Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Muara Teweh, Kabupaten Barito Utara, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah merupakan bagian dari Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan Daerah di Indonesia. Meskipun demikian RSUD Muara Teweh belum mempunyai website untuk memberikan informasi-informasi seputar RSUD, misalnya data pegawai, data dokter, data pelayanan berobat, fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada dirumah sakit, kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh RSUD Muara Teweh, galeri foto, berita seputar RSUD, data ruangan, data pasien yang rawat inap, dan fasilitas untuk menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan website yang dirancang dengan sebaik-baiknya sampai diperoleh rancangan website berupa Cetak Biru (blue print) website RSUD Muara Teweh. Tahapan pada penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa tahapan dari Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yaitu tahapan planning, analysis dan design. Rancangan atau Cetak Biru yang dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk pembangunan website RSUD Muara Teweh. Diharapkan rancangan website RSUD Muara Teweh ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk membangun website yang memfasilitasi RSUD Muara Teweh dalam penyampaian informasi kepada masyarakat Muara Teweh

Abstract

The issue addressed in this research is how to design and build an expert systemwhich capable of diagnosing dog diseases that are caused by parasites, and how this expertsystem later can be useful for dog owners.This expert system is developed based on website technology in order to ease theaccessibility for the users. The finished product is expected to become useful for dog owners,to help them diagnose their dog disease based on the symptoms in order to give the propertreatment. The software development methodology used to develop this expert system is theWaterfall methodology, while the design is done using Unified Modeling Language (UML).The programming language used to build the expert system is PHP for the logic and MySQLfor the database, and the finished product is then tested using black box testing method. Totest system accuracy, disease diagnosis results from the expert system is then compared withdiagnosis results from the real human expert (veterinarian).This expert system is using forward chaining method and Bayes theorem. The forwardchaining concept, in this system, starting with the symptoms that are set into a reasoning andrules to reach some conclusions which in this case are the possible diseases. While the Bayestheorem is used to draw a conclusion from the possible diseases by calculating the probabilityof what kind of disease suffered based on the symptoms, and the weight of the probabilityitself. This expert system, however, still can be developed not only to diagnose diseases thatare caused by parasites, but also to diagnose all kind of dog diseases.

Abstract

The information system of classroom division is a process done by Junior HighSchool 9 Palangka Raya to divide the students into several classes. In this process schoolsare still using manual methods. To support the system in the division of the classes to bebetter, then the information system of classroom division using k-means clusteringmethod by website based on Junior High School 9 Palangka Raya was made.This classroom divide information system uses the waterfall method. In this methodseveral steps to build software, namely: Requirements Definition, System and SoftwareDesign, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing and Operationand Maintenance. Creating a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD), database design using PhpMyAdmin, User Interface design using Cascading StyleSheet, Dreamweaver and other tools to create reports.This classroom division information testing system uses Blackbox Testing thatfocuses on functional requirements in software based on the software requirementsspecification. Management of the system that is in the form of added data, change thedata, delete data and print data applied so that users can be active in this system.

Abstract

Build, design and develop an Internet of Things design to monitor air quality in thewild with air pollution case studies. By utilizing the ESP-8266 type wifi modulemicrocontroller as the control center for the devices built by adding an IC4051 AnalogMultiplexer as a branching process from 1 analog channel to 7 analog channels. There are5 sensors used, namely CO (MQ-7), CO2 (Analog Infrared CO2), Dust Sensors (PM10),DHT-11 (Temperature & Humidity) and Wind speed & direction. Data recording locationand data monitoring using third party protocol, namely Ubidots.The research was conducted in 2 different locations with the time determined, namelyin the area of the UPR Informatics Engineering Department area and also in the village ofTanjung Taruna, Jabiren Raya District, Pulang Pisau Regency along with the Team of theKopernik Bali Foundation.The results of the study will be analyzed using the AQI (Air Quality Index) standardwhich is also the same as that of the BMKG as an air quality index index. By using realtimeinternet of things technology, it can make it easy to get information about the level of airquality in the wild quickly, efficiently, and the monitoring process can be done anywhereand anytime.

Abstract

Selection system positions of High Leadership Of Pratama in Katingan Regency whoseimplementation stage is still using manual or traditional way. A High Leadership Of PratamaCandidate must go down directly to obtain information on the selection process and stages. At thecompletion stage of the file administrative requirements are also still done manually is submitted tothe selection committee in the form of printed documents and in the process of calculating the valueand ranking done, the selection committee is still using the manual way. This certainly makes itdifficult for the selection committee to verify the administrative requirements file and perform theprocessing of data value because the number of candidates of High Leadership Of Pratama whoregister relatively much so it will take time, energy is not small and prone to errors. Therefore it isnecessary media that can facilitate all the stages and can help decision making.Decision Support System Selection Position of High Leadership Of Pratama In KatinganRegency With Simple Additive Weighting Method built using waterfall methodology. The stages in thewaterfall methodology to build a software are needs analysis, system design, program code writing,program testing and maintenance. And in the process of making the system using the programminglanguage Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2017 as a PHP editor and website page editor and for data storageusing MySQL. With Xampp as a localhost server application. To support decision making, this systemapplied Simple Additive Weighting method as an optimal alternative search method based on specifiedcriteriaFrom the results of the research found that the search for optimal alternative of a number ofcandidates for High Leadership Of Pratama with this method can be trusted because of thismathematical method there is a statistical test by looking at the value of criteria previously given tothe alternative. Implementing this system can reduce errors in alternative assessments, facilitateimplementation at all stages and systems more efficiently than traditional systems.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya has a new student admission activity every year. The Implementation of New Student Admissions for SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya is a routine activity to recruit prospective new students who come from elementary or MI. So far, it is known that at SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya, the system for accepting new students and re-registering new students is still done manually, namely prospective students come to school with the registration requirements in the form of a Certificate of Original National Graduation Result, a copy of the Family Card, and a photo This makes the registration of new students and re-registration is ineffective and inefficient, because a lot of time, money and energy is wasted to register as new students and re-register at the school. Therefore we need a reliable, effective and efficient system that makes it easy for prospective new students who wish to register at the school and re-register when it is accepted to be accepted at the school, and also makes it easy for schools and committees in managing data of prospective new students quickly and efficiently and making credible reports, so that new student registration can be carried out properly The software development method used is a waterfall, system analysis using data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams, program code using PHP and MySQL. Based on the results of testing using the blackbox, the new student admission information system can be used properly

Abstract

Informatics is a science that studies the structure, properties, and interaction of several systems used to collect data, process and store the results of data processing, and display it in the form of information. But until now the Department of Information still do not have a website that works to save the file, which is mainly for manual and slow impressed thereby inhibiting efiktivitas time available.Design of File Management System At the Department of Information Engineering University of Palangkaraya Based Web was developed with the development cycle of the basic software that uses Model Falls (Waterfall model). Programming language using PHP, Javascript, CSS and HTML and uses MySQL database. This website is designed using the method of DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Then to realize this website, created the design of the interface is further implemented, integrated and tested the system by way of offline (localhost). The result of the integration and system testing, indicating their advantages and drawbacks of the system.Tests used on a website file management system at the Department of Informatics is using black-box testing. Thus producing a website file management system that can help file archiving system that still use manual system in the file storage. For further development could be improved on some existing shortcomings in this website as a lack of promotion and processing system in the office of the Department of Informatics.

Abstract

SDN Tahawa 1 is one the Elementary School in Central Kahayan District. As an Education Institute, SDN Tahawa 1 has Very Important role in knowledge Science Development to improve the Education quality which is being held . To achieve the purpose explaining above, it is need an adequate infrastructure and equipment to maximize Teaching learning process at SDN Tahawa 1. One of the infrastructure using Technology that can maximize Progress in teaching and learning process is an e-learning website.This website is created using PHP , MySQL database and application development methods UWE ( UML-Based Website Engineering ) program through several stages of analysis. These Stages are requirements model, content model, navigation model, and presentation model. Blackbox test results showed that the e-learning website State Primary School Tahawa 1 can manage features such as e-learning materials, assignments and quizzes. This feature becomes media electronic learning (e-learning) that can help teachers deliver lessons online that can be accessed anytime and anywhere using the Internet. Besides this the website also can manage features school profiles which gives an overview of information to the public about the state elementary school Tahawa 1.

Abstract

Academic information system (SIAKA) is an information which is built to support academic process system that include schedule of lecturer, students’ reregistration, students’ data, academic calender, filling KRS, and see students’ KHS and then can print out the KHS by online. Fishing Faculty not have yet academic information system that handle with online in based Web. In conducting is still done by manual. On Academic Information System Fishing Faculty Kristen University of Palangka Raya in basic Web, to help in handling filled KRS, Printed and see the Students’ KHS, and can see schedule of lecturer and academic calender by online, so students do not again fill the KRS by manual system and take easy to give information about schedule of lecturer, examination schedule, and academic calender by online so not need again paste the information on the board of anouncement, so with this system can help to easy all activities that any in Fishing Faculty Cristian University of Palangka Raya.In developing aplication, this website use language program of PHP, database MySQL and Method Syclus developing Clasic Aplication which is called waterfall with Five step. The steps involped Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Maintenance. On step examin program using blackboxThe application process consists of the process of inputting data, processing the data, print the data, then stored the data in database. Abstract

Currently a governmental agency has many uses a centralized system that nature, where theimportant data and information can be accessed through an online computerized system. E-Governmentis the use of information technology by the government to provide information and services with citizens,businesses, and other matters relating to the administration. With the implementation of E-Government atthe Department of Mines and Energy of the Province of Central Kalimantan is expected to assist thedelivery of accurate and reliable information becomes easier with the service provided and as the use ofGeographic Information System (GIS), the delivery reports of the company to be faster, information to thepublic the mining world as well as data management personnel.Implementation of E-Government at the Department of Mines and Energy of the Province ofCentral Kalimantan made using Waterfall method for design and analysis steps, web 2.0 technology withprogramming languages HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript based Content Management of System (CMS)and have techniques for web development using Ajax and JQuery to create a website to be interactivewith picture effects, themes, etc..Kalteng DISTAMBEN this website, is one form of implementation of services such as informationand communication by using a computerized system that can facilitate services to parties / other agenciesand to the general public in the process of finding the location, determine the shape of the service areasof Distamben, sending a message and reports.
