Abstract

The clavicle or collarbone is a long bone that serves as a support between the scapula and the sternum (breastbone). There are two Clavicula, namely the right and left. The clavicle is the only long bone in the body that is positioned horizontally. Together with the shoulder blades, it makes up the shoulder girdle. These are bones that are commonly touched, and in people who have less fat in this area, their location is very obvious, as they give rise to bumps in the skin. He received it from the Latin “Clavicula” which means little key, because the bone rotates along its axis like a key. The clavicle is the most commonly fractured bone. The bone can easily be broken by an impact to the shoulder from the force of a fall with an outstretched arm or a direct blow.

Abstract

Cirrhosis of the liver is a condition in which the liver slowly deteriorates which continues over a long period of time (chronic). The cells and liver tissue that is damaged and then turned into scar tissue so that the function of the liver will progressively decrease. This research is an observational descriptive by using medical records of patients with liver cirrhosis at the Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital, in January-July 2019. The sample of the study is 25 samples. The results obtained by patients with liver cirrhosis highest proportion based on male sex (80%), based on age, age group 40-50 years (28%), 51-60 years (64%) Based on AST levels 21 respondents (84 % ), Based on ALT levels of 22 respondents (88%). Conclusions from the results of the study, the examination should be done several times to get accurate results

Abstract

Fractures are broken bones, usually caused by trauma or physical exertion, the force and angle of the force, the condition of the bone itself, and the soft tissue around the bone will determine whether the fracture is complete or incomplete. A complete fracture occurs when the entire bone is broken, whereas an incomplete fracture does not involve the entire thickness of the bone. There are several terms used to describe the type of fracture, namely: Transverse Fractures, Longitudinal Fractures, Segmental Fractures, Compression Fractures and Avulsion Fractures. The examination aims to determine the results of radiographic images, if a fracture or collision occurs and is caused by an KLL factor (traffic accident). The aim of the study was to find out how the technique for radiographic examination of the Ossa Pelvis with the suspicion of Oss Pubis Fracture at the Radiology Installation of Efarina Berastagi Hospital in 2020. This type of research is descriptive research with data collection techniques by observation, documentation study and literature (library) study. The results of the examination of the Ossa Pelvis with the suspicion of Oss Pubic Fracture at the Radiology Installation of Efarina Etaham Berastagi Hospital are generally using the AP (Anterior Posterior) projection. The ideal X-Ray device for Ossa Pelvis radiography is a portable X-Ray unit or mobile X-Ray unit with relatively low capabilities. The x-ray film used is a high speed type combined with a fast screen intensifying (IS) where this type of film and intensifying screen (IS) can produce images with good detail and sharpness. Thus the radiation dose can also be reduced for the patient and the operator himself. The x-ray film washing process used should use Automatic Processing. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for radiographic results, especially in cases of Os Pubis Fractures.

Abstract

Abstract HT (Handy Talkie) is currently still one of the radio communication devices that are widely used by an organization or community. It is easy to use and requires no cost in its use, but has limitations on the device and its communication capabilities. ROIP system (Radio Over IP) gateway serves to connect analogue radio data communications to digital computers or smartphones. So the problem of device interoperability and coverage is no longer a problem. These study measures sound quality based on QoS (Quality of Service) performance on 3 codecs that are supported by the ROIP gateway application, which is implemented in Linux operating systems using TeamSpeak server applications 3. The results of testing that Speex wideband codecs are superior for throughput and delay performance. compared to the other 2 codecs, narrowband and Speex ultra.

Abstract

Child marriage remains a pressing issue in Indonesia despite legal reforms aimed at increasing the minimum age for marriage. This study conducted in Siak, Riau Province, Indonesia for explores how the practice of Islamic family law influences the persistence of child marriage, focusing on the tension between traditional religious interpretations and contemporary child protection efforts. The aim is to understand how religious court decisions, sociocultural norms, and interpretations of Islamic legal principles contribute to the continuation or mitigation of child marriage in Muslim communities. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with religious court judges (hakim agama), community leaders, and affected families in selected West Java and Central Java regions. Document analysis of court decisions regarding marriage dispensation was also conducted to examine the reasoning behind legal allowances for underage marriages. The findings reveal that while many religious judges express concern for child protection, they often face social and religious pressures to approve marriage dispensations, especially in cases involving premarital pregnancy or economic vulnerability. Cultural traditions and local interpretations of Islamic law frequently prioritize family honor and social conformity over legal age requirements. However, some progressive interpretations are emerging, emphasizing maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah (the higher objectives of Islamic law), especially the protection of minors. This study concludes that balancing tradition and protection requires a contextual rethinking of Islamic legal practices in Indonesia. Greater emphasis on the ethical goals of Islamic law, combined with community education and judicial training, can help reduce the incidence of child marriage. The research highlights the need for an integrated approach that respects religious values while safeguarding children's rights.
