Abstract

Abstract: one of the main factors resulting in difficulty and failure for the small and medium enterprises to expand thei business is incapability in accounting. The researcher conducted a study of factors influencing on accounting information at the small and medium enterprise in Pekanbaru City. Variable used in this research is manajer/owner’s educational background, business size, the manager/owner’s length of time in managing, business age, training on accounting, and application and the available of accounting information. The objective of this study was to provide empirical evidence of the application and the available of accounting information at small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City. The population this research is small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City. Sampling method on this study uses a Simple Random Sampling method targeted to 100 small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City with error level of 10%. Data were collected through questionnaires targeted to manager/owner’s of small and medium enterprises. Data analysis techniques used in the study are double linear regression analysis. This study concludes that manager/owner’s educational background, and training on accounting effect on application and available of accounting information. Business size, length of time in managing, and business age are not effect on application and available of accounting information on small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: accounting information, small and medium enterprises

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teachers' teaching skills on learning motivation of class XI Adp in Smk Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The subject of this research is all students of class XI ADP SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Which amounted to 58 people, the sample was taken using Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques using questionnaire or Questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are Simple Linear Regression Analysis processed. The results of this study indicate that teachers 'teaching skills have a significant effect on students' learning motivation. This means that the higher the level of a teacher's teaching skills the higher the level of student learning motivation. Thus to improve the motivation to learn is required teaching skills of in his field.Keywords: Teaching Skills, Student Motivation

Abstract

Abstract : This study purpose to determine the influence of interest and learning behavior on the achievement learning skills program XI Accounting in SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru. The population in this research were student XI accounting skill program with a total of 82 students and all students subject to research, so this research was a population research. Measurement of data used questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression. The result of research based on multiple linear regression has shown learning interest and learning behavior influence to learning achievement of productive accounting skill program XI accounting SMK Labor Binaan FKIP UNRI Pekanbaru was 0,552. This can be seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change). This means that the percentage contribution of the influence learning interest and learning behavior on learning achievement variable was 55,2%. Based on these results suggested that students are expected to increase interest and learning behavior from within students.Keyword: Learning Interest, Learning Behavior, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstack: The teacher is a prominent educators, which obliges must have competence in teaching activities. While competence as the knowledge, skills and abilities controlled by someone who has been a part of himself so that he can perform behaviors cognitive, effective and psychomotor the best possible That is to say, the role of teachers in mendidikan increase the student achievement is needed. The learning achievement itself is the acquisition of knowledge or skills developed through subjects, usually indicated by test scores or grades given by teachers. Thus, in this study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on student learning achievement in accounting National Accounting Expertise Program SMK Al-Huda Pekanbaru. This research is located in Al-Huda National Vocational school Pekanbaru. Data obtained in the form of primary and secondary data. Samples in this study was 56 people. The analysis of this study is a simple linear regression to determine the effect of teacher competence on student achievement. From the results of the analysis, there is the influence of teachers on learning achievement competence with significance of 0.000, and the magnitude of the effect dalah by 45.7%. So from the research conducted, the teachers are required to able to create an effective learning environment, fun, and able to manage the class well and further improve the competence of teachers to attend trainings were conducted by both the school and the education department. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of tax knowledge, awareness of taxpayer on taxpayer compliance SMEs in Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the individual SMEs with turnover under $ 4.8 billion per year are 4.369 respondents. The sample is determined by area probability sample with 100 SMEs. Methods of data collection using the questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that partial variable tax knowledge and awareness of taxpayer had effect on tax compliance Analysis of the factors examined in the study showed that the variables are the dominant influence on tax compliance is a variable awareness of taxpayer.Keywords: tax comprehension awareness of taxpayer, and tax compliance

Abstract

Abstract: This study entitled "Using Jigsaw Model to Improve Student Motivation in the IPS Lesson in Class VIII. A SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako Academic Year 2015/2016 ".This research was a classroom action research (PTK) collaboration between teacher and student with a number of students as subjects of research that as many as 30 people in the class VIII.A the school year 2015/2016. While the object is the use of cooperative learning model Jigsaw. Based on the results of the discussion and analysis set out in chapter IV can be concluded that use of the Jigsaw model can increase student motivation in social studies class VIII.A SMPN 1 Bangko Pusako the academic year 2015/2016. It can be seen from a spike of each meeting in each cycle. Special to IPS students' motivation to learn at the first meeting I cycle skor119 with the percentage of total 49.5% with medium category. The results of the second meeting of the first cycle, a total score of 139 with a percentage of 57.9% with a high category. The meeting I cycle II total score of 156 with a percentage of 65% with a high category. Second meeting of the second cycle a total score of 177 with a percentage of 73.75% with a high category. So based on that increase occurring in each cycle until reaching / exceeding the completeness criteria research, this study was successful / completed.Keywords: Jigsaw and Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the influence of the IndustrialEmployment Practices Work Readiness Skills Competency Class XI student ofAccounting in Vocational Guidance and Counseling Labor Patronage UR Pekanbaru on64 students have completed the criteria Industry Employment Practices in the BusinessWorld or World Industry (DUDI). Data analysis techniques used in this study is asimple linear regression analysis were used to observe the effect of the Industrial WorkPractices Work Readiness Skills Competency Class XI student of Accounting inVocational Guidance and Counseling Labor Patronage UR Pekanbaru. Thequestionnaire results from 54 respondents obtained more than 50% of students statedthat the industry work practices have been very appropriate. As for the Work Readinessindicators obtained their statements that do not conform are indicators of science. Theresults of the simple linear regression analysis obtained by the positive influence of theIndustrial Employment Practices Work Readiness amounted to 21.50%, while 78.50%influenced by other factors. It can be concluded that the results of this study are positiveinfluence between the Industrial Employment Practices Work Readiness significantly.Keywords: Work Practices Industry, Job Readiness

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to demonstrate empirically the effect of credit risk on the level of Profitability in Commercial Banks go public . The sampling technique used is the census , with a sample of some 42 commercial banks that go public period of 2014. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression . The results of this study indicate that : Credit Risk negative effect on the level of commercial bank profitability that go public . The test results demonstrate the contribution of Credit Risk influence on the level of profitability was 13.2 % , while 86.6 % are influenced by other factors not included in this research model .Keywords : Credit Risk , Profitability
