Abstract: This study was motivated by the bottom of the village say that remainsthe same from the village in September 2007, such as roads, information, education andconstruction of sports facilities. The problem of this research is How the PublicPerceptions of the Role of the Village Head and Village Consultative Body LubukBilang Kec.Rambah Kab.Rokan Hulu Samo ?, and this study aims to determine the roleof the Public Perception of head Village and Village Consultative Body Lubuk BilangKec.Rambah Samo Kab.Rokan Hulu. The population in this study is the village of LubukBilang community numbering 1622 people. This research using the technique ofpurposive sampling, the sampling technique based on certain considerations, such asthe person deemed most out of what is expected to facilitate the researchers to exploreobjects / situations studied, the authors took a sample of Ninik Mamak 7, ProminentYouth 15 and Women's Representation 15 people, who then called the respondent. Datawere collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Inanalyzing the data using quantitative descriptive analysis.Respondents based on indicators such as the village chief task quite well with thepercentage (57.43), Authority Village Head (56.31%), and the obligation of the VillageHead (49.58%). While respondents to the function of BPD Less Good (32.43%),andliabilities BPD Good Enough by percentage (50.68) The results of the study to thevillage chief of all respondents who answered "Good" with a percentage of 55.98%.Then for the Village Consultative Body of the total respondents who answered "Good"with a percentage of 48.2%.With can be concluded that the public perception of the role of the village Head andVillage Consultative Body Lubuk Tell Kec.Rambah Samo Kab. Rokan Hulu is PrettyGood, can be seen by a benchmark in the results is the number who answered "Good"as much as 55.98% for the village chief and 48.2% for BPD are in the range of 33.34%-66.66%.Keywords: The village head, village consultative body.

Abstrack: This research is motivated by complaints felt by parents ofchildrend with spcial needs who send their children to school in SLBN KuantanSingingi. This study aims to determine the perceptions of parents of children with special needs at the Kuantan Singingi Special School (SLBN), Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi District. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants who were examined by using purposive sampling technique were parents of children with special needs in SLBN Kuantan Singingi. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and data analysis. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the perception of parents at SLBN Kuantan Singingi is not good. Because the goals of the special school have not yet been achieved, incomplete and inadequate infrastructure and the lack of teachers to teach.Key Words: Perception, Parents, Children With Special Needs, Special School

Abstract: This research is motivated by the issue of the importance of discipline in pencak silat which must be applied by each student. Based on the results of observations (preliminary studies) conducted by researchers at the Silet Puti Silat secretariat / office, students who participated in pencak silat activities had not optimally applied the discipline character well. This is based on interviews with the secretariat / office trainer, that in general there are still many students who are undisciplined, such as arriving late at the training schedule, not in uniform with the reason of forgetting, and there are some students who are not mandated when trusted by parents to pay for training / monthly fees to the coach, but the student does not pay. This proves that students in the Swiftlet Sili College do not yet have a good discipline character. This type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research type and the method used is a survey method. The population in this study were 180 students of Swallow Silat College students. The author takes a sample of 22% of the population. Then obtained a sample size of 40 samples. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses percentage formulas. Based on the results of research from chapter IV above, it can be concluded that: Not yet well-implemented discipline based on the rules and regulations applied to students of Swallow Silat College in Peranap District. This can be seen from the results of the study which stated that only 50.8% or half of all students who answered "never" and the answer proves that the application of discipline character education in students of Swallow Silat College can be categorized as "Pretty Good".Key Words: Character Education, Walet Puti Silat College

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of discipline attitude of children at adolescent age in Teluk Mega Village, Tanah Putih Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency. The lack of discipline included frequent night out, late leaving for school, smoking, denied parental orders to throw garbage carelessly and had not yet prayed five times. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the role of the family in instilling the attitude of child discipline in adolescence? This study aims to determine how the role of families in inculcating the attitude of child discipline in adolescence. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were families who had children in the age of adolescents amounted to 337 Head of Family. The sample in this study amounted to 50 parents who have children in adolescence is between 10-19 years. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research, it is known that the role of the family in inculcating the attitude of children's discipline at the age of adolescents in Teluk Mega Village Tanah Putih Subdistrict Rokan Hilir Regency is good with the percentage of 72%. These results were obtained from the recapitulation of respondents' answers which answered very often by 27%, often by 44.9%, sometimes by 21.8% and never 6.3%. Based on the benchmark in CHAPTER III that is the number that answered very often+often that is 72% is in the range 50.01%-75.00% indicates good. The hypothesis formulation in this research is that the role of family in instilling discipline attitude of child at adolescent age is good. Thus the hypothesis in this study is accepted. From the results of this study is expected to be the material information or input for parents to always teach and instill to the child about good discipline.Key Words: Roles, Family, Youth Discipline

Abstract : This research is motivated by the importance of the nation character practice for learners. And environment as well as good construction can help learners to have a national character, such as environmental practices and the construction of boarding schools and families. The problem of this study “is there a differences between the practice of national character students living with parents and living in a dorm at SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru. Character education is now considered essential to be applied so that the inclusion in the curriculum in 2013 but through practice in addition to the natio’s character education curriculum implemented. Parties boarding school and parents also play a role in helping students to have a practice of the natio’s character. The population in this study is the students of class X and XI SMK Pertanian Terpadu Provinsion of Riau. The sample of this study in accordance with the determination of the number of samples developed by Roscoe were 60 respondents from a population of 585 students. Document were collected through observation techniques, questionnaires and studies to library. In analyzing the document using descriptive statistic and quantitative analysis using the formula t_test. From the analysis of the document concluded that : 1) Practice of national character students living with parents and students who live in dormitories SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru aqually as very good, 2) Based on statistical analysis of the data showed no significant difference between the practice of national charcter students living with parents and students who live in dormitories SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru. Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there are differences in student learning motivation of the workforce in 2013 and 2015 as well as whether there are differences in motivation to learn by force in 2013, 2014 and 2015, the pathway on selection PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN on Pancasila and Citizenship Education University of Riau. Sampling in this research is proportional sampling proporsif. The population in this study were 183 students and a sample of 47 students, which is 9 PBUD students, 20 students and 18 students SBMPTN SNMPTN. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation and questionnaires, the questionnaire consists of 36 statements. Data were analyzed with descriptive quantitative. Data were analyzed by percentage. From the calculation of the percentage of respondents, obtained PBUD student learning motivation, SBMPTN and SNMPTN have a difference of 1%. Based One Way Anova statistical test with a level of 95% (a) = 0.05, obtained sig. 0.002 <0.05 conclude that Ha received or no difference in learning motivation of the students who enter the path PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN Pancasila and Citizenship Education University of Riau. It can be concluded that the overall average of students' learning motivation Pancasila And Citizenship force in 2013 the average amount coming from SNMPTN (135.67), from the path of SBMPTN (134.25), from the path of PBUD (137.5), concluded that students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of the lane PBUD (137.5). Forces in 2014 the average amount coming from SNMPTN (138), from the path of SBMPTN (132.75), and on the path PBUD (137.33), concluded that the students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of SNMPTN (138 ). And the force in 2015 the average number of students learning motivation coming from SNMPTN (137.5), of SBMPTN track (130), from PBUD track (134), concluded that the students' learning motivation the highest of the entrance of SNMPTN ( 137.5)Keyword : Difference, Motivation, Path Selection PBUD, SBMPTN and SNMPTN

Abstract: This research aims is to analyzed Pancasila values contained in Perahu Baganduang tradition in Kuantan Mudik district Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is qualitative research with used an informan choosed by purposive with snowball sampling technique. Informan on this research are traditional leaders, young people which know about perahu baganduang. Data collected technique used are observation, interview, library study, and documentation. Analysis data technique used are data collected, data reduction, data serving and conclusion with verification. The results of this research show that there is a Pancasila value in the tradition of a boat. This can be seen from sila 1: praying before the event begins and its implementation after the five daily prayers, the second is : justice for the whole community by not distinguishing the community group, the third is: the young people who unite and cooperate in making a boat, in sila 4: the formation of the committee and the implementation of the boat event are in accordance with deliberation the decision can take together, the fifth is : social justice which all communities have the same right to make the boat event successful without distinguishing groups. From the results of this research it can be concluded that there is a Pancasila value in the tradition of a baganduang boat in the Kuantan Mudik sub-district of Kuantan Singingi district.Key Words: Analysis of Pancasila Value, Culture, Perahu Baganduang.

Abstract: This research is motivated by problems that arise during observations made by researchers, namely Pancasila and Citizenship Education students as if indifferent in politics in Indonesia. Pancasila and Citizenship Education students currently basically only know a small part of the world of politics, which is in the form of the latest policy making and popular political issues through the mass media. However, Pancasila Education and citizenship students are reluctant to know more because of the lack of student confidence in political changes that are usually influenced by the interests of certain political actors. Riau University Education? The purpose of this research is to find out how the political orientation of the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program Students of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Riau University. This research was conducted in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Riau University in May - September 2019. This research used a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program Students of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Riau University in 2016, 2017, 2018. The sample in this study was taken using proportional sampling technique. The overall research of political orientation is 84% which means "Yes" Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program Students are classified as having a political orientation in terms of Knowledge, Feelings, Responses, Decisions and Opinions about the political system and political objects.Key Words: Analysis, Political Orientation, Students

Abstract:This research is based on influencing factors of public confidence to political party in comunity. The phenomenon that occurred in the area of East Dumai Subdistrict, the lack of public awareness to participate in the election of political parties in the community either teenagers or parents. The formulation of the problem in this research is What are The Factors That Affect Public Belief In Political Parties. The purpose of this study is to be known What are the Factors Affecting Public Beliefs Against Political Parties. The population of this research is Dumai Timur Dumai Town of 61,685 people. and the sample is 100 people. The sampling technique used is sampling and quota sampling. The instruments of data collection are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. This research is using Qualitative Descriptive analysis. The results of this study shows that the factors are influencing public confidence in political party in Dumai Timur of Dumai Town. Explained by the percentage of 100 respondents stated answer "Yes" 44,8% and answer "No" 55,2% hence can be seen factors which influences public confidence in political parties, there are seven (7) factors that influence public confidence in political parties such as: Political Socialization, Party Behavior, Party Intuition, Personal, Symbolic, Party Image, Motivation. With the highest percentage of answers as much as 75% of Personal Factors, Symbolic Factors and Party Image Factors that are believed to affect the communities confidence on political parties in Dumai Timur Dumai City.Keyword : Public Trust, Political Parties.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of the Pekanbaru City Social Service against Lady Boy in Pekanbaru City. The formulation of the problem in this study is How the role of the Pekanbaru Social Service against Lady Boy in Pekanbaru City. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were the Section Head of Social Tuna Rehabilitation, Victims of Violence and Trafficking in Persons at the Social Service City of Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the Role of the Social Service of the City of Pekanbaru Against Lady Boy in Pekanbaru City has generally played a role, but has not been realized as a whole due to budget allocations.Key Words: Social Service, Lady Boy
