Abstract

The emergence of various educational models offered in schools today has created a challenge for schools in introducing their schools to the community. So school public relations has an important role as a liaison between the school and the community. Public relations has a big role in introducing the school's profile, vision and mission, programs and the advantages of each school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Qualitative research is carried out in natural conditions directly to the data source and the researcher is the key instrument and is descriptive in nature, that is, the data collected is in the form of words. Collecting information uses observation and conducting interviews with related parties. Based on the results of research on school public relations management in increasing the socialization of the school profile at MI Darul Ulum, it can be concluded as follows: 1. In MI Darul Ulum's public relations management, there are three collaborative relationships between schools and the community, namely educational relationships, cultural relationships and institutional relationships. Public relations management techniques include external activities and internal activities. 2. Efforts to socialize the MI Darul Ulum school profile, namely: 1) socialization via print media (school bulletins, calendars, articles, pamphlets and brochures), 2) socialization via social media (Facebook and Instagram), 3) socialization via internet media (website and YouTube), and 4) socialization between institutions (school visits, inter-school competitions, and social activities).

Abstract

Mathematics education plays an irreplaceable role in shaping students' critical, analytical and problem-solving thinking. For students at the elementary level, understanding mathematical concepts in depth provides an important foundation for their future academic abilities and daily life skill. This research aims to investigate the influence of using congklak game media in improving mathematics learning outcomes, specifically on the material of Least Common Multiple (LCM) and Greatest Common Divisor (GCD) for fourth-grade students at MI Ma'arif Kliwonan Wonosobo in the academic year 2023/2024. The research method used was an experiment with a pre-test and post-test control group design. The research sample consisted of two fourth-grade classes, where one class served as the experimental group receiving learning using congklak game media, while the other class served as the control group receiving conventional learning. Data were collected through pre- and post-treatment learning outcome tests. The results of data analysis indicate that the use of congklak game media significantly improves students' mathematics learning outcomes in LCM and GCD compared to conventional learning.

Abstract

Parents’ roles in introducing IT to children of grade 1 MI Ma’arif Bowongso in Kaliwiro district Wonosobo regency are veryimportant as, along with the advance of science and technology, the children are expected to have ability in IT so that theyare able to know, recognize, and at least operate computer well. A research has been conducted to figure out parents’ roles inintroducing IT to children. The approach used was qualitative method with descriptive design and data collection techniquein the form of interview as well as documentation. The data was analyzed by using the technique of data reduction, datapresentation and data verification. The research result shows that parents’ roles in introducing IT to children of grade 1 MIMa’arif Bowongso in Kaliwiro district Wonosobo regency have not been maximum as there are many children that still cannotoperate computer. It is the result of the lack of parents’ knowledge and understanding in introducing and operating IT media.From the research result, it can be concluded that The research result shows that parents’ roles in introducing IT to children ofgrade 1 MI Ma’arif Bowongso in Kaliwiro district Wonosobo regency have not been maximum.

Abstract

Learning activities and problem-solving skills are crucial aspects in achieving national education goals that emphasize student independence and creativity. However, the dominant teaching methods in schools still focus on lectures, resulting in students' potential not being optimally developed. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Problem Solving learning model assisted by digital question cards in enhancing students' learning activities and problem-solving skills at MTs Ma’arif Tieng during the 2024/2025 academic year. The method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, where data is collected through observation sheets, pre-tests, and post-tests. The results indicate a significant improvement in students' learning activities and problem-solving skills, with t-test significance values of 0.000 and 0.001, respectively. This learning model proves to be quite effective in enhancing students' learning activities, with an average N-Gain score of 62% for learning activities and 40% for problem-solving skills, indicating it is less effective.
