Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in X hospital has been running since 2022 but its use is still not optimal, especially in outpatient installations. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of outpatient EMR at X Hospital based on the HOT-FIT (Human, Organisation, Technology, and Net Benefit) framework. The research method with descriptive qualitative, uses a cross sectional approach. The research subjects were the head of medical records, head of outpatient polyclinic, head of outpatient registration, head of pharmacy, head of laboratory, doctor, head of cashier and head of IT team. The object of research was the implementation of outpatient EMR. Data collection through interviews and observations. The results showed that in the human aspect, there were still doctors who could not use EMR due to age. In the organization aspect, the standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding EMR are still in draft form, have not been approved by the hospital director and have not been socialized. In the technology aspect, EMR system features that are not in accordance with user needs cause the output of health data information to be incomplete. The net-benefit aspect of RME, the use of EMR is more time efficient in health services and paperless. Conclusion, that the development of EMR at Hospital X is still ongoing, starting from improving the competence of medical personnel, organizational commitment, and improving the EMR system coding.

Abstract

Project scheduling is a method of arranging a schedule of tasks to be carried out to realize or achieve certain goals, by filling in a table of the time needed to complete. Critical Part Method (CPM) is a program method that can calculate the time needed to complete all activities and determine which ones the project implementer should pay attention to to ensure they can be completed as planned.  The purpose of this study is to identify the critical path to which critical activities are included, as well as evaluate the scheduling between the project owner's planned time and the duration of the planning outcome. In the construction project of a gym with a land area of 60m (5 x 12m) in Mustika Prakarsa Block C Housing, Cibalongsari Village, Klari District, Karawang Regency, 41371. The data collected from this study is research analysis shows that fast and normal time network lines A, B, C, D, F, I, J, K, L, activities include making water channels, digging foundations, installing foundations, ironing, laying hebel bricks, polishing, installing floor tiles, checking, overall finishing. So, the project scheduling time based on the CPM method is 124 days normal time and 91 days fast time to complete the project. Abstract

The competition in the Ultramilk milk market is becoming increasingly fierce due to strong competition from various competitors in the dairy processing industry, including brands like Cimory that are becoming more popular among consumers. This research aims to understand how brand switching occurs among Cimory and Ultramilk packaged milk consumers and to identify effective marketing strategies to retain customers. The methods used in processing the research data involve Markov Chain and Game Theory. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Industrial Engineering students of the 2020 class at Singaperbangsa Karawang University. The results of the study indicate that the factors influencing brand switching are the size of the milk packaging. Marketing strategies that need to be improved for both milk products include pricing, flavor variations, packaging, and product availability. From the results of the Markov chain calculations on Ultramilk and Cimory milk, the researchers concluded that the market share forecast for the next 5 years shows an increase in Cimory milk sales by 18% and a decrease in Ultramilk sales by 4%, with variable chances of change each year. Keywords: Game Theory, Markov Chain, Marketing Strategy, Packaging Milk.

Abstract

Indonesia in financing its health services has implemented a casemix system in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program organized by the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). The Indonesian Case Based Groups (INA-CBGs) tariff is determined based on the diagnosis code, so its inaccuracy can lead to a decrease in claim results. The quality of clinical documentation as the basis for determining the diagnosis code in INA-CBGs claims. The purpose of this study was to empirically prove whether there is a relationship between the quality of medical record documentation and the accuracy of diagnosis codes in INA-CBGs claims. The researcher used a cross-sectional design, to analyze the completeness of medical information and the accuracy of diagnosis codes in 100 INA-CBGs pending claim documents. Sampling was carried out using a simple random technique at two private hospitals in Central Java, Indonesia. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Claim documents with complete medical information were 55 (55%) and incomplete were 45 (45%). Completeness of medical information can increase the accuracy of the diagnosis code by 10.286 times better than incomplete medical information (b = 10.286; 95%CI = 3.813 to 27.743; p <0.001) and statistically both have a significant relationship. Completeness of medical information is an important thing that determines accurate diagnosis codes, so it will indirectly impact hospital income from INA-CBGs claims. Hospitals need to make efforts to improve the quality of medical record documentation, one of which can be achieved by utilizing electronic medical records.
