Abstract

Ethnoscience based teaching material is interest research because it deals with efforts to develop and preserve the values ​​of local wisdom that considered in curriculum development especially in the face of the increasingly rapid industrial revolution era. This type of research is the Research and Development (R & D). The research used the ADDIE development model which consists of analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation stages. The subjects of this study were students from SMPN 2 Socah Bangkalan. Data analyzed with qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the results of the average assessment of the feasibility test of the material aspects are 85.79% validity with appropriate categories, reliability 96.22% with very high- reliability categories and the media aspect is 91.76% validity with appropriately used without revisions, reliability of 95.08% with a very high. Integrated science type webbed based on ethnoscience salt theme was declared feasible for use in learning and effectively used for the formation of student’s characters.

Abstract

Downtime during deployment remains a major challenge that can disrupt service availability and reduce user trust in websites. This study aims to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of a blue-green deployment strategy based on containerization to achieve zero downtime. The implementation utilizes Docker and Traefik on an infrastructure of separate Virtual Private Servers for frontend and backend services, automated through a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions. The evaluation compares non-Blue-Green and Blue-Green deployment scenarios based on operational indicators such as downtime duration, service stability, and rollback capability in case of failures. The results show that the Blue-Green strategy successfully reduces downtime from an average of 80 seconds in the non-Blue-Green scenario to zero seconds, accelerates rollback processes, and improves system scalability. Although the configuration becomes more complex, this approach proves to be safe, reliable, and effective in supporting continuous deployment in modern DevOps practices that demand uninterrupted services

Abstract

Poor network design can lead to various issues, such as limited performance, increased operational costs, higher security risks, and difficulties in managing and monitoring network infrastructure. The KEMENAG XYZ office currently operates a local network with multiple wireless modem devices that are not interconnected, resulting in inefficiencies and security challenges in organizational data management.This study aims to implement centralized data storage and network device hardening to support the revitalization program for the use of information and communication technology as well as the optimization of public information transparency at the KEMENAG XYZ city office. The research adopts the Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize (PPDIOO) methodology by leveraging both hardware and software network technologies.The expected outcomes include a new network infrastructure topology design, more structured data management, and the implementation of enhanced security measures for network devices

Abstract

STMIK Palangkaraya adalah salah satu perguruan tinggi komputer yang berada di kota Palangkaraya, yang memiliki suatu organisasi mahasiswa yang dinamakan dengan Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa atau biasa disingkat dengan istilah BEM yang berfungsi sebagai induk dari semua organisasi mahasiswa untuk menampung dan meneruskan aspirasi dari mahasiswa. Saat ini untuk cara penyampaian sebuah informasi tentang kegiatan yang diadakan oleh BEM STMIK Palangkaraya adalah menggunakan media sosial dan mading kampus. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah yang bagaimana merancang dan membuat Aplikasi Web Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa dengan fitur Polling pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden STMIK Palangka Raya Berbasis Framework CodeIgniter. Teknologi yang digunakan berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php, database . Website ini dibuat menggunakan Framework  CodeIgniter (CI). Hasil penelitian ini adalah telah berhasil diimplementasikan sebuah aplikasi web badan eksekutif mahasiswa pada STMIK Palangka Raya menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter.

Abstract

Waste has become a critical issue in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). The overcapacity of the Piyungan landfill (TPA) has triggered disruptions in waste management in Yogyakarta City, Sleman Regency, and Bantul Regency. Sleman was designated as an alternative landfill site utilizing Sultanate ground land. However, this initiative, including waste management through Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMKal), has not successfully changed the public's tendency to litter. Although Sendangtirto already has attention to the waste problem, it needs the active participation of the community. In response to this challenge, the Nuryo Setiko Clan established the Maju Lestari Waste Bank in 2022 to promote self-reliant waste management behavior through the empowerment of clan members. This study employed an action research method supported by participant observation, focusing on 90% of clan members residing in Sendangtirto Village. The study used a qualitative approach and Participatory Action Research method. The results show that the Maju Lestari Waste Bank successfully provides scheduled waste weighing services, transforms behavior from littering to waste sorting, attracts customers from both the clan and the general public, and increases income through waste savings. In conclusion, the Maju Lestari Waste Bank successfully established a waste bank institution, raised awareness, and provided an effective self-reliant solution for community-level waste management.
