Abstract

Smarthome is made to help relieve human work in the field of automation in residential environments. The purpose of this system is to control the lamps, curtains, and fence doors, which are equipped with the HMI (Human Machine Interface) to display the process in real time. The system of this smarthome is made using Schneider TM221CE24R PLC as a controller. This smarthome controls the lamp with five different lighting brightness conditions by using a UV (Ultraviolet) sensor, controlling the open and close fence doors using the PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor, and controlling the curtains with three different conditions (open full, half closed, full lid) with the LDR sensor. The control of these Smarthome objects is displayed in an HMI (Human Machine Interface). The Operator can monitor the objects that are currently working through the HMI view. Through the testing stage of the tool, there is a conclusion that this smarthome can control objects well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan adversity quotient ditinjau dari coping stress dan self efficacy pada siswa/i kelas X SMA Swasta Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa-siswi kelas X di SMA Swasta Medan dengan jumlah sampel 146 orang dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampelnya yaitu disproportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat komparatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Likert yang berupa skala adversity quotient (AQ), coping stresss (CS), dan self efficacy (SE). Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik Anava One Way (Anova). Uji asumsi yang dilakukan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara adversity quotient ditinjau dari coping stress dengan Sig .000 < p = .05 dan juga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara adversity quotient ditinjau dari self efficacy dengan Sig .000 < p = .05 yang dimiliki oleh siswa/i. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa hipotesa terbukti, yaitu adanya perbedaan antara adversity quotient (AQ) ditinjau dari coping stress (CS) dan adversity quotient (AQ) ditinjau dari  self efficacy (SE), di mana presentase kontribusi coping stress (CS) dalam mempengaruhi adversity quotient (AQ) sebesar 16.6% dan kontribusi self efficacy (SE) dalam mempengaruhi adversity quotient (AQ) sebesar 19.5%, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.   Kata kunci: adversity quotient, coping stress, self efficacy

Abstract

Introduction: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease with various clinical manifestations. Multiorgan involvement is associated with a worse prognosis. SLE in pediatrics is rare, with an estimated incidence of 0.3–0.9 per 100,000 children. Case: A 16-year-old Asian girl was admitted with pain, swelling, and a bluish discoloration with blisters on the right leg for 6 days. She had a history of facial rash, hair loss, and oral ulcer. Doppler ultrasound showed deep vein thrombosis in the right lower extremity with acute thrombosis, with visible soft-material intraluminal thrombus. Coombs test was 4+ positive. Elevated total bilirubin 2.2 mg/dL, indirect bilirubin 0.9 mg/dL, and elevated reticulocyte 5.2%. ANA test result is borderline 0.8, and anti-DS DNA negative. CT angiography showed proximal total occlusion of the right dorsalis pedis artery, DVT along the external iliac vein, femoral vein, and popliteal vein to the proximal 1/3 of the right posterior tibial vein. Diagnosis of an autoimmune disease leading to autoimmune hemolytic anemia and deep vein thrombosis was suspected. Her condition improved after corticosteroids and anticoagulant treatment. Conclusion: A 16-year-old girl was diagnosed with autoimmune hemolytic anemia, deep vein thrombosis, and suspected systemic lupus erythematosus. Early recognition of unusual manifestations of SLE is important.
