Abstract

Abstract: This study is entitled "Community Perceptions Regarding the Impact of Unemployment on Juvenile Delinquency in Bangko Lestari Village, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency". The formulation of the problem in this study is how the public perception of the impact of unemployment on juvenile delinquency in Bangko Lestari Village, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how people's perceptions about the effects of unemployment on juvenile delinquency in Bangko Lestari Village, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of this research is the whole community of Bangko Lestari Village, Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency. While the sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, interview, library and documentation. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive method. The conclusion of this study is the percentage of answers to strongly agree (SS) by 7% plus the answers to agree (S) by 41% so that it gets 48% results in the range of "Poor", so that the Community Perception About the Impact of Unemployment on Juvenile Delinquency in Bangko Lestari Village Bangko Pusako District, Rokan Hilir Regency is "Not Good"Key Words: Community Perception, Unemployment, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted and motivated by problems that arise from interviews conducted by researchers in SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru who have poor learning outcomes. The school has made various rules or rules along with an evaluation of ways of teaching students to give and cultivate a sense of wanting to learn from within students. The purpose of this study to know about the influence of classroom atmosphere on the results of learning PPKn students class VIII SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru. This research method using quantitative descriptive analysis, the data in the analysis by using simple linear regression method. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the recapitulation of respondents' answers questionnaire about the effect of classroom atmosphere on the learning outcomes of PPKn students of grade VIII SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru is for the recapitulation of respondent classroom atmosphere (X) which answer very agree with percentage 30.271% and 40.141 % and for the less agree of 21.451%, and the disagreeing of 7,868%. Based on this research in category good enough where in Test R² can be seen that contribution of influence of Class Atmosphere to result of Learning of SMP IT Aziziyyah Pekanbaru is equal to 22,5%. While the rest is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.Keywords: Class Suffering, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Research is motivated by several phenomena, namely the lack ofsolidity between management, understanding between management and job description,coordination between OSIS coaches and student council officials, clarity andunderstanding of work programs by OSIS chairmen, and the academic andorganizational schedule arrangements that are not optimal. This study aims todetermine the effect of OSIS on the formation of the character of responsibility towardsthe student council students of SMPN 40 Pekanbaru. This research method isquantitative descriptive with data collection techniques namely questionnaire,observation, and documentation. The number of samples studied were 35 people. Basedon the OSIS variable questionnaire calculation with respondent data that answers theanswers very often added up with the answers frequently is 81.7%, which in the OSISvariable is included in the very good category. Next, the responsibility charactervariable at SMPN 40 Pekanbaru is included in good category. This is because theresults of the answers very often added up with the answers frequently amounting to71.3%. Furthermore, the results from the test of the significance of simple linearregression reveal that Fcount <Ftable, or 2,465 <4.14, thus Ho is accepted and Ha isrejected which means that the variable X has no effect on the variable Y. Therefore, thehypothesis in this study was not accepted.Key Words: OSIS, Character of Responsibility

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by a problem that arises from observations made by researchers, namely the Regulation of the Regent of Indragiri Hilir Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Maghrib Community Reciting Movement in Tembilahan Sub-District, Tembilahan Sub-District City. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Community Perception of Indragiri Hilir Regent Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Maghrib Community Reciting Movement in the Tembilahan Subdistrict, Tembilahan Subdistrict City. The purpose of this study was to find out how Community Perceptions of Regents of Indragiri Hilir Regent Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Maghrib Community Reciting Movement in Tembilahan Subdistrict, Tembilahan Subdistrict City. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was the entire community of Tembilahan Subdistrict, Tembilahan Subdistrict, 23,968 people to determine the size of the sample, the authors used cluster sampling. Cluster sampling is a regional sampling technique used to determine the sample if there is an object to be studied or a very broad data source, coupled with a porpusive sampling technique so that the sampling is really appropriate, porpusive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations with a total sample of 40 people . Data collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Community Perception of Tembilahan Urban District Tembilahan District Against the Regulation of the Regent of Indragiri Hilir Number 1 of 2014 Regarding the Maghrib Kaji Community Movement or better known as GEMMAR MengJI is good or positive.Key Words: Perception, Indragiri Hilir Number 1 Year 2014

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the shifting of civic culture values inthe Banjar tribe marriage in Desa Lahang Baru, Kecamatan Gaung, KabupatenIndragiri Hilir. The formulation of the problem in this study is: "Are there civic culturevalues in the Banjar tribe marriage in Desa Lahang Baru, Kecamatan Gaung,Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir ". This study was a qualitative study carried out in DesaLahang Baru, Kecamatan Gaung, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir during the time periodfrom March 2019 to September 2019. The informants in this study were the Head ofLahang Baru, saleh, traditional leaders in Lahang Baru, and the community. Datacollection techniques in this study used primary data in the form of observations andinterviews and secondary data in the form of literature and documentation studies. Thedata analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study: Civicculture values in the aspect of civilization have shown a shift. The civic culture values ofthe Banjar tribe in the aspect of responsibility have also shifted. Civic culture values inthe Banjar tribal marriage on the aspect of self-discipline are rarely done. Civic culturevalues in the Banjar tribe marriage on the aspect of concern have been seen to decline.Civic culture values in the aspect of tolerance are no longer felt by the Banjar tribecommunity. Civic culture values in the aspect of loving the motherland can beconcluded that the informant feels proud to be a community of customary lawcommunities of the Banjar tribe, the informant will try to maintain the existence oftraditions that have been inherited from ancestors.Key Words: Values, Civic Culture

Abstract

Abstract: The library is the heart of the university. Because the library at the college has a very important position. Library services should be more attractive, friendly, fast and accurate on the needs of users or students to anticipate developments in technology and information as well as friendly services in order to motivate student learning as the dominant user. From that sense, the nature of the library is a learning resource center and information source for the wearer. Formulation of the problem in this research is: "Is there any significant effects library user services to students learning motivation PPKn FKIP University of Riau force in 2013, 2014 and 2015" ?. This study aims to determine the effect of a library user services to students learning motivation PPKn FKIP University of Riau force in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The research was conducted in PPKn FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru in April 2016. Samples were as many as 46 students with Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques through the inquiry, observation, documentation and literature study. Engineering analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis using simple linear regression equation with the process through the application SPSS version 17.00.Based on the test results Significance performed in this study shows that enough Influence Significance between the Library User Services (X) to the Student Learning Motivation PPKn (Y) indicated by the results of F = 6.369> F table = 4.06 with sig. (0.015) <(0.05) therefore Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Meaning Effect Library User Service Learning Student Motivation PPKn FKIP Riau University Forces in 2013, 2014 and 2015 is significant. Simple linear regression equation obtained in this study, namely Y = 78.124 + 0,384X. It is the Library User Services and Student Motivation PPKn at 78.124. And any increase in the User Library Service for one unit will increase the motivation of Student Learning PPKn of 0,384X. Thus, missed hypothesis that there is sufficient Significant Influence of Service User Library Student Learning Motivation PPKn FKIP Riau University Forces in 2013, 2014 and 2015.Key Word: Library User Services, Student Motivation PPKn

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the importance of the nation character practice for learners. And environment as well as good construction can help learners to have a national character, such as environmental practices and the construction of boarding schools and families. The problem of this study “is there a differences between the practice of national character students living with parents and living in a dorm at SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru. Character education is now considered essential to be applied so that the inclusion in the curriculum in 2013 but through practice in addition to the natio’s character education curriculum implemented. Parties boarding school and parents also play a role in helping students to have a practice of the natio’s character. The population in this study is the students of class X and XI SMK Pertanian Terpadu Provinsion of Riau. The sample of this study in accordance with the determination of the number of samples developed by Roscoe were 60 respondents from a population of 585 students. Document were collected through observation techniques, questionnaires and  studies to library. In analyzing the document using descriptive statistic and quantitative analysis using the formula t_test. From the analysis of the document concluded that : 1) Practice of national character students living with parents and students who live in dormitories SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru aqually as very good, 2) Based on statistical analysis of the data showed no significant difference between the practice of national charcter students living with parents and students who live in dormitories SMK Pertanian Terpadu Pekanbaru. Keywords : Practice of national character, students who live with parents, students living in dormitories

Abstract

Abstract : This research is in the background of the problem that arose from the observations made by the researcher is about the meaning of Ulos in the Toba Batak customs in Tambusai sub-district of Rokan Hulu Regency. The problem formulation in this research is (1) how society perception toward ulos meaning from traditional ceremony of birth, marriage, and death (2) what factors influence the meaning of ulos. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of society terhdap meaning ulos in adat batak toba in Tambusai district Rokan Hulu regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Population in research is all Toba Batak society in Tambusai sub-district Rokan Hulu Regency is 12.410 soul to determine the amount of sample then writer use Porpusive Sampling. Porpusive Sampling is a technique of taking or sampling with certain considerations with the number of samples of 30 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research results can be concluded that the meaning of ulos in the event of birth and marriage customs less in maintained high by the Toba Batak community in Tambusai District Rokan Hulu District and has undergone a change. While in the customary event of death batak toba in tambusai subdistrict did not change. Factors that affect the meaning of ulos Toba Batak customary events that exist in Tambusai District Rokan Hulu District is a factor of Knowledge, Technology and Religion. Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the type of socialization for beginner voters as a means to see the beginner voters role in society. The lack of political education the beginner voters got in the Palas District made them did not know about the importance of political participation The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the Type of Political Socialization for Beginner Voters in Palas Rumbai district Pekanbaru City? The purpose of this research is to know the Types of Political Socialization for Beginner Voters in Palas Rumbai district Pekanbaru City. The population of this research is beginner voters in Palas with the numbers of beginner voters are 273 people and the writer tooks 69 people as the samples. The instruments of data collection are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions and an interview consisted of 24 questions. In analyzing the data, the writer used Qualitative Descriptive analysis. From the results of this study indicated that the types of political socialization for beginner voters in Kelurahan Palas, Rumbai district Pekanbaru, it can be seen from 69 respondents, 52.47% said “yes “ as an answer and 47.53% said “no” to type of direct socialization, while those who answered "Yes" ( 55.07%) and "No" (44.93%) to the type of socialization indirectly. So it can be concluded that the type of political socialization for beginner voters is indirectly. on the generalization indicator that is” believed” to be the highest type of 71.01% of respondents answered "Yes" while the “internship “ indicator is the political skill of clashing the lowest type with the percentage of which answered "No" of 63.77%.Keywords: Socialization Type, beginner voters

Abstract

Abstract:his research was conducted to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status on juvenile delinquency in class X and XI students at Tuah Gembilang High School, Batang Tuaka Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study amounted to 237 people with a sample of 45 people based on the author's consideration that only concerned can provide information / information in accordance with the level of social status they occupy. Quantitative descriptive data collection techniques were analyzed using descriptive explanations and simple liner tests with the help of SPPS version 21. The results of the study address the percentage of respondents obtained answers to how high the influence of parents' socioeconomic status on juvenile delinquency, the first was high socioeconomic status on juvenile delinquency that was 72.77, the second was moderate socioeconomic status of 48.05, and the last is low socioeconomic status, 56.33. From the results of a simple liner with the help of SPPS version 21 it is known that R square of 0.76.7 means that there is an influence of socioeconomic status on adolescent wearKey Words: Socio-Economic Status, Juvenile Delinquency
