Abstract

Islam merupakan suatu sistem dan jalan hidup yang utuh dan terpadu, Islam memberikan panduan yang dinamis terhadap semua aspek kehidupan termasuk sektor bisnis dan transaksi keuangan. Hal ini terlihat dengan menggunakan prinsip syariah, karena diharapkan dengan menggunakan prinsip syariah Islam dapat memberikan mashlahat bagi umat manusia. Dan Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh faktor penerapan Hukum islam pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah terhadap minat Pengguna jasa Pegadaian dalam menggunakan jasa Pegadaian Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan angket dengan metode angket pada nasabah Pegadaian cabang Pegadaian Syariah Bogor Baru Kota Bogor sebanyak 50 Responden. Data di analisis dengan regresi linier sederhana dan di olah dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 2.2. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa ternyata penerapan hukum islam pada Pegadaian Syariah berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat pengguna jasa Pegadaian.

Abstract

This study offers an empirical analysis of the factors that influence the customer attitudes towards the adoption of Financial Technology services within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. Using Survey method, a total of 240 respondents from MSMEs were included in the sample for this study. These respondents were selected from 16 different areas located in five typical provinces in Indonesia, namely Aceh, West Sumatera, Jakarta, West Java, and East Java. This research investigates the impact of several key factors on the consumer attitudes of MSMEs towards the adoption of FinTech. These factors include Perceived Ease of Use, Digital Literacy, Risk Perception, Infrastructure, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Perceived Usefulness. This paper utilized the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique to analyse various measurement, observations, and a hybrid model. The results of the study suggest that within the specific domain of halal sector MSMEs in Indonesia, there is no significant impact of parameters such as digital finance literacy, perceived risk, and perceived utility on the adoption of digital financial services. Nevertheless, it has been observed that the perceived ease of use, the presence of adequate infrastructure, and the presence of an entrepreneurial mindset have been found to have a positive and statistically significant influence on the adoption of financial technology services among MSMEs. This study also offers theoretical and practical implications for key stakeholders seeking to enhance the utilization of financial technology services among MSMEs in Indonesia

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Muhadoroh activity in enhancing the public speaking skills of students at Rumah Qur’an Desa Tajurhalang, Bogor Regency. The Muhadoroh activity, held regularly each week, offers students opportunities to practice public speaking by delivering short speeches, sermons, and leading prayers in front of their peers. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to explore the implementation of Muhadoroh and its impact on the students' public speaking abilities. The findings show that prior to participating in Muhadoroh, most students experienced anxiety and lacked confidence when speaking in public. However, with consistent guidance from instructors, students demonstrated significant improvement in confidence, structuring their material, and speaking clearly. Additionally, the activity had a positive impact on their social skills and self-assurance. Despite these improvements, several challenges were identified, including limited facilities, uneven skill levels among students, and distractions from gadget usage at home. To optimize the results, it is recommended to strengthen communication between Rumah Qur’an and parents, increase the variety of training methods, and create a more supportive environment at home for practicing. This study highlights the importance of Muhadoroh in developing essential public speaking skills for students, which are valuable in both their da’wah and social engagements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di kelas IV MI Nurul Huda 1 Curug dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran talking stick. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dengan tiga siklus, setiap siklus melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Intrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes dan lembar observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis, data tes dengan menggunakan rumus rata-rata nilai dan data observasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I belum cukup baik yaitu 68,55 dan persentase aktivitas guru 63,46% serta persentase aktivitas siswa 60%. Pada siklus II mengalami perbaikan yang baik dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar 73 dan persentase aktivitas guru 73,07% serta persentase aktivitas siswa 70%. Pada siklus III mengalami peningkatan sangat baik memperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar 85,4 dan persentase aktivitas guru 82,69% serta persentase aktivitas siswa 82,5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di kelas IV MI Nurul Huda 1 Curug.
