar of development and improvement of the village community's economy. In 2022, the government will establish a new normal era. February 2023: The government revokes the pandemic status. With this situation, researchers are interested in examining the effectiveness of BUMDes Gema Agung after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aimed to get an overview of the efficacy of BUMDes after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is explorative qualitative. The data collection technique is a dept interview. The research instrument used was an interview guide. Research informants are the managers of BUMDes Gema Agung and village officials. The study results show that the effectiveness of BUMDes Gema Agung decreased after the COVID-19 pandemic. All managed business units experienced a decline in productivity. BUMdes Gema Agung cannot carry out economic activities as expected by the role of BUMdes to improve the economic welfare of village communities. From the results of this study, there should be a publlic policy t to revitalize BUMDes Gema Agung so that BUMDes are not stalled.
