Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan bisnis online atau e-commerce, dapat mempermudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan aktivitas jual beli. Maraknya jual beli online mengakibatkan tingkatnya kriminalitas yang terjadi. Dikarenakan kurangnya penerapan etika bisnis Islam yang diterapkan. Penerapan etika bisnis Islam diterapkan pertamakali oleh Rasulullah saw yang berprilaku adil, jujur dan amanah dalam melakukan aktivitas bisnisnya. Metode pendekatan kualitatif digunakan oleh penulis dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini, dimana mengkonsep etika bisnis Islam terhadap jual beli online dalam perspektif Fiqih dan Fatwa DSN-MUI NO.05/DSN-MUI/IV/2000. Dalam mengkonsep, peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam menganalisis penelitian di PT.Hijup.com. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dalam mengelola etika bisnis Islam pada jual beli online, menunjukkan bahwa etika bisnis Islam terhadap jual beli online sesuai dengan Fiqih dan Fatwa DSN-MUI NO.05/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 yang telah diterapkan pada PT Hijup.com. Kesesuaian yang diterapkan karena hijup membangun SDM dan mitra bisnis yang baik serta terdapatnya inovasi-inovasi baru dalam melakukan service yang sesuai  dengan penerapan etika bisnis Islam.  Kata kunci : Etika Bisnis Islam, Jual Beli Online, Fiqih dan Fatwa DSN-MUI NO.05/DSN-MUI/IV/2000, PT Hijup.com

Abstract

Bank Islam sering disebut dengan Bank Syariah di Indonesia, bank tersebut banyak diminati oleh kalangan masyarakat muslim, akan tetapi bank tersebut hadir pada negara yang memiliki populasi muslim minoritas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas, kepercayaan dan literasi keuangan Syariah yang dimiliki responden terhadap keputusannya untuk menggunakan produk Bank Islam Thailand dengan minat sebagai variabel intervening. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta pendekatan asosiatif, data yang digunakan ialah data primer dengan objek penelitian karyawan dan guru di Yayasan Sangkhom Islam Wittaya School, Sadao menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh 52 responden. Adapun dalam menganalisis data menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan software SmrtPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya: (1) hubungan religiusitas terhadap keputusan menggunakan tidak berpengaruh; (2) hubungan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan menggunakan berpengaruuh positif; (3) literasi keuangan Syariah terhadap keputusan menggunakan berpengaruh positif; (4) religiusitas terhadap minat tidak berpengaruh; (5) kepercayaan terhadap minat berpengaruh positif; (6) literasi keuangan Syariah terhadap minat berpengaruh positif; (7) religiusitas terhadap keputusan menggunakan dengan minat sebagai variabel intervening tidak berpengaruh; (8) kepercayaan terhadap keputusan menggunakan dengan minat sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif; (9) literasi keuangan Syariah terhadap keputusan menggunakan dengan minat sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif; (10) keputusan menggunakan terhadap minat berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

This research was aimed at examining the response made by the ulama (Islamic religious scholars) of the Madura Branch of the NU and to find out their reactions to the MUI fatwa concerning cash wakaf. This research was classified as qualitative. The sample for this research consisted of 101 religious scholars of the Madura branch of the NU. The research was conducted in the form of surveys and interviews with these Madura NU members, to ascertain their arguments. The results of the research obtained showed convincingly that the majority of NU religious scholars accept and agree with the MUI Fatwa concerning cash wakaf, in that the response “agree” (Setuju – S) received the highest percentage return for all items, recording positive results between 40% and 60%, whilst the percentages for the response “strongly agree” (sangat setuju - SS) was the second strongest, receiving between 19% and 48% support. Based upon the results of the interviews conducted by the researchers with the NU Madura theologians, it was their opinion that the MUI Fatwa concerning cash wakaf fulfils the requirements of Islamic religious law. Not only that, but these scholars were also of the opinion that a cash wakaf can be a beneficial social instrument and may assist in overcoming social problems in their regions. The implication of this study is that the validity of the MUI fatwa can be widely accepted among local scholars, providing a strong legal foundation for the development of cash waqf in Indonesia, particularly in Madura. This fatwa is not only recognized as valid according to Islamic law, but also serves as a basis for the acceptance of cash waqf by the public as a legitimate and effective charitable instrument Keywords: Nahdhatul Ulama’, Fatwa Commission, Cash Wakaf, Madura.

Abstract

Kamboja adalah salah satu negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara yang tidak memiliki lembaga jasa keuangan syariah. Hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh terbatasnya sumber daya manusia dan terkendala regulasi. Akan tetapi, tedapat sebuah organisasi yang menjalankan jasa keuangan syariah di Kamboja bernama Amanah Business Group, yang dibentuk oleh pemuda pemudi Islam di negara tersebut sejak 2015. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis praktik keuangan syariah pada Amanah Business Group di Kamboja. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara kepada Leader sekaligus Founder dan Anggota Amanah Business Group, serta dokumentasi. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa Amanah Business Group sejak awal pendirian telah menerapkan flow consept. Dalam praktiknya, Amanah Business Group memiliki dua produk, yaitu tabungan untuk investasi dan pinjaman tanpa bunga. Amanah Business Group juga menerapkan prinsip mudharabah, murabahah, keadilan dan keseimbangan, serta menjaga ukhuwah. Seiring perkembangannya, saat ini Amanah Business Group telah memiliki anggota lebih dari 200 dan mampu meningkatkan eskistensinya selama hampir 10 tahun

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya jumlah investor pasar modal namun tidak dengan tingkat literasi keungan syriah nya, sedangkan literasi keungan syariah perlu agar meminimalisir terjadinya resiko investasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan dan motivasi investasi syariah terhadap minat untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal khususnya pada instrument sukuk pada Gen Z di Kota Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskrptif Kauslitas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPada dasarnya dalam melalukan investasi saham perlu adanya informasi terkait yang penting untuk diketahui oleh investor untuk mencapai tujuan dari investasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ukuran perusahaan, volatilitas return saham dan volume perdagangan saham terhadap bid-ask spread.  sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 16 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda, menggunakan data sekunder yang didapat dari laporan tahunan perusahaan, sehingga terdapat 89 data yang diamati dalam setiap variabel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap bid-ask spread. kemudian secara parsial ukuran perusahaan dan volume perdagangan saham memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap bid-ask spread, sedangkan volatilitas return saham berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap bid-ask spread.

Abstract

A surety bond is a type of liability to bear the consequences of a non-performance of the principal in a construction contract as a form of guarantee to protect the interests of the oblige or the user of the service in the project drive work. The purpose of this research is to provide information on how an Underwriter performs Underwriting Procedures in minimizing the occurrence of Claims on Surety Bonds in PT. Public Insurance Bumida 1967 Field Branch. The method used by the Miles and Huberman techniques is the collection of data from interviews and literary studies. The results of this research show that the procedure used by underwriters in minimizing the occurrence of claims based on applicable company terms by analysing using the 5C method, conducting training of assurance analysis teams and holding risk monitoring. The claim arises due to the existence of a non-performance, which then obligee formally terminate the employment relationship with the Principal, Obligee will file the claim with the Guarantor Company. In Islamic view, surveillance and risk analysis are permitted, but in this procedure the principle of help is eliminated, the investment of funds of any sector, and the occurrence of gharar, in this agreement is prohibited in the principles of Shariah. On the other hand, underwater purposes to preserve and preserve the authenticity of the treasury.
