Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu petani dalam mengolah jagung menjadi makanan ringan yang dapat dinikmati dan/ atau dapat dijual dalam membantu ekonomi rumah tangga. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada ibu-ibu petani di desa Sebente kecamatan Teriak kabupaten Bengkayang sebanyak 17 orang. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa pelatihan, penyuluhan dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu petani meningkat dalam membuat kue yang berbahan dasar jagung. Ibu-ibu berhasil mengolah jagung menjadi kue yang enak dan dapat di jual dan di pasarkan dengan harga yang tinggi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat bisa melihat potensi yang ada dan bisa di manfaatkan untuk perbaikan ekonomi rumah tangga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze Efforts to Increase JR Business Volume through SWOT Analysis. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The subjects in this study amounted to 8 respondents using in-depth interview techniques. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that there are several aspects that affect the strength, namely: good product taste, many flavor variants, easy-to-reach business location, affordable product prices, good service. Meanwhile, the disadvantages are as follows: JR snack products cannot be stored for too long, the product packaging is still standard, the production process is still carried out manually, and the supply of stock is not much. For the opportunity itself, namely providing a new product menu, developing products that are in demand by many consumers. And for the threat as follows: the increasing level of competitors, competitors with the same type of products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by the handicraft business Caa Handmade to attract consumers to buy in the Shanti Bhuana campus and dormitory environment. This research was conducted at the Shanti Bhuana campus and dormitory, Jl. Bukit Karmel No.1 Sebopet, Bengkayang. The research was conducted using qualitative methods through data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research conducted show that to attract consumers' interest in CHM products, an appropriate marketing strategy is needed. The marketing strategy used in this research is Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Every part of the marketing strategy used by the CHM business to attract consumer interest has an important role and is interrelated with one another so that this will help business continuity

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kualitas produk dan pelayanan pada bisnis Banana Crispy Yo’i dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif untuk mengetahui hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas produk dan pelayanan yang dimiliki oleh produk Banana Crispy Yo’i agar dapat membangun citra dari produk untuk lebih berkembang dan digemari oleh banyak masyarakat Kabupaten Bengkayang. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk dan pelayanan sangat berpengaruh dalam bisnis ini dengan adanya hasil wawancara yang menunjukan bahwa banyaknya minat konsumen yang tertarik membeli. Selain konsumen yang memudahkan dalam penjualan, waktu dan tempat yang efisien sangat mendukung perkembangan bisnis ini. Tak hanya itu, dalam perkembangan bisnis ini juga menggunakan platform media sosial gunanya yaitu untuk memudahkan pebisnis menjangkau konsumen sehingga jaringan bisnis semakin luas dikenal oleh masyarakat. Kualitas produk dan pelayanan juga menjadi salah satu faktor berkembangnya bisnis ini. Secara keseluruhan bahwa bisnis Banana Crispy Yo’i memberikan dampak yang positif, baik bagi pelanggan maupun pemilik bisnis. Terkait dengan kepuasan konsumen pada kualitas produk, pelayanan dapat meningkatkan jumlah beli dan membantu kinerja bisnis yang baik. Hal ini juga menekan pada pentingnya mempertahankan kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan untuk kemajuan bisnis.

Abstract

Purpose: Service to this community is to provide an overview of the importance of cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age through creativity and innovation. Methodology: Theoretical and practical approach methods, through lectures, this method used to convey the main theoretical concepts that must be understood and mastered by participants. Apart from that, the demonstration method, apart from lectures, this method can be used to improve training participants' understanding of the form of identifying statements or opening participants' thoughts in understanding how to foster participants' entrepreneurial spirit. Results: The results of the activities showed that all participants were enthusiastic and enthusiastic in participating in this activity where they show that creativity and innovation are within them so they can easily practice these activities. Conclusions: This activity was able to provide additional knowledge and new insights. It can be said that this activity successfully encouraged students' creativity and innovation in utilizing opportunities in their local environment. The participants were also very enthusiastic in following the activity, especially during the practical sessions. With this activity, students did not get bored of participating in learning activities because it was a combination of theory and direct practice, allowing them to apply it directly at home. Limitations: Activity Lack of practicum is a limitation in this activity. Contribution: This activity is able to achieve previously desired.

Abstract

Music artistry is an enduring form of artistic expression that continues to evolve across various genres. Among these genres, pop music stands out as particularly popular. Creating musical compositions is a challenging endeavor, requiring a profound understanding of musical notation, a skill possessed by select individuals, such as musicians. Even for musicians, a wealth of references is necessary to produce fresh compositions that can be appreciated by a wide audience. This study aims to explore the creation of new pop genre music using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). GANs, a widely adopted method, demonstrate the capability to generate novel works by leveraging two distinct components: the Generator and the Discriminator. These models engage in a competitive interplay, with the Generator striving to produce synthetic datasets that closely resemble authentic ones, while the Discriminator endeavors to discern between datasets generated by the Generator and genuine ones. Based on the conducted research, it is evident that GANs have the capacity to generate a diverse range of new music based on acoustic piano instrument notations, employing a dataset of 50 music files in .mid format.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the analysis of product placement strategies in the growth of Sukasihshop in relation to customer loyalty. This research was conducted at the SukasihShop business located in West Bengkayang. This research uses a qualitative research design with library research methodology. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and comments. E-Commerce is a platform where meetings between sellers and buyers can occur indirectly (Andriyanty & Lestari, 2022). Where e-commerce plays an important role in the sales and purchasing process, where this activity involves many parties. It can also be understood from a sales concept that e-commerce is included in e-business. Abstract

Keberdaaan kampung kreatif tentunya menjadi bentuk persatuan persaudaraan di Desa Jagoi Sekida, masyarakat bersatu padu untuk dapat mengelola kampung kreatif tersebut untuk dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, bahwa kearifan lokal yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat di Desa Jagoi Kindau melalui anyaman membangkitkan ekonmi kreatif dan mendorong destinasi pariwisata, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk dapat mengetahui gambaran Peran perempuan dalam mendorong ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai pengerak destinasi pariwisata di perbatasan. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi penarikan kesimpulan dengan teknik ini diterapkan melalui tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi/ triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa gambaran perempuan dalam mendorong ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai pengerak destinasi pariwisata di perbatasan dimana perempuan  terlibat dalam perencanaan periwisata dan pelaksanaan  pariwisata di Daerah perbatasan selain itu peran perempuan dalam atraksi, memiliki kontribusi cukup banyak, dimana perempuan bertanggung jawab dalam kegaiatan penyediaan anyaman rotan yang ditampilkan pada saat event, perempuan juga berperan sebagai pemandu wisata dimana perempuan memebrikan informasi terkait anyam-anyaman yang dihasilkan, bagaimana sejarah anyaman.

Abstract

Bengkayang as a border area often faces structural challenges in various sectors of economic development and infrastructure, especially in the food entrepreneurship sector. This research aims to analyze the role and revitalization of social capital as  a strategic asset in developing food entrepreneurship in border areas. However, the potential of local entrepreneurship can be developed through the revitalization of social capital, the optimization of supply-demand mechanisms, and the strengthening of the food supply chain. This research aims to examine how these three elements can synergize as strategic assets in encouraging entrepreneurial growth in border areas, especially in Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the revitalization of social capital can increase access to market information, facilitate collaboration between business actors, and strengthen local institutions. The conclusion of this study confirms that the integration between social capital and an adaptive food supply chain system is able to create a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in border areas.
