Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sungai Konaweha Desa Laloika Kecamatan Pondidaha selama tigaÂ bulan yaitu bulan April hingga Juni 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kebiasaan makan ikan tawes di perairan tersebut berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan waktu. Informasi mengenai kebiasaan makanan ikan tersebut bermanfaat bagi pembudidaya ikan khususnya pada masyarakat setempat agar dapat mengurangi eksploitasi ikan tawes di alam. Pengambilan sampel ikan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel ikan yang ditemukan pada perairan tersebut selama tiga bulan penelitian sebanyak 112 ekor terdiri atas 74 ikan tawes betina dan 38 ikan tawes jantan. Hasil analisis makanan berdasarkan jenis kelamin menunjukkan bahwa makanan utama yang didominasi oleh serasah pada ikan tawes betina sebanyak (58,45%) dan ikan jantan sebanyak (56,41%). Sedangkan jenis makanan terendah yaitu fitoplankton sebanyak (0,04%) pada ikan tawes betina dan (0,18%) pada ikan tawes jantan pada kelas rhodophyceae. Berdasarkan waktunya, nilai IP tertinggi pada bulan Juni sebesar (71,93%) yakni serasah sedangkan nilai IP rendah pada bulan April (0,13%) pada kelas rhodophycea. Ikan tawes di Sungai Konaweha memanfaatkan serasah sebagai makanan utamanya dengan IP>40%, sedangkan pada kelas bacillarophyceae dan chyanophyceae dengan nilai IP 4-40% merupakan makanan pelengkap dan pada kelas clorophyceae dan rhodophyceae serta MTT merupakan makanan tambahan dengan nilai IP<4%.Kata Kunci : Ikan tawes, kebiasaan makanan, Sungai Konaweha

Investigating the pedagogical potentials and concerns of ChatGPT's voice conversation feature within the context of language learning, this study begins by exploring the historical context and limitations of traditional language learning methods, such as language exchange, conversation classes, and role-plays. The discussion then shifts to the rise of AI in education, highlighting ChatGPT's advanced capabilities in providing personalized, interactive, and efficient language instruction through natural language processing, machine learning, and speech recognition. While offering advantages such as accessibility, adaptability, and personalized feedback, the technology also presents limitations in accurately assessing pronunciation and contextual nuances. To effectively integrate ChatGPT into language instruction, educators must carefully consider its strengths and weaknesses. This research explores those things to optimize their use and ensure they complement, rather than replace, traditional language teaching methods.

The purpose of this study was to assess the capacity of Khairun University English Language Education students in their fifth semester to use independent and dependent clauses in complicated sentences. The emphasis was on distinguishing between intransitive and transitive independent sentences, as well as adverbial, adjectival, and nominal dependent clauses. A descriptive qualitative research approach was used with 33 fifth-semester students. A written test was used to collect data, with an interview serving as additional assistance. The average score for student' ability to use independent clauses was 59.64, which was classified as fair. In comparison, the average score for dependent clause usage was 60.27, which was classified as good. Overall, the students' average score for employing independent and dependent clauses was 62.12, indicating strong overall aptitude. Based on these data, Students demonstrated a stronger ability in identifying dependent clauses compared to independent clauses. Therefore, further research is needed to explore effective techniques, methods, or learning media that can enhance students' ability to identify clauses, particularly independent clauses

General Background: Periodontitis, a chronic inflammatory disease, leads to tooth loss, with Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans playing a key role in its pathogenesis. Specific Background: The rise of antibiotic resistance necessitates alternative treatments. Propolis, a bee-derived resin, has shown antimicrobial properties. Knowledge Gap: Limited research exists on the inhibitory effects of propolis against A. actinomycetemcomitans at varying concentrations. Aims: This study evaluates the antibacterial activity of propolis extract on A. actinomycetemcomitans in vitro. Results: Propolis exhibited significant antibacterial effects, with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 12.5% (125 mg/mL), attributed to flavonoids and apigenin. Statistical analysis confirmed significant differences across concentrations (p < 0.05). Novelty: This study highlights the concentration-dependent antibacterial efficacy of propolis against A. actinomycetemcomitans, suggesting its potential as a natural therapeutic. Implications: Propolis may serve as a complementary antimicrobial in periodontal therapy, reducing antibiotic reliance and resistance. Highlights: Effective Antibacterial Agent – Propolis inhibits A. actinomycetemcomitans growth at a minimum concentration of 12.5% (125 mg/mL). Bioactive Components – Flavonoids and apigenin in propolis disrupt bacterial membranes and biofilm formation. Tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L.), merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura sayuran yang mempunyai peran cukup penting bagi kesehatan tubuh dan sebagian besar dimanfaatkan buahnya untuk dikonsumsi baik segar maupun olahan mulai dari skala rumahan hingga industri. Produksi tanaman tomat dari tahun 2017 hingga 2021 terus mengalami peningkatan, sehingga menjadi faktor pendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan budidaya tanaman tomat dengan menghasilkan kualitas dan kuantitas yang lebih baik. Masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam penggunaan galur-galur potensial tomat adalah adanya perbedaan hasil tomat bila ditanam pada lingkungan yang berbeda. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui potensi hasil dari galur dan hibrida tomat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2021 hingga Maret 2022 yang bertempat di CV. Borneo Seed Indonesia, Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F pada taraf 5%. Jika terdapat hasil yang berbeda nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari seluruh genotipe yang di uji, Hibrida To 052 memiliki bobot total buah per tanaman yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan varietas pembanding Servo. Kemudian To 064 memiliki bobot per plot dan potensi hasil per hektar yang tidak berbeda nyata dengan varietas pembanding servo. Hibrida To 064 memiliki potensi hasil sebesar 63,58 ton/ha.

Periodontal disease is one of the common dental and oral health problems and can cause damage to the dental supporting tissue if not treated properly. Various approaches have been developed to prevent and treat this disease, one of which is the use of probiotics. Probiotics are known to help maintain the balance of the oral microbiota, reduce inflammation, and inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria that contribute to periodontal disease. This study aims to review the role of probiotics in improving periodontal tissue health based on recent studies. The method used in this review involved searching and selecting journals from various scientific databases relevant to the topic of probiotics and periodontal health. The inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the effects of probiotics on periodontal health, while the exclusion criteria were applied to studies with methodologies that were unclear or irrelevant to the focus of the study. The results of the review show that probiotics, especially from the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, have the potential to reduce gingival inflammation, reduce the depth of periodontal pockets, and improve overall periodontal health. The main mechanisms found involve competition with pathogenic bacteria, modulation of immune responses, as well as the production of natural antimicrobial compounds. In conclusion, probiotics have the potential to be an effective adjunct therapy in maintaining the health of periodontal tissue. However, more research is needed to determine the optimal dosage, duration of use, as well as its long-term effectiveness in periodontal care.

The deed of sale and purchase (AJB) which is legally flawed due to PPAT negligence creates legal uncertainty (dassein), whereas the deed of sale and purchase (AJB) should guarantee legal protection and certainty over land rights (dassollen). This requires the enforcement of responsibility and the imposition of sanctions to maintain the integrity of the land system. This study raises two problems, namely (1) how the responsibility of the land deed officer (PPAT) to the deed of sale and purchase (AJB) containing legal defects associated with sanctions in the exercise of office and (2) how the legal certainty of the deed of sale and purchase (AJB) made by the land deed officer (PPAT) containing legal defects, using the theory of legal responsibility according to Hans Kelsen and The Theory of legal certainty according to Satjipto Rahardjo. The method used in this research is normative juridical research, especially Library Law research or secondary data with primary, secondary and tertiary sources of law. The research approaches used include legislative approaches, case studies, conceptual, and analytical methodologies. And the method of collecting such legal materials is carried out by identifying and inventorying positive law, journals and other sources of law. The method used in analyzing the material of grammatical laws and systematic interpretation. And legal construction using analogy construction method and Argumentum a Contrario. The result of this study is a defective deed of sale (AJB) creates uncertainty and reduces the strength of evidence. The Office of the land deed maker (PPAT) who is negligent can be held accountable. Legal protection aims to ensure people's rights through prevention (preventive) and repression (repressive).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan standardisasi hygiene sanitasi dan keselamatan kerja di Food and Beverage Service Departement Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel Taiwan. Pokok permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh dalam penerapan standardisasi hygiene sanitasi dan keselamatan kerja di Food and Beverage Service Department pada Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel Taiwan. Penelitian ini memilih menggunakan metode kualitatif sebagai langkah mengurai dan menjawab rumusan masalah yang ada. Selanjutnya penelitian ini untuk menggali informasi dari narasumber menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan Food and Beverage Service Staff seperti Food and Beverage Director, Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, dan Restaurant Captain. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengamatan secara langsung tentang penerapan standard hygiene sanitasi dan keselamatan kerja di Food and Beverage Service Department Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel Taiwan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan yaitu penerapan standard hygiene sanitasi dan keselamatan kerja merupakan cara efektif dan efisien yang digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa keseriusan pihak hotel untuk menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan para karyawan dan tamu hotel. Penerapan standard hygiene sanitasi dan keselamatan kerja sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi risiko yang mengakibatkan kerugian yang lebih besar bagi Sheraton Taoyuan Hotel Taiwan.
