Abstract

CoronaVirus or COVID-19 is a disease that spreads so quickly that it causes people who are infected to get sick and even die. The cause of the rapid spread of this virus is because of the way it is transmitted from one person infected with this virus to others in the vicinity through the air. Given these conditions, the researchers analyzed the design of information technology systems, especially the online system for registration of COVID-19 vaccinations, such as registration of the day of implementation, date of implementation, selection of locations and types of vaccines, and vaccination capacitation, especially in the DKI Jakarta area. People who come to the location of the COVID-19 vaccination, such as health centers, hospitals and other locations that have been determined. This information technology has been developed and has been implemented to help the community, especially the DKI Jakarta area, as a means of registering online for the implementation of vaccinations that are available and listed in a web-based information system. In this study, the first thing to do is to analyze the design of the information system using the Prototype method, which aims to make the system design that is built results in the development of appropriate software, and can help and facilitate the community in carrying out vaccinations, so that the DKI Jakarta government can monitor the implementation before and after vaccination, as well as managing data on people who have or have not received the COVID-19 vaccination as a reference in making decisions and policies of the DKI Jakarta Government. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause the company's ability to earn profits as measured by economic profitability as the dependent variable in obtaining profits as measured by economic profitability as the level of liquidity, leverage, and the level of company activity as independent variables are these factors.Data is collected based on financial report data from 2016 to 2021 (quarter 3), and using multiple regression analysis.The research' findings reveal that the company's liquidity, leverage, and amount of activity have only a little impact on its economic performance. Simultaneously, liquidity, leverage, or activity level have no impact on a company's economic performance. While the coefficient of determination is 2.5 percent, it shows the extent of the effect of liquidity, leverage, and the amount of corporate activity in determining the economic profitability of PT Indika Energy, Tbk.Keywords : Liquidity, leverage, activity level and company's economic profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, kualitas audit, ukuran perusahaan, dan komite audit terhadap kualitas laba. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui arah serta besar pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software STATA versi 15. Sampel penelitian mencakup 65 perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2022-2024, sehingga total sampel yang dianalisis berjumlah 195. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kualitas audit memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laba, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan dan komite audit tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kualitas audit merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas laba perusahaan. Sebaliknya, ukuran perusahaan dan komite audit tidak memberikan dampak signifikan, yang kemungkinan disebabkan oleh keterbatasan peran struktural atau penggunaan indikator seperti rasio jumlah anggota komite audit terhadap jumlah komisaris independen.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika internasionalisasi UMKM Indonesia ke pasar Rusia dengan mengintegrasikan perspektif Model Uppsala yang direvisi, teori jaringan, dan praktik adaptasi pemasaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif yang diperkaya telaah sistematis literatur dan studi kasus ilustratif, kajian memetakan hambatan institusional (birokrasi, volatilitas regulasi, dampak sanksi internasional) dan karakter jaringan personal (blat) yang mempengaruhi akses pasar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan penetrasi pasar Rusia mensyaratkan kombinasi strategi: akumulasi pengetahuan pasar bertahap, pembangunan relasi lokal yang kredibel, adaptasi produk dan kemasan, penguatan kapabilitas digital, serta skema trade-finance alternatif untuk mengatasi hambatan pembayaran. Temuan ini memberi implikasi teori berupa perlunya memperluas Uppsala menjadi kerangka multilapis yang memasukkan dimensi institusional dan jaringan, serta rekomendasi praktis bagi UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait. ABSTRACTThis study investigates Indonesian MSMEs’ internationalization into the Russian market by integrating the revised Uppsala model, network theory, and marketing adaptation practices. Through a qualitative-descriptive approach, systematic literature review, and illustrative case studies, the research maps institutional barriers (complex bureaucracy, regulatory volatility, sanctions) and the pivotal role of personal networks (blat) in market access. Results indicate that successful market entry into Russia requires a blended strategy: staged market learning, establishing credible local partnerships, product and packaging adaptation, digital capability building, and alternative trade-finance arrangements to mitigate payment risks. The findings suggest theoretical expansion of Uppsala into a multi-layered framework incorporating institutional and network effects, and provide actionable recommendations for MSMEs, policymakers, and stakeholders.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to identify effective and targeted policy strategies to improve the quality of Lake Toba. Lake Toba, a popular tourist destination in Indonesia, faces global competition and needs continuous development to maintain its appeal to domestic and international travelers. This study incorporates marketing mix policy theory to guide the design of these strategies. Objective:  The objective of this study is to identify effective and targeted policy strategies to improve the quality of Lake Toba, a popular tourist destination in Indonesia. Scope: The scope of this study includes various aspects related to marketing strategy and marketing mix in the context of Lake Toba as a tourist destination. Research Methodology: Qualitative research included field studies, stakeholder interviews, and secondary data analysis. Results: This study provides a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Lake Toba tourism area that encompasses positioning, market analysis, product development, market penetration, and market development. Limitations: The strategy discussed in this study concerns a marketing strategy in which the marketing mix is included. Contributions: The results and recommendations of this study will be valuable for local governments, tourism entrepreneurs, and communities involved in addressing challenges and improving the tourism sector in the Lake Toba area. Novelty: This study explores the development of appropriate marketing strategies to promote Lake Toba as a tourist destination.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diskusi mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap petugas badan ad hoc pada Pemilu2024 bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah perbaikan dalammanajemen pemilu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petugas. Pemilu 2024 menunjukkanpenurunan jumlah kematian dan kecelakaan kerja di antara petugas dibandingkan dengan Pemilu2019, tetapi masih terdapat kelemahan dalam sistem manajemen yang perlu diperbaiki. Kegiatan ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan diskusi, penyusunan laporan dan publikasi. Hasil darikegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap kebijakanpemerintah dan KPU dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran publik tentang pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia dalampemilu. ABSTRACTThe discussion on human resource management for ad hoc election staff in the 2024 elections aims to evaluate and identify improvement steps in election management to enhance staff welfare. The 2024 elections show a decrease in the number of deaths and work-related accidents among staff compared to the 2019 elections, but there are still weaknesses in the management system that need addressing. This activity includes planning, conducting discussions, and preparing reports. The outcomes of this activity are expected to provide valuable discussion for the government and the General Election Commission (KPU) in formulating better and sustainable policies, as well as raising public awareness about the importance of human resource management in elections.
