Abstract

Two factors determine the productivity of work so the teacher is the abilityand willingness to teach, skills related to competence resulting from thelevel of education while teaching a willingness to do with motivation.Work productivity associated with the ratio between output and inputsused to produce outputs. An organization of educational institutions bothgovernment and private sector in issuing its products always require inputin the form of raw materials, capital, energy, technology, human resources(HR), and so forth. But the most urgent input is itself a human resource forsophisticated and complete as any other input if human resources are notworking then all the input there would be no meaning. The quality of humanresources is determined from the level of education the longer time spenton education, the higher ability or competence in doing the work, so thehigher the productivity of its work. In addition to educational level of laborproductivity is also determined by the motivation is strong encouragementfrom the man to conduct their activities in order to achieve the goal, it issaid that 90% of success is determined by the motivation of a person?s lifewhile 10% is determined by intelligence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan di TK Darul Istiqomah dengan pendekatan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif, hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran bahwa penanaman nilai-nilai agama melalui cara memberikan keteladanan kepada anak didik. Seorang guru merupakan kunci utama dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan karena bagaimanapun juga perilaku seorang guru akan mempengaruhi perkembangan siswa karena siswanya. Selanjutnya dengan pembiasaan, berbuat baik setiap hari seperti berdoa, menghafal huruf hijaiyah, anak akan menghafalkan surat-surat yang telah dihafal sebelumnya. Selain hafalan surat, siswa juga menghafalkan surat pendek dan doa sehari-hari. Tak hanya hafalan, siswa juga dibiasakan sholat dhuha berjamaah di pagi hari untuk memulai kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah.

Abstract

The largest increase in unemployment occurred in the young group aged 20-29 years. Currently, the number of youth (aged 16-30 years) is 64.50 million. Of that amount, 17.66% of youth aged 20-24 years and 9.27% ​​youth aged 25-29 years are unemployed. Since 2010, the government has launched the National Entrepreneurship Movement, which aims to create new entrepreneurs. The movement is a cross-ministerial program in the form of entrepreneurship campaigns, public education, training, funding, and coaching. In addition, the Indonesian government has also required entrepreneurship learning in every university. The purpose of this service is to foster entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and creativity and to equip students with the right knowledge in making business plans, while the results of entrepreneurship mentoring activities generally go well, this can be seen from the growth of students' thinking, motivation and creativity. Then the students after participating in the mentoring can prepare a new business plan that will be developed by the students at the Sirojut Tholibin Islamic Boarding School. This assistance will foster the spirit of the importance of the entrepreneurial spirit that needs to be fostered for intellectual youth at this time, to reduce the large gap between the number of the workforce and the number of jobs

Abstract

PAI learning in early childhood still shows various problems that are less encouraging. The learning process of Islamic Education is only limited to the process of transfer of knowledge of Islamic Religion so that it is less able to convert it into "meaning" and "value". PAI puts more emphasis on the knowing and doing aspects and has not yet addressed the aspects of being. The failure to organize PAI so far is due to malpractice in education only paying attention to cognitive aspects and neglecting the development of affective aspects. To be able to overcome and solve these problems, a PAI learning process is needed that is in accordance with the needs of students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic religious education in RA is carried out by teaching morals to children, praying fardhu properly and correctly, training children to learn Alquran with Iqro. Inhibiting factors in implementing early childhood religious education there is no awareness and understanding from each child's parent to guide children in carrying out religious teachings, such as praying five times a day, learning to read the Koran and doing good to others and the influence interaction in the surrounding community. Efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing early childhood religious education are to provide exemplary and attention and affection for children, so that they can follow what parents and teachers instruct

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Muslimat NU Braja Harjosari. Hal ini disebabkan karena guru lebih sering mengembangkan motorik halus anak dalam hal mewarnai, menggambar, dan menulis. Kegiatan motorik halus lain seperti kolase jarang sekali dihadirkan di kelas. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Muslimat NU Braja Harjosari Kecamatan Braja Selebah Lampung Timur melalui kegiatan kolase. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru kelas dan pengelola. Subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 3-4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Muslimat NU Braja Harjosari yang berjumlah 14 anak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi/foto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus anak melalui kegiatan kolase menggunakan bahan limbah berupa cangkang telur dan ampas kelapa pada setiap siklusnya. Rata-rata hasil belajar anak meningkat dari 55,07% menjadi 68,93% pada siklus I, dan dari 77,43% menjadi 85,29% pada siklus II. Jumlah anak yang memperoleh nilai >75% pada pertemuan pertama siklus I sebanyak 2 anak. Mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan menjadi 8 anak pada pertemuan kedua. Dan menjadi 12 anak pada pertemuan kedua siklus II.

Abstract

Abstrak The introduction of hijaiyah letters through the iqro method by teachers in introducing hijaiyah letters to children aged 4-5 years in Raudhatul Atfal (RA) Darul Huda Mataram Baru, East Lampung. This research was conducted in the form of qualitative and descriptive research. The data collection tools are interview guides, a list of observation guidelines, documentation data, and field notes. The results showed that the application of the iqro' method in introducing hijaiyah letters to children aged 4-5 years in Raudhatul Atfal (RA) Darul Huda Mataram Baru, East Lampung was good. The application of the iqro' method by the teacher in introducing hijaiyah letters to children aged 4-5 years in Raudhatul Atfal (RA) Darul Huda Mataram Baru, East Lampung is that children one by one recite or read hijaiyah letters who are guided by the teacher using the Iqro book. In addition, the teacher also introduces hijaiyah letters by writing some hijaiyah letters on the blackboard

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru PAI di SMK Darul Hidayah, Lampung Timur, melalui pemanfaatan Google Suites dan PowerPoint dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang lebih kreatif dan interaktif. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan intensif, pendampingan praktis, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test, yang melibatkan delapan guru Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan guru dalam membuat bahan ajar digital, mengelola kelas virtual menggunakan Google Classroom, serta melakukan asesmen siswa melaluiGoogle Forms. Selain itu, penggunaan Google Slides dan PowerPoint interaktif juga terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Namun, beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan akses internet, adaptasi guru terhadap teknologi, serta keterbatasan perangkat bagi siswa. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi penyediaan materi offline, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan penerapan metode blended learning. Sebagai tindak lanjut, disarankan pembentukan komunitas guru digital, program pelatihan lanjutan, serta evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan PAI. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran serta memberikan dampak positif bagi pendidikan agama Islam di era digital.
